Yes Choose & Activate SIM

  1. What is Choose & Activate SIM?
    Choose & Activate SIM allows the customer to choose any preferred Yes plan (Prepaid or Postpaid) and activate it through MyYes App.
  2. Is the Choose & Activate SIM free of charge?
    When you get the Choose & Activate SIM, you will need to download MyYes app, register to your preferred plan and activate Choose & Activate SIM via MyYes App.
    *Any chosen plan subscribed by You, will be subjected to each of the plan terms and conditions in our Yes website.
  3. How do I register and activate Choose & Activate SIM via MyYes app?
    You may follow the steps as per below;
    Step 1: Download the MyYes App, open and click on “New User”.
    Step 2: Click on “Activate SIM”, then “Start”.
    Step 3: Scan the barcode found on the SIM card or manually input your SIM serial number.
    Step 4: Select your ID, scan, and confirm ID type.
    Step 5: Choose your mobile plan and select a number or “Switch to Yes” by keying in your current number.
    Step 6: Follow the eKYC steps to complete activation.
    Step 7: Create your password and proceed with the payment.
    Step 8: You can now experience Yes 5G. Enjoy!

  4. Can I get more than one (1) Choose & Activate SIM?
    Yes. You may subscribe to one or more Yes Plan provided always that You do not have, more than six (6) Postpaid Service Plans and/or five (5) Prepaid Plans registered with Us at any one point in time.
