    \nYou will be entitled to RM10 Discount Promotion of the Commitment Fee for a period of six (6) Billing Cycles upon successful subscription to Infinite Plus Standard with Samsung A33 under <\/strong>    Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan<\/strong> Programme<\/strong><\/a>. *Terms and conditions apply.<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Is there any contract period if I subscribe to <\/strong>RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion?<\/strong>
    \nYes, a contract period of 36 months will apply commencing from the date of activation of the SIM Card.<\/li>\n

  8. Will there be any charges imposed if I terminate my\u00a0<\/strong>RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion before the end of the Contract Period?<\/strong>
    \nYes, Early Termination Charges (ETC) for the remainder of the contract period will be due and payable by you immediately if your Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan is terminated before the end of the contract period.<\/li>\n
  9. What happens if I do not fully utilise my hotspot data capacity allocation?<\/strong>
    \nAt the expiry of each Billing Cycle, any unused data within the Billing Cycle Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation will not be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle.<\/li>\n
  10. If I am an existing Subscriber of any of the Postpaid Service Plans that is subjected to a Contract Period, will I be able to subscribe to any of <\/strong>RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion<\/strong>?<\/strong>
    \nYes, you may subscribe to a RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion as an additional line provided that you do not have in aggregate more than fifteen (15) postpaid service accounts with Yes and you pass the credit and eligibility assessments.<\/li>\n
  11. Can I keep my existing other telco mobile number on a <\/strong>RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion<\/strong>?<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>Yes, you can port your existing mobile number into your RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion after activation of the 5G-enabled SIM Card. Please refer\u00a0    https:\/\/www.yes.my\/keep-your-number\/ <\/a>for more information.<\/li>\n
  12. Do I need to continue with payment of the Commitment Fee if my <\/strong>RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion<\/strong> Service account is barred during the contract period?<\/strong>
    \nYes, notwithstanding the suspension of your RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion Service account, your commitment to pay the monthly Commitment Fee shall continue during the period of suspension.<\/li>\n
  13. I just signed up for a <\/strong>RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion<\/strong> and already made a payment before, why do I immediately have an outstanding bill on my MyYes account?<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>The initial payment that you made when you signed up for a RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion is a one-time charge. However, your bill cycle only start once you have gone through the SIM activation process. If your account activation is done within the bill cycle, your bill will be pro-rated.<\/li>\n
