Table 1.0: Bill adjustment
Billing Cycle: 7th May - 6th June
Service Plan Upgrade Date: 16th May
Service Plan:
Super 68 (old)
Super 98 (new)
Monthly Fee:
RM 68
RM 98
Adjustments in your next bill:
Charges for Super 98 (16th May - 6th June)*
Refund for Super 68 (16th May - 6th June)**

RM 69.54
(RM 48.26)
Total adjustment amount (to be paid in your next bill on 7th June) RM 21.28

* Charges incurred for Super 98 (new plan): RM 98/31 * 22 days = RM 69.54

11. What will happen to my unused monthly data quota from my old service plan after a successful plan upgrade?
