  1. What does Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan consists of?
    \n<\/strong>Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan consist of:
    \n(i) FREE One (1) Yes 5G-enabled Prepaid SIM Card with a pre-assigned Yes Mobile Number;
    \n(ii) FREE 40GB LTE Data with an account validity period of thirty (30) days from the date of service activation (\u201cAccount Validity Period\u201d); and
    \n(iii) Basic Internet speed of 256kbps for the remaining duration of the Account Validity Period upon full utilisation of the FREE 40GB LTE Data.
    \n(hereinafter shall be collectively referred to as the \u201cYes FT5G ePemula Service Plan\u201d)<\/li>\n
  2. Who is entitled to subscribe to the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan?
    \n<\/strong>An individual who is:
    \na) a Malaysian citizen between the ages of 18 to 20 years at the time of subscription to the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan;
    \nb) a full-time student enrolled in courses equivalent to diploma or SKM4 or tertiary education in a university or university college respectively and regulated by the Universities and Universities Colleges Act 1971 (Act 30) or private higher education institution regulated by the Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996; and
    \nc) who is registered with and verified by Shopee as being eligible for the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan.
    \n(hereinafter collectively referred to as an \u201cEligible Subscriber\u201d).<\/li>\n
  3. As an Eligible Subscriber, how can I redeem the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan?
    \n<\/strong>You may redeem Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan by using the RM 50 ePemula Yes Shopee Voucher allocated in your Shopee account.<\/li>\n
  4. Is there any payment to be made during redemption of Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan with RM 50 ePemula Yes Shopee<\/strong> Voucher?
    \n<\/strong>No, there is no payment to be made during redemption of Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan with RM 50 ePemula Yes Shopee Voucher.<\/li>\n
  5. Can an Eligible Subscriber purchase the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan without using the RM 50 ePemula Yes Shopee<\/strong> Voucher?
    \n<\/strong>An Eligible Subscriber may purchase Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan if he\/she chooses not to redeem the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan with RM 50 ePemula Yes Shopee Voucher.<\/li>\n
  6. Can an Eligible Subscriber purchase the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan if he\/she is not entitled to the RM 50 ePemula Yes Shopee<\/strong> Voucher?
    \n<\/strong>Yes, an Eligible Subscriber may purchase Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan.<\/li>\n
  7. What is Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan period?
    \n<\/strong>The Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan period is from 12.00 a.m. on 13 April 2022 to 11.59 p.m. on 1 June 2022 (\u201cProgramme Period\u201d).<\/li>\n
  8. If an Eligible Subscriber cancels the redeemed Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan with RM50 ePemula Yes Shopee<\/strong> Voucher, can he\/she at any time thereafter during Programme Period redeem Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan again with RM50 ePemula Yes Shopee<\/strong> Voucher?
    \n<\/strong>Once an Eligible Subscriber cancels the redeemed Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan, the RM50 ePemula Yes Shopee Voucher will automatically be deemed invalid. However, such Eligible Subscribers may contact Shopee<\/a> to request for a new RM50 ePemula Yes Shopee Voucher subject to Shopee\u2019s sole discretion.The RM50 ePemula Yes Shopee Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.<\/li>\n
  9. 9.What happens if an Eligible Subscriber fails to redeem Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan with the RM50 ePemula Shopee<\/strong> Voucher before 11.59 p.m. on 1 June 2022 (\u201cExpiry Date\u201d)?
    \n<\/strong>All Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan shall be redeemed by the Expiry Date, failing which any unredeemed RM 50 ePemula Shopee Voucher will automatically lapse and shall not be replaced.For purposes of clarity, no refund will be provided for any failure to redeem the RM50 ePemula Shopee Voucher on or by the date mentioned hereinabove.<\/li>\n
  10. As an Eligible Subscriber, how do I claim the Yes ePemula Shopee Voucher?
    \n<\/strong>If you are an Eligible Subscriber, a RM50 ePemula Yes Shopee Voucher will be credited to your Shopee account under \u201cMy Vouchers\u201d tab within a day after the approval of the ePemula programme application.Please follow the steps stated below to redeem Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan:
    \nStep 1: Go to Shopee Yes Official Store;
    \nStep 2: Choose     Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan (40GB\/30 Days Validity)<\/a> Product;
    \nStep 3: Click \u201cBuy Now\u201d button;
    \nStep 4: Upon Checkout, click \u201cShopee Voucher\u201d option and select the RM50 ePemula Yes Shopee Voucher; and
    \nStep 5: Once you have selected RM50 ePemula Yes Shopee Voucher, select on relevant payment method and proceed with payment.<\/p>\n

  11. Is there any specific period to activate Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan?
    \n<\/strong>An Eligible Subscriber shall activate the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan via Yes self-registration application (\u201ceKYC\u201d) within a period of thirty (30) days from date of issuance of SIM Card, failing which the SIM Card can no longer be activated and no replacement SIM Card will be provided.<\/li>\n
  12. How will I know whether I have received the 40GB data upon activation of my Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan?<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>The information will be displayed on your home screen once you log onto the     MyYes<\/a> app.<\/li>\n
  13. Will I be able to use 5G services if I am on a 4G smartphone?<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>No, you will not be able to use 5G services if you are using a 4G smartphone. For more information regarding the 5G services, you may refer to FAQ under the\u00a0    First To 5G Campaign<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  14. Can I purchase other Prepaid Data Add-Ons before my account expires?
    \n<\/strong>Yes, you can. For more information on the Prepaid Data Add-on, please refer to our     Prepaid FAQ.<\/a><\/li>\n
  15. What happens if my Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan account becomes inactive?
    \n<\/strong>You will still be able to receive calls and SMS, access your contacts and make emergency calls. However, you will not be able to make any calls, send SMS or surf the internet. To do so, you will need purchase a Yes Reload for Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan. The minimum purchase of Yes Reload is RM5. For more information, please refer to Yes Reload Terms and Conditions available at     Yes Reload Terms and Conditions<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  16. Will there be any charges imposed when I call other Yes mobile numbers?<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>There will be no charges imposed for domestic calls from a Yes mobile number to another Yes mobile number. If you are outside of Malaysia, you may subscribe to our International Roaming Service. Please refer to the International Roaming Service rates published at     www.yes.my\/roaming<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  17. Will there be any charges imposed when I call other networks?<\/strong>
