  4. Is there any end date for me to sign up for Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Flexi Postpaid Service Plan?<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>The Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Flexi Postpaid Service Plan will commence on 25th<\/sup> August 2023 and continue until further notice.<\/li>\n
  5. How can I subscribe to the Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Flexi Postpaid Service Plan?<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>You may subscribe to Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Flexi Postpaid Service Plan through the following channels:
    \n(a)\u00a0<\/strong>Yes website @yes.my;<\/a>
    \n(b) <\/strong>    MyYes<\/a>\u00a0app;
    \n(c)\u00a0<\/strong>Yes Stores\/ kiosk; and
    \n(d)<\/strong> Yes Authorised Dealers<\/li>\n
  6. How many Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Flexi Postpaid Service Plans can I subscribe to?<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>You may subscribe to one or more Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Flexi Postpaid Service Plans provided always that you do not have, in the aggregate, more than fifteen (15) postpaid service accounts with Yes.<\/li>\n
  7. Does the <\/strong>Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Flexi Postpaid Service Plan <\/strong>come with a voice or SMS service?<\/strong>
    \nThis plan does not support calls and SMS. The Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Flexi Postpaid Service Plan is for data usage only.<\/li>\n
  8. I have received my 5G-enabled SIM Card. How do I activate my SIM card?<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>Please refer to     How to activate SIM<\/a> for more information. Please follow the on-screen steps.<\/li>\n
  9. When can I activate the SIM Card which I receive under this Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Flexi Postpaid Service Plan?<\/strong>
    \nYou must activate the SIM Card within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the SIM Card.<\/li>\n
  10. What happens if I don\u2019t activate the SIM Card at any time during the SIM Activation Period?<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>Your\u00a0SIM Card will expire automatically and your Service account will be terminated accordingly if you don\u2019t activate your SIM Card within the SIM Activation Period. In such instance, any payment made by you, including the Commitment Fee and any deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be made to you.<\/li>\n
  11. Am I allowed to choose a Yes Mobile Number if I subscribe to Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Flexi Postpaid Service Plan?<\/strong>
    \nWe will assign the Yes Mobile Number Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Flexi Postpaid Service Plan once you have activated your SIM Card via     MyYes<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  12. What happens if I do not fully utilise my internet data under the hotspot data capacity allocation?<\/strong>
    \nAny internet data under the hotspot data capacity allocation which remains unutilised in a relevant Billing Cycle will be deemed as unutilised and cannot be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle.<\/li>\n
