1. From the Summary page, what does "Data Usage Rebates earned from this statement period" mean?
-
This is currently only applicable for Prepaid accounts. This refers to the rebates earned during the Statement period
based on your data usage. The more data you use, the more rebates you earn. These rebates do not expire and can be used
during the next Statement period for your usage on data, calls and SMS. For more information, please click
here.
-
How are the rebates calculated?
- Monthly Data Usage of 2.5 GB to < 3.0 GB - rebate RM 9
- Monthly Data Usage of 3.0 GB to < 4.0 GB - rebate RM 23
- Monthly Data Usage of 4.0 GB and above - rebate 30% per GB
-
e.g: usage of 4.0 GB = 4,096 MB *0.03 = RM 122.88
rebate = 30% * RM122.88 = rebate RM 36.86 -
e.g: usage of 5.0 GB = 5,120 MB *0.03 = RM 153.60
rebate = 30% * RM153.60 = rebate RM 46.08
2. Will the Statement show the sites that I have visited?
- No, the statement will only list the data usage on a daily basis.

4. Where do I see my "Minimum Usage" charge?
- The minimum usage charge will be reflected under the "Other Charges" section if your usage for the Statement period did not meet the service requirements.
5. What is the difference between "Rebate" and "Reload" in the Detailed Usage pages?
-
Rebate refers to either the free credits earned based on your data usage or from your purchase of a device bundled
