      \nYes, a contract period of 36 months will apply commencing from the date of activation of the SIM Card for Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion of Infinite Plus Ultra.
      \nAlternatively, we also have a plan without contract on Infinite\u00a0Basic Nothing Phone 2 which can be refer to service and rate offerings as per FAQ 3.<\/li>\n
    2. Can I use my existing mobile number of another telco with the\u00a0Yes Infinite+ iPhone Postpaid Service Plans?
      \n<\/strong>Absolutely! You can switch to Yes with your existing number during or after SIM activation. Check out our \u201c      Keep Your Number<\/a>\u201d section for more information. That\u2019s not all! There is a special Yes Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Promotion if you port in your number to Yes x Nothing Infinite Basic plan.     3. What is the minimum age requirement to subscribe to the x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion?<\/strong>
      \n<\/strong>You must be 18 years of age and above before you can subscribe to any of the Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion.<\/li>\n
    4. I have received my 5G-enabled SIM Card, how do I activate my SIM card?<\/strong>

    5. Do I need to activate the SIM card immediately upon receipt, or can I do so at a later time?<\/strong>
      \n<\/strong>Upon receiving the SIM Card for Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion, you are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card. Failing to do so will result in the SIM Card being automatically activated after seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card.<\/li>\n
    6. As a foreigner, can I subscribe to any of the Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion?<\/strong>
      \n<\/strong>Yes, you can subscribe to any of our Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion except for Infinite Plus Ultra without the upfront payment which is only applicable to Malaysian. However, there will be a deposit of RM200 which is applicable for each rate offerings under the Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion and payable upon registration. *      Terms and Conditions apply.<\/a><\/li>\n
    7. What happens if I do not fully utilise my Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation?<\/strong>
      \n<\/strong>At the expiry of each Billing Cycle, any balance unutilised Internet data in the Data Capacity Allocation in a particular Billing Cycle will not be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle.<\/li>\n
    8. What happens if I fully utilise the Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation during any Billing Cycle?<\/strong>
      \n<\/strong>To continue enjoying the Internet service at a faster speed, you may purchase Postpaid Hotspot Add-Ons through       MyYes<\/a><\/li>\n
    9. Upon expiry of the\u00a0<\/strong>Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion<\/strong>, can I apply for any further extension so that I can continue to enjoy the rebate of the Monthly Commitment Fee?
      \n<\/strong>The Monthly Commitment Fee rebate is only for a fixed period of time. No further extension on the waiver of the Monthly Commitment Fee will be granted beyond the period specified.<\/li>\n

    14. Do I need to continue with payment of the Commitment Fee if my Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion Service account is barred during the contract period?<\/strong>
      \nYes, notwithstanding the suspension of your Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion, your commitment to pay the monthly Commitment Fee shall continue during the period of suspension.<\/li>\n
    15. I just signed up for a Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion and already made a payment before, why do I immediately have an outstanding bill on my MyYes account?<\/strong>
      \n<\/strong>The initial payment that you made when you signed up for a Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion is a one-time charge that will be rebated in your first bill cycle. However, your bill cycle only start once you have gone through the SIM activation process. If your account activation is done within the bill cycle, your bill will be pro-rated.<\/li>\n
    16. Why does my Bill Cycle fall in the middle of every month?<\/strong>
      \nWhen you register your Yes account, a bill cycle is automatically chosen for you. It is not possible to change your bill cycle.<\/li>\n
