1. What is "Reload Card"?
It is a card which you can purchase off the shelf, where you use the activation code concealed under the scratch strip to
reload your Yes account.
2. Where can I get my Reload Card?
You can buy the reload card at any of our Yes Stores or Retail Partners.
3. How do I reload my Yes account with a Reload Card?
The Reload Card comes with a 16-digit activation code. Scratch the card to reveal the activation code.
To reload, go to www.yes.my/reload, key in your Yes ID followed by the activation code and click submit.
To reload via SMS:
REL<space><Yes ID@yes.my><space><Activation Code> and send it to 018 330 1111

4. Is there an expiry date for the Reload Card?
Yes, there is. The expiry date is printed on the Reload Card.
5. What happens to my credit balance after I have made a new reload?
Your new reload will be added on to your remaining credit balance. E.g. If you have a balance of RM 20 and you reload another RM 20, your new account balance would be RM 40.
6. What are the denominations available for the Reload Cards?
The Reload Cards are available in denominations of RM 10, RM 30, RM 50 and RM 100.
7. What is printed on the Reload Card?
You'll find printed on the card, a Reload ID (Serial Number), an Activation Code, the reload value and the expiry date.
8. How do I check my balance once the reload is done? Will I receive any notifications?
You will not receive any noticifications. Visit My Account
to check your credit balance.

9. Can I get a refund for the unused credit on my Reload Card?
No, all Reload Cards are not refundable after purchase. The same applies to the credit that has already been loaded into
your Yes account.
10. How long does it take to complete the transaction?
The reload is immediate.
11. If the activation code is invalid, how do I get help?
You can call our customer service line at 018-333 0000 (local call charges apply) or email us at
yescare@yes.my.
12. How much can I reload into my Yes account at any one time?
You can reload as much credit as you want. All you have to do is to purchase the appropriate combination of Reload Cards and
reload accordingly.
13. What is the expiry date printed on the back of the Reload Card for?
Please make sure you check the expiry date on the Reload Card before purchasing it to ensure that you get a valid
activation code.
14. Can I reload for another Yes number using the Reload Card?
Yes, you can. Simply enter the ID of the Yes account that you wish to reload along with the activation code from your Reload Card.
15. Can I purchase Valuepacks using the Reload Cards?
The Reload Cards are currently for reloading your Yes Credit only. However, you can use your credit balance to purchase
the Valuepacks at https://www.yes.my/xportal/.
