    \nUnder the Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Raya Special Promo Family Bundle Service Plan, You will be getting three (3) SIM cards which consist of One (1) SIM card for Principal to be used in Yes Infinite Gateway router and two (2) SIM cards for Supplementary Lines to be used in smartphones.<\/li>\n
  9. How do I activate my SIM cards for the Yes Wireless Fibre Raya Special Promo Family Bundle Service Plan?<\/strong>
    \nStep 1
    \n<\/strong>Choose one (1) SIM from the three (3) SIM cards that you have received. The first SIM card will be your Principal SIM 1 that needs to be\u00a0inserted into your Yes 5G Infinite Gateway device. The other two (2) SIM cards (SIM 2 & SIM 3) will be your supplementary SIM cards that need to\u00a0be\u00a0inserted into your\u00a0supported mobile devices.

    \n<\/strong>Scan the barcode found on the back of the SIM jacket or manually input your 19-digit SIM serial number.

  14. What happens if I terminate the Principal Line under the Yes Wireless Fibre Raya Special Promo Family Bundle Service Plan and Supplementary Lines?<\/strong>
    \nUpon termination of all the lines, You charges will be pro-rated for the usage period and this is in addition to any outstanding bill amount owing to us. Further, if You are under a fixed contract, You will also be subjected to early termination charges.<\/li>\n
  15. Does the Yes Wireless Fibre Raya Special Promo Family Bundle Service Plan come with a voice or SMS service?
    \n<\/strong>Yes, the Supplementary Line(s) under the Yes Wireless Fibre Raya Special Promo Family Bundle Service Plan is to be use in smartphones which support Calls and outgoing SMS, offerings as per FAQ 4.
    \nHowever please take note, for Principal Line of the Yes Wireless Fibre Raya Special Promo Family Bundle Service Plan is to be used only in Yes 5G Infinite Gateway router purely for data usage only.<\/li>\n
  16. Do I need to activate the SIM card immediately upon receipt, or can I do so at a later time?<\/strong>
    \nYou are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card for the Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Service Plan. Failing to do so will result in the SIM Card being automatically activated after seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card.<\/li>\n
  17. Can I use the Yes Wireless Fibre Raya Special Promo Family Bundle Service Plan\u2019s 5G enable SIM card in my smartphone?
    \n<\/strong>For the Principal Line, the 5G enable SIM card only allowed to be use for Yes Infinite Gateway router device.
    \nAs the Supplementary Line is a mobile plan, the 5G enable SIM card support for smartphone use.<\/li>\n
  18. How do I check my data usage or make bill payment for my Yes Wireless Fibre Raya Special Promo Family Bundle Service Plan?<\/strong>

  22. What is the warranty period for the device and accessories?
    \n<\/strong>The standard warranty follows your contract period. For example, if you sign up for a 24-month contract, the device will have a 24-month warranty. Accessories are covered under a 6-month warranty.<\/li>\n
  23. How do I claim the warranty if the Yes Infinite Gateway router that I purchased is defective?<\/strong>
    \nYou can walk into any nearest Yes Store to do\u00a0One to One swap\u00a0<\/strong>providing the device is still within the warranty period. However, you will need to buy a new device at\u00a0RM1199 <\/strong>if the device is out of warranty.<\/li>\n
  24. How many users can connect to the Yes Infinite Gateway router at one time?<\/strong>
    \nThe Yes Infinite Gateway router can connect up to 32 devices per SSID.<\/li>\n
  25. How do I set up the Yes Infinite Gateway router?<\/strong>

    \nInstall the SIM card into the spring-loaded SIM slot as directed. To remove the SIM, press the edge of the SIM inward and the SIM will pop out (Please ensure that you use the Standard and not the Micro or Nano SIM)
