Reload and Win Campaign

  1. What is Reload and Win Campaign?The Reload and Win Campaign is a time-limited Campaign launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (“YES”) to the Eligible Participant (as defined below) with YES Reload or Prepaid Data Add-on of this Campaign to stand a chance to win a prize (“Prize”).
  2. How long is the Reload and Win Campaign period?The Campaign will commence on 23rd November 2021 12:00am, until 23rd January 2022 11:59 p.m. (“Campaign Period”).
  3. Who is Eligible for this Campaign?The Campaign is open to all Malaysians with a valid MyKad or MyPR or MyTentera who signs up to a YES Prepaid Service Plan (“Eligible Participant”). If you are below 18 years of age, you are required to obtain your parent’s/guardian’s consent before participating in the Campaign. However, employees of YES (including its affiliated and related companies), sponsors, advertising/promotional agencies, dealers, retailers, suppliers and their respective immediate family members are not eligible to win the Prize offered under the Campaign.
  4. How do Eligible Participant participate in this Reload and Win Campaign?To participate in this Reload and Win campaign, each Eligible Participant will need to:-
    (a) purchase YES Reload or Prepaid Data Add-On for YES Service account during the Campaign Period. Each Yes Reload or Prepaid Data Add-On must have a denomination value of RM5 or more; and
    (b) “LIKE” Yes 4G’s Facebook page.

    Each Eligible Participant may perform one or more YES Reloads or Prepaid Data Add-ons daily during the Campaign Period. For every purchase of YES Reload or Prepaid Data Add-Ons with a denomination value of at least RM5, the Eligible Participant will earn one (1) ticket (“ticket”), for example:

    • RM5 YES Reload or Prepaid Data Add-On = 1 ticket
    • RM100 YES Reloads or Prepaid Data Add-On = 20 tickets

    The more you purchase the YES Reloads or Prepaid Data Add-On, the more tickets you can accumulate to win the Grand Prizes and Weekly Prizes.

    No ticket will be awarded for Yes Reloads or Prepaid Data Add-Ons performed before or after the Campaign Period.

  5. How are the Eligible Participants of Reload and Win Campaign chosen as a Winner and what are the Prizes for this Reload and Win campaign?You may refer to the Reload and Win Campaign Terms and Conditions for the Winner selection process.
  6. What is the Data Voucher 10GB?The Data Voucher 10GB will be in a form of Voucher Code. The Voucher Code can be redeemed and activated at MyYes App, MyAccount or Self-Care ExpressPay Portal. The Voucher Code can be redeemed only one time.
  7. What is the validity period of the Data Voucher 10GB?The Data Voucher 10GB must be redeemed and activate within thirty (30) Days from the date winner received the Voucher Code and the Voucher Code comes with validity period of thirty (30) days.
  8. When will Eligible Participant know whether he/she have won the Prize?The Weekly Prizes Winners will be announced on Yes 4G Facebook page () on the respective dates set out below:
    Winner for Week 1 (23rd November 2021, 12:00 a.m. – 29th November 2021, 6:00 p.m.) – 30th November 2021
    Winner for Week 2 (29th November 2021,6:01 p.m. – 6th December 2021, 6:00 p.m.) – 7th December 2021
    Winner for Week 3 (6th December 2021, 6:01 p.m. – 13th December 2021, 6:00 p.m.) – 14th December 2021
    Winner for Week 4 (13th December 2021,6:01 p.m. – 20th December 2021, 6:00 p.m.) – 21st December 2021
    Winner for Week 5 (20th December 2021, 6:01 p.m. – 27th December 2021, 6:00 p.m.) – 28th December 2021
    Winner for Week 6 (27th December 2021,6:01 p.m. – 3rd January 2022, 6:00 p.m.) – 4th January 2022
    Winner for Week 7 (3rd January 2022, 6:01 p.m. – 10th January 2022, 6:00 p.m.) – 11th January 2022
    Winner for Week 8 (10th January 2022, 6:01 p.m. – 17th January 2022, 6:00 p.m.) – 18th January 2022
    Winner for Week 9 (17th January 2022, 6:01 p.m. – 23rd January 2022, 11:59 a.m.) – 24th January 2022

    The Monthly Grand Prizes Winners will be announced on Yes 4G Facebook page () on the respective dates set out below:
    Winner for November 2021 (23rd November 2021 – 23rd December 2021) – 24th December 2021
    Winner for December 2021 (24th December2021 – 23rd January 2022) – 24th January 2022

  9. How many Prizes may an Eligible Participant win during the Campaign Period?Each Winner is may only win one (1) Grand Prize throughout the Campaign Period but can win more than one (1) Weekly Prizes throughout the Campaign Period.
  10. How do Winner collect the Prize?For Grand Prize, each Winner is required to collect the Prize within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of Campaign Period (“Collection Period”) from YES Store (Lot 10) if he/she stay within Klang Valley. If he/she stay outside Klang Valley, YES will deliver the Prize to the delivery address of the Winner (as per confirmation).
    For Weekly Prize, Data Voucher Code will be send to Winner via Email or SMS or Push Notification from MyYes app.
  11. Can I exchange my Prize for cash?All the Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
