1. Where can I purchase the GO Starter Pack and/or Yes ID Starter Pack?
Both Starter Packs can be purchased at Yes Store and from authorised retail partners.

1. How much is the GO Starter Pack and what does it offer?
The GO Starter Pack / Yes Broadband Pack retails at RM 99 and comes with 1.5 GB data which is valid for 30 days upon service activation.

2. Where can I purchase the GO Starter Pack?
You can purchase it at Yes Stores and Yes Retail Partners.
3. Am I required to pay anything extra apart from the GO Starter Pack's retail price?
No, you only need to pay the recommended retail price printed on the Starter Pack
4. How do I activate my GO Starter Pack?
No activation is required. Purchase the GO Starter Pack from any of our Yes Stores, bring the dongle home, plug in and start surfing!
5. Am I allowed to choose my Yes ID and 018 number when I purchase the GO Starter Pack?
No. All GO Starter Packs come with a pre-assigned Yes ID and 018 mobile number.
6. Can I change my Yes ID and 018 mobile number?
The Yes ID and 018 mobile numbers have been pre-generated to give you hassle-free connections to the World Wide Web. Regretfully, we are unable to support requests to change your Yes ID and 018 mobile numbers.
7. Is there an expiry on the GO Starter Pack?
No.
8. How many GO Starter Packs can I purchase?
As per requirements set by SKMM (Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia), the maximum purchase of GO Starter Packs is 10 per NRIC / ID.
9. Can I still use the GO Starter Pack without registering my details?
No, you can't. As per requirements set by SKMM, all prepaid users will need to register with their respective service providers.
10. The portal is returning an error when I tried to key in the password on the scratch card. What should I do?
Please note down the error message stated, and contact YesCare at 018-333 0000 (local call charges apply) for assistance or visit our Yes Store.
11. When can I start using the 1.5 GB provided in the GO Starter Pack?
You can make use of the 1.5 GB once you have been successfully logged onto the Yes 4G network via the Connection Manager with the Yes ID and password provided in the welcome email.
12. Can I use my GO Starter Pack rebate for calls and SMS?
Yes, you can. It can be used for data, voice calls and SMS.
13. Is there an expiry on the free data that came with my Starter Pack?
Yes, there's an expiration date for your Starter Pack free data. The free credit is valid for 30 days from the date of service activation.
14. How will I know if I have received the 1.5 GB?
Simply log on to www.yes.my, click on My Account, key in your Yes ID followed by your password. Then, click on Account Details to see your account balance status.
15. Can I purchase a Valuepack before my 1.5 GB expires?
Yes, you can.
1. What's the difference between the conventional Yes Plan and the Yes ID Starter Pack?
Both are similar. However, the Yes Plan does not come with any rebates whereas the Yes ID Starter Pack comes with a rebate of RM 9.

2. How do I set up my account using the Yes ID Starter Pack?
Kindly follow the instructions provided inside the Yes ID Starter Park.
3. How do I activate my Yes ID Starter Pack?
Log on to www.yes.my/idpack and follow the simple and clear instructions printed on
the Yes ID Starter Pack.
4. If I'm already an existing Yes user with an active unique Yes ID, can I purchase a Yes ID Starter Pack of my own?
Yes you may, however you would need to create a new Yes ID.
5. What is Card ID?
Every Yes ID Starter Pack comes with a unique Card ID. It contains the card's serial number and activation code.
6. What is an Activation Code and where do I get it from?
The Activation Code acts an authentication code for users to activate their account. Scratch the card on the Starter Pack to obtain your Activation Code.
7. Where can I purchase the Yes ID Starter Pack?

No, you just need to pay the recommended retail price printed on the Starter Pack.
9. Are there any price differences between the normal Yes Plan and the Yes ID Starter Pack?
The Yes ID Starter Pack is priced at RM 50, and comes with a pre-loaded rebate of RM 9. The Yes Plan is a pay-as-you-use plan.
10. How many Starter Packs can I purchase?
As per requirements set by SKMM (Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia), the maximum purchase of Starter Packs is 10 per ID.
11. With the Yes ID Starter Pack, will I be entitled to the same rebates offered on the Yes Plan?
The Yes Plan does not offer any rebates whereas the Yes ID Starter Pack comes with a rebate of RM 9.
12. Can I buy a Yes ID Starter Pack and add on any Valuepack?
Yes, you can.
13. Is there an expiry date for the Yes ID Starter Pack?
Yes. The Yes ID Starter Pack is a time-sensitive product. All Starter Packs have an expiration date that is printed on the
