You would need to make payment for the following components:

• Activation Fee (RM100): a non-refundable one-off charge when you sign-up for a new Postpaid account with Yes.
• Plan Advance Payment (RM50): a proportion of your monthly commitment fee which will be used to off-set your initial bill or subsequent bills.
• Device Upfront Payment (RM200): this payment is not a deposit and will be rebated back to you in your monthly bill over the period specified in the contract. In this case, over the next 20 months of your 24 month contract.
• Huddle XS Device Price (RM80): a non-refundable one-off discounted price to purchase the Huddle XS.

No, you can still use your existing plan or upgrade to a higher service plan but the purchase price for the new Huddle XS will be at the normal retail price of RM480.

Your Yes ID, 018 number and Yes Mail account will not be changed when you sign-up for the new Huddle XS package with a Super Postpaid Plan. However, you will still need to make payment for the following components:

Yes, you can. Your Yes ID & Yes 018 number from your existing Prepaid plan will be maintained and your Yes Credit will be transferred to the new Postpaid account. Any unutilised data, voice and SMS in your old Prepaid account will be forfeited. This conversion service from Prepaid plan to Postpaid plan is only available at Yes Stores/Kiosks.
