What is a Valuepack?
A Valuepack is a complementary bundle you can add on to your Yes Plan. It helps you save money and gives you the lowest rates at a fixed price.

How long does a Valuepack last?
A Valuepack is valid for 30 days from the day you purchase it. You can roll over your unused data, minutes and SMS as long as you buy another Valuepack before the 30 days is up.

How do I buy a Valuepack?
The Valuepack can be obtained via 2 methods currently.
An existing Subscriber is able to buy and activate ValuePack 68/150 using their credit card. For those with sufficient Yes credit balance, the subscriber is allowed to convert the credit into Valuepack 68/150.
Currently, the subscriber is not able to purchase a Valuepack for other subscribers but this will be made possible in future.

How will I be charged for my usage?
Your data, calls and SMS will be deducted from your Valuepack first, your rebates second, and the credit in your account last.
All services are valid for 30 days, even if you finish up the quota for one first. For example, if you happen to reach your quota for data on day 15, you can still use your free minutes and SMS until day 30.
For services which are not included in the Valuepack (e.g. IDD calls), credit will be deducted from your rebates and account balance based on your pay-as-you-use plan.

What happens if my Valuepack runs out before 30 days?
Simply continue using Yes based on our regular Yes Plan, or purchase another Valuepack to extend your usage for another month.

Can I use my free minutes to make IDD calls?
Unfortunately, you can only use your free minutes to make local calls. However, you can still make IDD calls as long as you have credit in your Yes account.
For example, if you have purchased a Valuepack 68, you need to reload your Yes account with a minimum amount of RM10 before you can make IDD calls. That means, your total amount will add up to RM78.

Data usage in the Valuepack will not be entitled to any rebates.
The minimum usage of RM30 will not apply throughout the validity of the Valuepack.
