Who's eligible for the PKB?
The PKB is available to:
  • Faculty and staff members in EPP universities aged 21 to 30 years old, with a monthly salary of RM 3,000 and below. Only one package is redeemable per NRIC.
  • Tertiary students, faculty and staff members in non-EPP universities aged 21 to 30 years old, with a monthly salary of RM 3,000 and below. Only one package is redeemable per NRIC.

How do I sign up for this package?
It's super easy! All you need to do is follow the steps below:
Fill in the Pakej Komunikasi Belia pre-registration form at the SKMM website Print the form or take down the serial number on the form Go to a Campus Store in a participating EPP university with your NRIC, student card (if available) and printed form/serial no. to register
The Campuspack 28 is valid for 30 days. You can extend the validity and carry forward unused credit by purchasing another Campuspack 28 before the 30 days are up.
