The following terms and conditions (“Roaming Service Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to Our Postpaid Roaming Service (each hereinafter referred to as a “Roaming Service”). Your access and continued use of Our Roaming Service shall constitute Your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Roaming Service Terms and Conditions.
These Roaming Service Terms and Conditions supplement the Postpaid Service Terms & Conditions available at www.yes.my.
- Roaming Service is available in a list of countries outside Malaysia as stated on Our website at yes.my/roaming.
- We reserve the right at Our sole discretion to determine whether You are eligible for and/or will be offered the Roaming Service.
- You shall be responsible to pay for all charges accumulated while roaming which will be debited from Your Yes account, including all relevant charges based on Our roaming rates stated on Our website at yes.my/roaming, the roaming country’s rates, pay-as-you-use rates and/or any other charges imposed by Us from time to time. You shall also be responsible to bear and pay all surcharges, SST, value-added taxes, and any other charges, taxes, exchange rate difference (if any) or such other sum as may be stipulated by Us from time to time, incurred in using the Roaming Service.
- A deposit may be required for the Roaming Service.
- We and the operator of the visited foreign telecommunication services network shall not be liable for any loss or damage which You may sustain from or through the suspension/termination/interruption/loss of or inability to use the Roaming Service due to any cause whatsoever.
- You shall be subject to all of these Roaming Service Terms and Conditions and such other terms and conditions as We deem fit as imposed from time to time, including in respect of additional charges when using the Roaming Service.
- For data services, Your Commitment Fee only covers domestic data usage and does not include data usage overseas.
- We make no warranty or representation that Your mobile device will be able to utilise the Roaming Service. Any inability to utilise Roaming Service shall not annul these Roaming Service Terms and Conditions or absolve, diminish or affect Your liability to observe and perform Your obligations herein.
- We reserve the right, without being liable to You whatsoever, not to provide or continue to provide, or to discontinue providing the Roaming Service at any time and without assigning any reason thereof.
- You shall promptly report to Us and in any case within 24 hours, any lost or stolen Yes SIM. Until such report has been received by Us, You shall be liable for all charges incurred under Your Yes account.
- You hereby affirmatively consent to and authorise Us to collect, use and/or disclose Your personal data in accordance with Our Privacy Policy available at yes.my/general-terms-and-conditions.
YesRoam Daily Pass
- This YesRoam Daily pass is subject to Our Roaming Service Terms and Conditions as set out [above], and any other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by Us from time to time.
- This YesRoam Daily pass is available for subscribe by all Yes Subscribers to enjoy roaming service in the list of countries as provided on Our website at yes.my/roaming. This YesRoam Daily pass will be auto-subscribed when Yes Subscriber enabled the roaming service via MyYes App. Roaming rates will apply based on the designated countries as stated on Our website at www.yes.my/roaming.
- This YesRoam Daily pass is applicable only to Our preferred roaming operators in the designated countries as listed at yes.my/roaming. We reserve the right to revise and/or amend the list of Our preferred roaming operators without prior notice. The use of YesRoam Daily pass in such designated countries is subject to availability of Our preferred roaming operator’s network. We will not be liable to You or any other party for any network unavailability, interruption, quality or other network-related problems that are beyond Our control.
- You need to log onto Our preferred roaming operators in the designated countries through MyYes App in order to enjoy the YesRoam Daily pass without incurring additional charges. Should You roam with any roaming operators other than Our preferred roaming operators, Our standard pay-as-you-use charges as stated on Our website at yes.my/roaming will apply.
- The capped data charges for the YesRoam Daily pass are only applicable on a per country basis and for Our designated preferred roaming operators.
- The capped data charges for the YesRoam Daily pass are applicable on a daily basis and will be reset automatically each day at local time 23:59:59 in the capital city of the country where the YesRoam Daily pass has been subscribed and activated. The YesRoam Daily pass will be automatically renewed upon expiry and a new data roaming daily charge will apply until You switch off Your data roaming and mobile data on Your mobile device.
- This YesRoam Daily pass comes with allocated high speed roaming data quota according to the specific country. If the high speed roaming data quota for YesRoam pass has been fully utlised, the data speed will be throttled to 64kbps until the YesRoam Daily pass expires, save for YesRoam SG Daily pass, where the data speed will be throttled to 512kbps once the high speed roaming data quota for YesRoam SG Daily pass has been fully utilised until the YesRoam SG Daily pass expires. Any unused data quota on YesRoam Daily passes cannot be rolled over to the next day.
- This YesRoam Daily pass is intended for personal and non-commercial use only, and is subject to the relevant roaming operator’s fair usage policy and Our Fair Usage Policy set out at yes.my/general-terms-and-conditions. If We, in Our sole discretion, determine that Your data usage is in excess of the fair usage, We may, without any notification and liability to You, suspend, restrict and/or terminate Your access to the Roaming Service.
- The Credit Limit of Your Service Plan (if applicable) shall apply to Your Roaming Service charges. You are required to monitor Your own talk time, SMS and data usage while You are abroad. You shall be solely responsible for all Roaming Service charges incurred under Your account.
- The Roaming Service charges will be reflected in Your monthly Bill in the succeeding month following the Billing Cycle and deduct from Your account’s credit limit of Your use (if applicable) of the Roaming Service. If You have reached Your credit limit, You may increase Your credit limit via MyYesapp to enjoy more roaming services.
- We may amend these terms and conditions (“YesRoam Daily Pass Terms and Conditions”) from time to time. Access, usage or continued usage of the YesRoam Daily pass shall constitute Your acceptance of these YesRoam Daily Pass Terms and Conditions.
YesRoam Monthly Pass
- This YesRoam Monthly pass is subject to Our Roaming Service Terms and Conditions as set out [above], and any other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by Us from time to time.
- This YesRoam Monthy pass is available automatically to all Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plans Programme and Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans Programme’s subscribers as a complimentary roaming data for them to enjoy roaming service in the list of countries as provided on Our website at yes.my/roaming.
- This YesRoam Monthly pass is applicable only to Our preferred roaming operators in the designated countries as listed at yes.my/roaming. We reserve the right to revise and/or amend the list of Our preferred roaming operators without prior notice. The use of YesRoam Monthly pass in such designated countries is subject to availability of Our preferred roaming operator’s network. We will not be liable to You or any other party for any network unavailability, interruption, quality or other network-related problems that are beyond Our control.
- You need to log onto Our preferred roaming operators in the designated countries through MyYes App in order to enjoy the YesRoam Monthly pass without incurring additional charges. Should You roam with any roaming operators other than Our preferred operators, Our standard pay-as-you-use charges as stated on Our website at yes.my/roaming will apply.
- This YesRoam Monthly pass comes with a complimentary roaming data quota of 10GB monthly following the Biling Cycle of Your Service Plan. Once the 10GB high speed roaming data quota has been fully utilised, the data speed will be throttled to 512kbps for the remainder of that particular Biling Cycle. Any unused roaming data quota cannot be rolled over to the next Biling Cycle and the roaming data quota will be reset automatically on the last day of the Biling Cycle.
- You can enjoy free, unlimited calls from the designated countries which You have activated the YesRoam Monthly pass (see Our list of countries at yes.my/roaming) to any Malaysian number. This applies to both on-net and off-net calls which includes incoming and outgoing calls. Calls to toll-free numbers are not free. For SMS, charges are applicable for all roaming operators other than Our preferred operators. For more information on offers and rates, please refer to Our website at www.yes.my/roaming.
- This YesRoam Monthly pass is intended for personal and non-commercial use only, and is subject to the relevant roaming operator’s fair usage policy and Our Fair Usage Policy set out at yes.my/general-terms-and-conditions. If We, in Our sole discretion, determine that Your data usage is in excess of the fair usage, We may, without any notification and liability to You, suspend, restrict and/or terminate Your access to the Roaming Service.
- We may amend these terms and conditions (“YesRoam Monthly Pass Terms and Conditions”) from time to time. Access, usage or continued usage of the YesRoam Monthly pass shall constitute Your acceptance of these YesRoam Monthly pass Terms and Conditions.
YesRoam Top-Up Pass
- If You have fully utilised Your high speed roaming data quota of Your YesRoam Daily pass or YesRoam Monthly pass, You have the option to purchase the YesRoam Top-Up pass to continue using high speed data. Alternatively, You can continue to roam with unlimited data at a throttled speed until Your YesRoam Daily pass or YesRoam Monthly pass (as the case may be) expires.
- The YesRoam Top-Up passes can be purchased via MyYes app if You are on any of the active YesRoam passes.
- The available YesRoam Top-Up passes are as below;

- YeSRoam Top-Up 200MB
- YeSRoam Top-Up 300MB
- YeSRoam Top-Up 400MB
- YeSRoam Top-Up 500MB
- YesRoam SG Daily Top-Up 1GB (available for roaming in Singapore only)

- The YesRoam Top-Up passes are applicable only to Our preferred roaming operators in the designated countries as listed at yes.my/roaming. - Each YesRoam Top-Up is valid from local time 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 in the capital city of the country where the YesRoam Top-Up pass is subscribed and activated. Once the high speed roaming data quota for Your YesRoam Top-Up pass has been fully utilised, the data speed will be throttled to 64kbps until Your YesRoam pass expires.
- For YesRoam SG Daily Top-Up 1GB in Singapore, once the high speed roaming data quota for YesRoam Top-up has been fully utilised, the data speed will be throttled to 512kbps until the YesRoam SG Daily Top-Up pass expires.
