  1. What is the EPP Program?
    EPP stands for Education Partner Program™ (EPP). Through this program, we will provide converged 4G mobile Internet services to students in selected colleges and universities within Malaysia.

    We believe that empowering students with high-speed wireless Internet access will enable them to take advantage of the Internet as a source of knowledge and information. With this vision in mind, we have high hopes that this exposure will shape and enhance their world view for a better tomorrow.
  2. What do students get under the EPP program?

    All university/college students that participate in the program will get:

    • 300MB worth of data every month
    • A free Yes ID & 018 number
    • No Contract or Monthly Commitment
  3. How do I get the free monthly 300MB?
    Your 300MB is automatically credited into your free Yes account (equivalent to a rebate of RM 9). All you need to do is check your university email to get your Yes ID and password to access.

    Alternatively, you can also visit our Yes Campus Store and seek assistance to get your free Yes ID.
  4. What can I do with 300MB?

    With up to 300MB of data, you can:

    • Visit 400 webpages
    • Send 2000 emails (with small attachments)
    • AND stream music for 90 minutes

    Alternatively, you can also make up to 100 minutes of calls or send 100 SMS to your friends, family and loved ones through Yes Life.
    Here's how you can get started:

    • Download Yes Life here
    • Enter your Yes ID and password
    • Enter the number you would like to call or SMS
    • That's it! You are now connected!
  5. What happens when I use up my monthly 300MB?
    You will not be able to surf the Internet after using up your 300MB quota, but you will still be able to access the Yes website at to make a top-up. After making a top-up or purchasing a Yes Campuspack 28, you will be able to continue surfing the Internet as usual.

    Alternatively, you can simply wait for the coming month as the free 300MB quota is refreshed and given every month.
  6. How much do I have to pay monthly?
    There is no monthly commitment! You may purchase Yes Credits or Yes Campuspack 28 at when you run out of credit.
  7. How do I get my Yes ID, Yes Credits, Campuspack 28 and Yes devices?
    Visit our Yes Campus Store situated within your campus grounds to get your free Yes ID and purchase Yes Credits or Campuspack 28 as well as devices.
  8. How do I monitor my usage?
    You can monitor your account balance & usage online through My Account at by using your Yes ID & password to login.
  9. How is Yes different from other mobile Internet providers?
    Other mobile Internet providers limit you in certain ways. For example, the special rates are only valid when you're on campus and the better rates apply only for online communication.
