    (b) Please take note that Your Account Validity Period will not be extended if You purchase any of the Prepaid Hotspot Add-on denomination by use of Yes Credit.
     
  3. How can I purchase Prepaid Hotspot Add-On?
    You can purchase the Prepaid Hotspot Add-On via any of the following channels:-
    (a) MyYes app;
    (b) YES Stores/Kiosks; and
    (c) Authorised YES Retail Partner outlets
     
  4. Can I check my Prepaid Hotspot Add-On internet data balance?
    You may check your Prepaid Hotspot Add-On internet data balance through the MyYes app.  
  5. What happens to any balance internet quota from the Prepaid Hotspot Add which remains unutilised at the expiry of the Prepaid Hotspot Add-On Validity Period?
    Any unutilised internet data in the Prepaid Hotspot Add-On will be forfeited upon expiry of the Prepaid Hotspot Add-On Validity Period.  
  6. What happens when I finish the internet data allocation under the Prepaid Hotspot Add-On?
    You will not be able to use your hotspot/tethering service once you have fully utilised the internet data allocated under the Prepaid Hotspot Add-On during the Prepaid Hotspot Add-On Validity Period. Please purchase any of the Prepaid Hotspot Add-Ons to continue to enjoy the tethering service.    
  7. Can I purchase the Prepaid Hotspot Add-On, if the Kasi Up Unlimited Data Add-On or Kasi Up Unlimited_OKU Data Add-On has expired?
    No, each time you purchase any Prepaid Hotspot Add-On, please ensure that your Kasi Up Unlimited Data Add-On or Kasi Up Unlimited_OKU Data Add-On is within the Data Add-On validity period. 
  8. If I have purchased multiple Data Add-Ons, which internet quota will be consumed first?
    If you have purchased multiple data add-ons, internet data allocated under any of the data add-ons which expires first will be deducted first.

    Kasi Up Unlimited and Kasi Up Turbo 5GB are Prepaid Data Add-On packages available for purchase by eligible subscribers. Terms and conditions apply.
  2. Can the Kasi Up Unlimited and Kasi Up Turbo 5GB be used with Huddle or Zoom device?
    You will not be able to use the Kasi Up Unlimited and Kasi Up Turbo 5GB on any of the Huddle or Zoom (home wireless modem) devices. The Kasi Up Unlimited and Kasi Up Turbo 5GB shall be used with compatible smartphones.
  3. How do I purchase the Kasi Up Unlimited and Kasi Up Turbo 5GB?
    You may purchase the Kasi Up Unlimited and Kasi Up Turbo 5GB via any of the following channels:-
    (a) MyYes app;

    Your Kasi Up Unlimited or may be throttled due to your breach of the Promo Terms and Conditions.

    You may purchase the “Unthrottle Me Data Add-On” via the MyYes app.

  6. How many Prepaid Data Add-Ons am I allowed to purchase at any one time?
    You are allowed to purchase multiple Prepaid Data Add-Ons under one YES number at any one time.
  7. What happens when I purchase another Prepaid Data Add-On before the expiry of my current Prepaid Data Add-On?
    If you’ve purchased another Prepaid Data Add-On before the expiry of the current Prepaid Data Add-On, the Add-On which will expire first will be consumed first.
  8. Will I be alerted when my Prepaid Data Add-On is expiring?
    Yes, an SMS will be sent to your YES number to remind you of the expiry of your Prepaid Data Add-On.
  9. How can I check my usage and balance of my Prepaid Data Add-Ons?
    You can check your usage and balance of your Prepaid Data Add-On via MyYES app.
  1. How do I reload my YES account with a Reload Card?
    The Reload Card comes with a 16-digit activation code. Scratch the card to reveal the activation code.  
     
    a) Via MyYES app:
    b) Via www.yes.my/xportal
      Enter YES Number e.g. 0181230000 > Reload Cards
      Go to Menu > Buy Now > Reload Cards
    c) Via SMS:
      Type REL <space><YES Number><space><Activation Code> and send it to 018 330 1111 e.g. REL 0181230000 1234567890123456

    *Standard SMS charges apply to reloads via other telco operators.
  2. Is there an expiry date for the Reload Card?
    Yes, there is. The expiry date is printed on the Reload Card.
     
  3. What happens to my credit balance after I have made a new reload?
    Your new reload will be added on to your remaining credit balance. e.g. If you have a balance of RM 20 and you reload another RM 20, your new account balance would be RM 40.  
     
  4. How do I check my balance once the reload is done? Will I receive any notification?

    Yes, you will receive an SMS notification.


    To check your balance, download the MyYes app and log in with your credentials. If your reload is successful, you should be able to see that the reload amount has been credited into your current account balance.


    To check your YES Credit balance via SMS:
    Type BAL<space><yourYESmobilenumber> and send it to 018 330 1111

     

  5. Can I get a refund for the unused credit on my Reload Card?
    No, all Reload Cards are non-refundable. The same applies to the credit that has already been loaded into your YES account.
     
  6. If the activation code is invalid, how do I get help?
    You can call our customer service line at 018-333 0000 (local call charges apply) or email us at yescare@yes.my.
     
  7. Can I reload for another YES number using the Reload Card?
    Yes, you can. Simply go here and enter the YES ID/Phone Number/Account Number of the YES account that you wish to reload along with the activation code from your YES Reload card.
     
  8. Can I purchase Prepaid Data Add-ons using the Reload Cards?
    The YES Reload Cards are currently for reloading your YES Credit only. However, you can use your credit balance to purchase the Prepaid Data Add-ons at https://selfcare.yes.my/xportal/.
     
  9. Can I use the Reload Card to reload via SMS?
    Yes, you can.
