QIWI FAQ

1. What is QIWI?
QIWI is our latest payment channel, introduced to give you more payment options, convenience and flexibility.
2. What are the available denominations at QIWI kiosk?
The available denominations are RM 10, RM 30, RM 50 and RM 100.
3. How do I reload via QIWI?
1. Visit QIWI Kiosk
2. Select Payment > Select Internet Providers > Select Yes > Choose your preferred reload amount
3. Once selected, your reload amount and reload instruction are displayed
4. Key in the preferred phone number to receive the soft pin via SMS on your mobile phone
5. Visit www.yes.my/reload and key in your Yes ID. To activate your reload, key in the soft pin number under the activation column and click on submit. Alternatively you can reload via SMS by typing  REL<space><Yes ID@yes.my><space><Activation Code> and sending it to 018 330 1111
6. The reload amount will be credited instantly to your selected Yes ID account
4. What is a 'soft pin'?
A 'soft pin' is an activation code used to reload Yes Credits.
5. Who should I contact if I do not receive my soft pin via SMS?
You can contact QIWI support directly at +6 012 281 4838.
6. Would I be charged with additional fees when I purchase reloads via QIWI kiosks?
No, you will not be charged any additional fees.
7. What are the accepted modes of payment for QIWI transactions?
Only cash payments are accepted for QIWI transactions.
8. How do I check if my reload is successful?
Head over to https://www.yes.my/myselfcare and check under the Account Details tab. If your reload is successful, you should be able to see that the reload amount has been credited to your current account balance.

To check your Yes Credit balance via SMS:
Type BAL<space><Yes ID@yes.my> and send it to 018 330 1111
