  1. The Promotion.
    \n<\/strong>The RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus Promotion (\u201cPromotion<\/strong>\u201d) is a time-limited promotion by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Company No. 200701035605 (793634-V)) (YTLC<\/strong>).<\/li>\n
  2. Eligibility.
    \n<\/strong>This Promotion is open to all individuals who are Malaysian citizens and satisfies the following pre-conditions:
    \n2.1 individuals between the ages of 18 and 65 years at the time of subscription to the Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan<\/a> Programme;
    \n2.2 in possession of a valid MyKad or MyTentera; and
    \n2.3 successfully pass the credit check process.
    \n(hereinafter shall be referred to as \u201cEligible Subscribers<\/strong>\u201d).<\/li>\n
  3. Applicable Terms & Conditions.
    \n<\/strong>Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein (\u201cPromotion T&Cs<\/strong>\u201d), all other terms and conditions incorporated in the     Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions<\/a>, Postpaid Service Plans Terms and Conditions<\/a>, Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan Programme Terms and Conditions<\/a> and\u00a0Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan Terms and Conditions<\/a>\u00a0available at\u00a0yes.my<\/a> shall remain valid and applicable to this Promotion (collectively referred as \u201cGeneral Applicable Terms and Conditions<\/strong>\u201d). In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and these Promotion T&Cs, these Promotion T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency. All capitalized words and expressions in these Promotion T&Cs, unless defined herein, shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the General Applicable Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n
  4. Promotion Period.
    \n<\/strong>The Promotion will commence on 28th<\/sup> October 2022 and continue until further notice (\u201cPromotion Period<\/strong>\u201d).<\/li>\n
  5. The Promotion Mechanics.<\/strong>
    \nThe offerings under the Promotion are as follows:
    \n5.1 The Promotion is only available via Selected Yes Authorized Dealer.
    \n5.2 The Promotion consists of a 5G-enable SIM Card with the following:
    \na) a Yes Mobile Number;
    \nb) a smartphone (refer to clause 5.8 for \u00a0type of smartphone under Device Type (\u201cDevice<\/strong>\u201d);
    \nc) Unlimited LTE Data;
    \nd) Unlimited On-Net and Off-Net calls;
    \ne) Unlimited On-Net Service of domestic SMS
    \nf) 50GB Hotspot
    \ne) RM10 Discount for 36 months contract period of Monthly Commitment Fee from the date of service activation only (please refer to the Promotion T&Cs herein for the other applicable charges)
    \n5.3 Save for the RM10 discount during the Promotion Period, the Monthly Commitment Fee and other charges will be imposed on any products and\/or Services subscribed or used by such Eligible Subscriber, including any applicable deposit sum, in accordance with the applicable rates as more specifically stated in Our official website @     www.yes.my\/tnc<\/a>.
    \n5.4 After the Promotion Period, the Eligible Subscriber will be charged the Monthly Commitment Fee under the service offering (as stated in the table below) and in the event such Eligible Subscriber walk in to Yes Store for termination, he\/she will be subject to\u00a0    Postpaid Service Plan Terms and Conditions<\/a>
    \n5.5 Eligible Subscribers can apply for the Promotion via Selected Yes Authorized Dealers only.
    \n5.6 The Promotion applies to the Monthly Commitment Fee for a period of thirty six (36) Billing Cycles (\u201cDiscount Period<\/strong>\u201d). After the Discount Period, the Monthly Commitment Fee will be as per respective Monthly Commitment Fee subject to the\u00a0Yes Infinite+ Standard Postpaid Service Plan (hereinafter shall be collectively referred to as the \u201cYes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plans<\/strong>\u201d)
    \n5.7 If the Eligible Subscriber\u2019s Service account is suspended in any particular Billing Cycle during the Discount Period, then the RM10 monthly discount will not be carried forward to the next Billing Cycle of such Eligible Subscriber. The RM10 monthly discount Promotion will only be given for up to a period of 36 months from the date of SIM activation.

    \n<\/em>5.9 Eligible Subscribers will not be able to use tethering service if they have fully utilised the hotspot internet data allocated under the Promotion. In such instance, such Eligible Subscribers\u00a0are required to purchase any of the Postpaid Hotspot Add-On denomination available @\u00a0    yes.my<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0to continue to enjoy the tethering service.
    \n5.10 The Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation may only be used during the relevant Billing Cycle. In the event there is any unused Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation at the end of a particular Billing Cycle, such unused balance Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation will not be carried forward to any of the succeeding Billing Cycle and there shall be no refund or liability on YTLCs.<\/li>\n

  6. Limitation of Liability.<\/strong>
    \nYTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Promotion.<\/li>\n
  7. Laws.
    \n<\/strong>The Promotion shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Malaysia.<\/li>\n
  8. Modifications.
    \n<\/strong>YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend the terms and conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of the Promotion, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to the Eligible Subscribers or any other party.
