    \n<\/strong>The Yes Data5G Prepaid SIM Pack is a Prepaid Service Plan offered to all Malaysians and non-Malaysians residing in Malaysia aged 12 years and above.<\/li>\n
  2. Where can I purchase the <\/strong>Yes Data5G Prepaid SIM Pack?<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>You can purchase any of the Yes Data5G Prepaid SIM Pack through our Yes Authorized Dealers.<\/li>\n
  3. What is the duration of the\u00a0<\/strong>Yes Data5G Prepaid SIM Pack<\/strong>?<\/strong>
    \nThe Programme period will be from 15th<\/sup> April 2024 until further notice.<\/li>\n
  4. How many lines can a subscriber sign up with a<\/strong> Yes Data5G Prepaid SIM Pack?<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>You may register for Yes Data5G Prepaid SIM Pack provided always that you do not have more than a maximum of five (5) prepaid service accounts with Yes.<\/li>\n
  5. How long will my Prepaid Service account be active from the date of activation of the Yes SIM?<\/strong>
    \nYour Prepaid Service account will remain active for a period of 7 days from the date of Yes SIM activation. After 7 days, you will be able to receive calls & SMS and make emergency calls. However, you will not be able to make any calls, send SMS or surf the internet. Kindly purchase a Yes Reload or Data Add-Ons via MyYes<\/a> app to continue using Yes services.<\/li>\n
  6. Can I purchase other Prepaid Data Add-Ons before my account expires?<\/strong>
    \n<\/strong>Yes, you can. You may purchase additional Add-Ons through the     MyYes<\/a> app.<\/li>\n
  7. Will there be any charges imposed when I call or SMS other Yes numbers?<\/strong>
    \nYou will enjoy FREE unlimited on-net calls and SMS, and off net calls. Charges will be imposed on off-net SMS and all international calls and SMS in accordance with the voice calls and SMS rates found at     yes.my\/roaming<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  8. Can I change my existing service plan to Yes <\/strong>Data5G Prepaid SIM Pack?
    \n<\/strong>No. This plan is only available for new registration.<\/li>\n
  9. Can I keep my existing mobile number on Yes <\/strong>Data5G Prepaid SIM Pack?
    \n<\/strong>No. This plan is only available for new sign-up.<\/li>\n
