  1. The Programme.
    \n<\/strong>The Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) programme (\u201cProgramme<\/strong>\u201d) is a time limited programme launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Company No. 200701035605 (793634-V)) (\u201cYTLC\u201d) operating under the brand name \u201cYes\u201d in collaboration with the Government of Malaysia. By Your subscription or use of any of the Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plans (as defined below), You acknowledge that You understand these Programme T&Cs (as defined below) and agree to abide by them.<\/li>\n
  2. Eligibility.
    \n<\/strong>The Programme is open for subscription to all Malaysian citizens who fulfil the following conditions:-
    \n(i) Malaysian Individuals above 18 years and above and in possession of a valid MyKad or MyPR or MyTentera, whichever is applicable; and
    \n(ii) \u201cMedia Practitioners\u201d who hold a valid Media Certification Card from the Jabatan Penerangan Malaysia (JaPen),<\/em> collectively (\u201cEligible Subscribers<\/strong>\u201d).<\/li>\n
  3. Applicable Terms and Conditions.
    \n<\/strong>Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein (\u201cProgramme T&Cs<\/strong>\u201d), all other terms and conditions incorporated in the\u00a0Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions<\/a>,\u00a0Postpaid Service Plans Terms and Conditions<\/a>,\u00a0Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans Programme Terms and Conditions<\/a> and\u00a0Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan Terms and Conditions<\/a> available at\u00a0yes.my<\/a> shall remain valid and applicable to this Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plan (collectively referred as \u201cGeneral Applicable Terms and Conditions<\/strong>\u201d). In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and the Programme T&Cs, these Programme T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency. Words in capital not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the General Applicable Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n
  4. Programme Period.
    \n<\/strong>The Programme commences on 31st<\/sup> August 2023, 00:00 a.m. and ends until 30th September 2023 (\u201cProgramme Period<\/strong>\u201d).<\/li>\n
  5. The Incentive Postpaid RAHMAH for Media Practitioners Postpaid Service Plan & Service Offerings.<\/strong>
    \nThe offerings under Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plan are as follows:
    \n5.1 Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plan is only available in Yes Store.
    \n5.2 The Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plan consists of a 5G-enabled SIM Card with the following:
    \na) a Yes Mobile Number;
    \nb) unlimited domestic On-Net voice calls and SMS;
    \nc) unlimited On-Net Service of domestic SMS; and
    \nd) a bill rebate or waiver of first month\u2019s Monthly Commitment Fee effective from the date of service activation.

    5.4 You may subscribe to the Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plan provided always that You do not have, in aggregate, more than fifteen (15) Postpaid Service accounts with YTLC.
    \n5.5 Under Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plan, an Eligible Subscriber will be able to enjoy a waiver of one (1) month Monthly Commitment Fee (\u201c1 Month Commitment Fee<\/strong>\u201d) of the Incentive Postpaid RAHMAH for Media Practitioners Postpaid Service Plan with effect from the Service activation date (\u201cFree Internet Period\u201d).
    \n5.6 Except for the waiver of the 1 Month Commitment Fee during the Free Internet Period, charges will be imposed on any products and\/or Services subscribed or used by such Eligible Subscriber, including any applicable deposit sum, in accordance with the applicable rates as more specifically stated in Our official website @\u00a0www.yes.my\/tnc<\/a>.
    \n5.7 A Yes Subscriber shall pay the Monthly Commitment Fee after the expiry of the Rebate Period until such time the Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plan is terminated in accordance with the General Applicable Terms and Conditions.
    \n5.8 If a Yes Subscriber subscribes to and\/or uses any other products and\/or services offered by YTLC, the Yes Subscriber shall pay the applicable charges or fees for such products and\/or services via the MyYes app in accordance with the applicable rates of such products and\/or services as more specifically stated in\u00a0    www.yes.my\/tnc<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\/or\u00a0the applicable FAQ(s) (\u201cPayable Services and\/or Products<\/strong>\u201d).
    \n5.9 Unless otherwise stated, the bill rebate or waiver of the first month\u2019s Monthly Commitment Fee of the Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plan will only be reflected on the next billing cycle.
    \n5.10 When You subscribe to the Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plan, You will receive a 5G enabled SIM Card, which shall be used with a compatible 5G Device. Please refer to     www.yes.my\/supported-devices<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0for more details on 5G compatible devices.
    \n5.11 You are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of Your SIM Card. Failing to do so shall result in automatic SIM Card expiration and Your Service account shall be terminated without notice to You.\u00a0In such instance, all payment(s) (if any) made by You, including the payments for any Payable Services and\/or Products and any deposits, shall be forfeited and no refund shall be made to You.
    \n5.12 You may enjoy the service offerings with an uncapped 5G or 4G internet speed (Internet speed will vary depending on whether You are in 5G or 4G coverage).
    \n5.13 Please take note that certain areas may not be under 5G network coverage. In such instance, You will continue to enjoy uninterrupted 4G connectivity on our Yes network.
    \n5.14 If You have fully utilised the Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation under the respective Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plan before the expiry of the relevant Billing Cycle, You may purchase a Postpaid     Data Add-ons<\/a>, to enjoy internet data with no speed control. For purposes of clarity, any mention of speed shall mean the optimum speed, which means the actual speed enjoyed by You may vary depending on various other factors, including but not limited to, technical and environmental factors.
    \n5.15 The unlimited voice call or SMS services are exclusive for Your personal person-to-person communications use in Malaysia only. Therefore, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuous call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including by using Your 5G SIM Card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activities are considered non-standard usage and is therefore prohibited.<\/li>\n

  6. Charges & SST
    \n<\/strong>6.1 Charges will be imposed for all International Roaming Service and IDD Service in accordance with the voice calls and SMS rates published @    www.yes.my\/roaming<\/a>.

    6.3 The charges stated in this Clause 6 are exclusive of SST.<\/li>\n

  7. Refund.
    \n<\/strong>There shall be no refund under the Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plan for any reasons whatsoever.<\/li>\n
  8. Termination.
    \n<\/strong>Subject to the termination conditions stipulated in the General Applicable Terms and Conditions, a Yes Subscriber can terminate the Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plan subscribed by issuing to YTLC a notice in YTLC prescribed format and supported by all required relevant documents for verification.<\/li>\n
  9. Limitation of Liability.<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>YTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plan T&Cs.<\/li>\n
  10. Laws.
    \n<\/strong>The Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plan T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.<\/li>\n
  11. Modifications.
    \n<\/strong>YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend the terms and conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of the Incentive Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media (Media Practitioners) Postpaid Service Plan, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to You or any other party.
