LFH Exclusive Deal Monthly 20GB RM20 Data Add-On promotion

  1. The Promotion.The LFH Exclusive Deal Monthly Data Add-On promotion (“ Promotion”) is a time-limited promotion by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (“ YTLC”).
  2. Eligibility. Subscribers who are registered under any of the Learn From Home Programme initiative by YTL Foundation is eligible to participate in this Promotion (“Eligible Subscribers”).
  3. Applicable Terms & Conditions. Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein (“Promo T&Cs”), all other terms and conditions incorporated in the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions and Yes 4G LTE Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions available at www.yes.my/tnc shall remain valid and applicable to this Promotion (collectively referred as “ General Applicable Terms and Conditions”). In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and these Promo T&Cs, these Promo T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency. Words in capital not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to in the General Applicable Terms and Conditions.
  4. Promotion Period. The Promotion will commence on 25 July 2020, 12:00 a.m. and continue until further notice (“Promotion Period”).
  5. The Promotion.
    5.1 The service offerings under the LFH Exclusive Deal Monthly 20GB RM20 (“ LFH Data Add-On”) is stated below:

    5.2 An Eligible Subscriber may purchase the LFH Data Add-On only via any of the following channels namely:-
    (a)YES Store;
    (b)YES Dealer;
    (c) MyYes4G App; and
    (d) Express Pay

    5.3 If an Eligible Subscriber purchases multiple LFH Data Add-On, the Eligible Subscriber’s Account Validity Period will be extended accordingly based on the last LFH Data Add-On successful purchase date. For example, if an Eligible Subscriber’s Account Validity Period ends on 30 April 2020, and on 25 April 2020 he/she purchases a LFH Data Add-On and again on 28 April 2020, the Eligible Subscribers purchases another Prepaid Data Add-On, in such instance, his/her Account Validity Period will be extended to 27 May 2020 based on the LFH Add-On purchased by him on 28 April 2020.
    5.4 In determining the quota usage priority, the following shall apply:-
    5.4.1 if an Eligible Subscriber purchases multiple LFH Data Add-On, quota will be drawn from the LFH Data Add-On which expires first based on first in first out policy; and
    5.4.2 if an Eligible Subscriber purchases an LFH Data Add-On, together with any other prepaid data add-on offered for purchase by YTLC under any of the applicable Prepaid Service Plan, quota will be drawn from the prepaid data add-on which expires first based on first in first out policy. For the avoidance of doubt, multiple purchase of prepaid data-add on will not extend the Account Validity Period.

  6. Unused Data. At the expiry of the Data Add-On Validity Period, any balance data in the LFH Data Add-On which remains unutilised shall be automatically forfeited.
  7. Limitation of Liability. YTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Promotion.
  8. Laws This Promotion shall in all respect be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
  9. Modifications. YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend the terms and conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of the Promotion, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to the Eligible Subscribers or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, YTLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion at any time before or during the Promotion Period with notice but without any liability or compensation whatsoever.
