Yes Ceria Raya Free 44GB Data Campaign

Dated: 21st April 2023

  1. The Campaign.
    The Ceria Raya Free 44GB Data Campaign (“Campaign”) is a time-limited campaign launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (“YTLC”) for a period commencing 21st April 2023 until 15th May 2023. (“Campaign Period”). An Eligible Subscriber (as defined below) is entitled to redeem the Ceria Raya Free 44GB Data once only during the Campaign Period.
  2. Eligibility for Campaign.
    All Yes Subscribers are entitled to participate in this Campaign provided that their Service account(s) (Prepaid and/or Postpaid) have not been suspended or barred and there are no outstanding amounts owing under the Service account(s) (“Eligible Subscriber”).
  3. Terms and Conditions for Redemption.
    3.1 To redeem the Ceria Raya Free 44GB Data, an Eligible Subscriber shall comply with the following terms and conditions:-
    (a) Redemption of the Ceria Raya Free 44GB Data must be done by an Eligible Subscriber during the Campaign Period via MyYes app. For clarity, the Ceria Raya Free 44GB Data will not be automatically credited for the Eligible Subscriber’s use unless he/she redeems the free 44GB Data in accordance with these Campaign terms and conditions. Once redeemed, the free 44GB Data will be credited into the Eligible Subscriber’s Service account.
    (b) The Eligible Subscriber is entitled to redeem the Ceria Raya Free 44GB Data in accordance with Clause 3(a) herein provided always that his/her Service account is active at the time of redemption.
    (c) The Ceria Raya Free 44GB Data comes with 7 days validity (“Data Validity Period”) upon successful redemption. The Eligible Subscriber may use the Ceria Raya Free 44GB Data during the Data Validity Period. Upon the expiry of the Data Validity Period, any unutilized data from the Ceria Raya Free 44GB Data will be automatically forfeited.
    (d) An Eligible Subscriber may redeem the Ceria Raya Free 44GB Data for one (1) time on each active account

    3.1.1 The offerings under each of the Ceria Raya Free 44GB Data Campaign are:

    Postpaid Plan Subscribers;

    Add-On Name Free Data (5G/4G) Data Validity Hotspot Eligibility
    Ceria Raya Postpaid 44GB 44GB (Uncapped Speed) 7 days (from the date of redemption) Yes shared with data Data Tonnage Plan
    Ceria Raya Hotspot 44GB 44GB (Uncapped Speed) 7 days (from the date of redemption) – Unlimited Data Plan


    Prepaid Plan Subscribers;

    Add-On Name Free Data (5G/4G) Data Validity Hotspot Eligibility
    Ceria Raya Prepaid 44GB 44GB (Uncapped Speed) 7 days (from the date of redemption) Yes shared with data Data Tonnage Plan


    *Ceria Raya Free 44GB Data redemption will not extend the Account Validity

  4. Applicable Terms & Conditions:
    Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein, all other terms and conditions for the relevant Service signed up by the Eligible Subscriber incorporated in the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions, Postpaid Service Plans Terms & Conditions, Yes 4G Broadband Bundle Plan, Fixed Wireless Internet Service, FIZ 2 Service Plans Terms and Conditions, Yes Speedzy 2 Service Plans Terms and Conditions, Yes 4G Home 2 LTE Service Plans Terms and Conditions, Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions, Yes 4G LTE Prepaid Plans Terms & Conditions, Yes First To 5G Campaign Terms and Conditions, Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans Programme Terms and Conditions, Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plans Programme Terms and Conditions and the Yes Wireless Fibre Service Plan Terms and Conditions, found at yes.my/docs/tnc/ shall remain valid and applicable to this Campaign (collectively referred as “General Applicable Terms and Conditions”). In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and these Campaign terms and conditions, these Campaign terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency. Words in capital not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to in the General Applicable Terms and Conditions.
  5. Modifications.
    YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend these Campaign terms and conditions or change or modify any aspect of this Campaign in whole or in part at any time and from time to time at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to the Eligible Subscribers or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, YTLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign at any time before or during this Campaign Period with notice but without any liability or compensation whatsoever.
  6. Laws. These Campaign terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Malaysia.
