1. What is SuperBooster™ and why do I need it?
SuperBooster™ lets you to add on more data on top of your Monthly Data Quota to enjoy continuous
4G speeds. For example, if you are on Postpaid Super 68 and have used up your 4GB Monthly Data Quota, your data
speed will be reduced according to our Fair Usage Policy. With SuperBooster™,
you can instantly top up your data quota and continue to have an optimum online experience at full speed.
2. How can I purchase SuperBooster™?
You may purchase SuperBooster™ from My Account. You can opt to 'Pay Now' via credit card or online banking, or 'Pay Later' to carry it forward to your next bill.
3. Can I purchase SuperBooster™ even if I have unutilised data on my Monthly Data Quota?
Yes, you can!
4. How many times can I purchase SuperBooster™ in a month?
There's no limit. You can purchase as many SuperBoosters™ as you require.
5. Where do I check my SuperBooster™ data balance?
You may check your data balance in My Account > Usage Summary at www.yes.my.
The data balance displayed reflects the total amount of data in your account i.e. Monthly Data Quota
(if any remaining) + SuperBooster™.

6. What is the validity period for SuperBooster™?
SuperBooster™ is valid until the last day of your current Billing Cycle.

7. Can I carry forward my unutilised quota from SuperBooster™ to the next Billing Cycle?
No, unutilised SuperBooster™ quota will be forfeited and will not be carried forward to the next Billing Cycle.
8. I did not get to use my purchased SuperBooster™. Can I get a refund?
No, all SuperBooster™ purchases are non-refundable.
9. Can I transfer the data quota from SuperBooster™ to another account?
No, the data quota of SuperBooster™ is non-transferrable.
10. Can I purchase SuperBooster™ for a friend?
Yes, you can. Simply enter your friend's Yes ID at the Yes Express Payment Channel and complete your purchase.
11. How long will it take for the reduced speed to go back to 4G speeds after purchasing SuperBooster™?
It may take up to 10 minutes for the SuperBooster™ to take effect upon successful purchase.
12. I would like to purchase a SuperBooster™ but I have reached my credit limit. What can I do?
You can purchase a SuperBooster™ via the 'Pay Now' option at the Yes Express Payment Channel or My Account
