  1. The Programme.
    \n<\/strong>The Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans Programme (\u201cProgramme<\/strong>\u201d) is a time limited programme launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Company No. 200701035605 (793634-V)) (\u201cYTLC\u201d). By Your subscription or use of any of the Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans (as defined below) You acknowledge that You understand these Programme T&Cs (as defined below) and agree to abide by them.<\/li>\n
  2. Eligibility.
    \n<\/strong>The Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans are open for subscription by individuals who are 18 years and above of age (\u201cEligible Subscribers<\/strong>\u201d).<\/li>\n
  3. Applicable Terms and Conditions.<\/strong>
    \nSubject only to the variations as expressly set out herein (\u201cProgramme T&Cs<\/strong>\u201d), all other terms and conditions incorporated in the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions<\/a>,\u00a0Postpaid Service Plans Terms and Conditions<\/a>,<\/a>\u00a0Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan Terms and Conditions<\/a> and Yes Kasi Up Refer & Earn Programme (\u201cR&E Programme\u201d)<\/a> available at www.yes.my\/tnc<\/a>\u00a0shall remain valid and applicable to this Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans Programme (collectively referred as \u201cGeneral Applicable Terms and Conditions<\/strong>\u201d). In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and the Programme T&Cs, these Programme T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency. Words in capital not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the General Applicable Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n
  4. Programme Period.
    \n<\/strong>The Programme commences on 26 May 2022, 00:00 a.m. and continues until further notice (\u201cProgramme Period<\/strong>\u201d).<\/li>\n
  5. The Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans & Service Offerings<\/strong>
    \nYes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans<\/strong>
    \n5.1 The rate offerings under the Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans are as follows:
    \n(a) Infinite Basic Service Plan;
    \n(b) Infinite Standard Service Plan;
    \n(c) Infinite Premium Service Plan; and
    \n(d) Infinite Ultra Service Plan(hereinafter shall be collectively referred to as \u201cYes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans<\/strong>\u201d)Service Offerings.\u00a0<\/strong>
    \n5.2 The service offerings under each of the Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    \n**Effective 22nd October 2022, RM200 Foreigner deposit will no longer be applicable for Non-Malaysians registration under Yes Postpaid SIM Plan.<\/p>\n

    5.3 You may subscribe to one or more Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans provided always that You do not have, in aggregate, more than fifteen (15) Postpaid Service accounts with YTLC<\/span>.<\/p>\n

    5.4 When You subscribe to any of the Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plan, You will receive a Yes eSIM or Yes SIM Card containing a unique Yes Mobile Number (\u201cYes SIM<\/strong>\u201d). To enjoy the 5G services, You are required to use the Yes SIM on a compatible Device. Please visit\u00a0www.yes.my\/supported-devices<\/a> to determine which of the Devices supports the Yes SIM Card or\u00a0www.yes.my\/e-sim\/<\/a>\u00a0for Yes eSIM.<\/span><\/p>\n

    5.5 The Yes Subscriber subscribing to the Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plan is required to activate the Yes SIM through the MyYes app.<\/p>\n

    5.5.1 eSIM Activation. Once the Yes eSIM is activated, the Yes Subscriber is required to download the Yes eSIM profile (\u201cYes eSIM Profile<\/strong>\u201d) to allow the Device to connect to the Yes network to enjoy the Yes services. Please refer to\u00a0yes.my\/e-sim<\/a> for more information. A Yes Subscriber who is subscribed to the Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plan is required to perform a one-time activation of the Yes eSIM Subscription within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of Yes eSIM Subscription, failing which the Yes eSIM can no longer be activated and no replacement of eSIM will be provided.<\/p>\n

    5.5.2 SIM Card Activation. A Yes Subscriber is required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within thirty (30) days days from the subscription of the Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plan, failing which the SIM Card can no longer be activated and no replacement of SIM Card will be provided.<\/p>\n

    5.6 The service offerings of 5G internet speed under the \u00a0Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans \u00a0depends fully on the 5G network coverage in such area and\/or locations.<\/p>\n

    5.7 The Data Capacity Allocation for Hotspot may only be used during the relevant Billing Cycle. In the event there is any unutilised Data Capacity Allocation at the end of a particular Billing Cycle, such unused balance Data Capacity Allocation for Hotspot will not be carried forward to any of the succeeding Billing Cycle and there shall be no refund or liability to refund by YTLC.<\/p>\n

    5.8 If a Yes Subscriber has fully utilised the Data Capacity Allocation for Hotspot under the respective Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plan before the expiry of the relevant Billing Cycle, the Yes Subscriber may purchase the Infinite Postpaid Hotspot Add-On Terms and Conditions<\/a> to enjoy internet data with no speed control.<\/p>\n

    5.9 The unlimited On-Net Services of voice calls and SMS and Off-Net Services of voice calls are exclusive for Your use in Malaysia only and applicable for communications between person-to-person personal use and not commercial use. Therefore, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including by using Your Yes SIM in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activities are considered non-standard usage and is therefore prohibited.<\/p>\n

    5.10 Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans is applicable for Refer & Earn Programme, subject to Yes Kasi Up Refer & Earn Programme (\u201cR&E Programme\u201d)<\/a> terms and conditions.<\/li>\n

  6. Charges & SST.
    \n<\/strong>6.1 Save as expressly provided herein, there will be no additional charges imposed on domestic On-Net Service of voice calls and SMS and domestic Off-Net Service of voice calls. However, the following charges will be imposed on domestic Off-Net Service of SMS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

    6.4 The charges stated in this Clause 6 are exclusive of SST.<\/li>\n

  7. Limitation of Liability.
    \n<\/strong>YTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Programme T&Cs.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Laws.
    \n<\/strong>This Programme shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.<\/li>\n
  9. Modifications.
    \n<\/strong>YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend the terms and conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of the Programme, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to You or any other party.
