Participants to go to the Yes Experience Store in Lot 10, Kuala Lumpur on 11th<\/sup> November 2023 with this “Yes 11.11 Pass” will be able to stand a chance to \u201cSpin the Wheel\u201d, purchase an iPhone 15 128GB or iPhone 15 Plus 128GB at only RM1 or get iPhone accessories for free with the purchase of applicable iPhone plans, while stocks last.<\/li>\n
  2. Who is eligible to participate in the\u00a0<\/strong>Yes 11.11 Pass campaign<\/strong>?<\/strong>
    \nThis campaign is open to all Malaysian aged 18 years and above.<\/li>\n

  7. How many Yes 11.11 Pass plan can I register?<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>You can only register for one (1) Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone 15 plan or Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone 15 Plus plan campaign provided you always do not have more than a maximum of fifteen (15) postpaid service accounts with Yes.<\/li>\n
  8. What happens if I do not fully utilise my hotspot data capacity allocation?<\/strong>
    \nAt the expiry date of each billing cycle, any unused Hotspot data will not be carried forward to the succeeding billing cycle.<\/li>\n
  9. Can I use my existing mobile number of another telco with the\u00a0<\/strong>Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone 15 or Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone 15 Plus plan campaign<\/strong>?
    \n<\/strong>Absolutely! You can switch to Yes with your existing number during or after SIM activation. Check out our \u201cKeep Your Number<\/a>\u201d section for more information.<\/li>\n
  10. Do I need to continue with payment of the Commitment Fee if <\/strong>Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone 15 or Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone 15 Plus plan <\/strong>account is barred during the contract period?<\/strong>
    \nYes, notwithstanding the suspension of your Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone 15 Plan or Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone 15 Plus plan, your commitment to pay the monthly Commitment Fee shall continue during the period of suspension.<\/li>\n
  11. Will there be any charges imposed on IDD Service?<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>Yes, charges will be imposed. Please refer to the voice call and SMS rates in relation to IDD Service at     yes.my\/roaming<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  12. Do I still get free unlimited voice calls if I am outside of Malaysia?
    \n<\/strong>No, the free unlimited voice calls are applicable for use in Malaysia only and not for roaming purposes.
