    o Purchase a reload via the retail outlet and activate it

    a.Via Online Portal

    1. Log on to YES Express Payment Channel
    2. Enter your YES ID
    3. Enter the 16-digit Activation Code and click submit

    b. Via SMS*

    1. 1. Type REL <space><Yes ID@yes.my><space><16-digit Activation Code>
    2. 2. Send the SMS to 018 330 1111

    o Your reload will be credited immediately to your YES account

    * Standard SMS charges apply to reloads via other telco operators.

  2. When will the e-pay reload be updated in my YES Account?
    After a successful transaction, your reload will be updated immediately in your YES Account.
  3. Where can I purchase a reload via e-pay?
    The e-pay service is available nationwide. View a list of e-pay retailers selling YES reloads here.
  4. Will I be charged any additional fees when I reload via e-pay?
    No, you will not.
  5. What mode of payment is accepted for an e-pay transaction
    Only cash payment is accepted for e-pay transactions.
  6. How do I check if my reload is successful?
    Please download the MyYes app to see that the reload amount has been credited to your current account balance.
