  1. What is the \u201cClaw Your Way to the New iPhone\u201d campaign?<\/strong>
    \nThis campaign allows you to claw your way to win an iPhone 16 for just RM1. Participants who fulfil the campaign requirements will receive a Claw Ticket. Visit the Yes Experience Store at Lot 10, Bukit Bintang, on 20th September 2024, starting 8.00 am, to win an iPhone 16, 15, 14, or 13 for only RM1. You can also win free iPhone accessories and many other freebies, while stocks last. Terms and conditions apply.<\/li>\n
  2. Who is eligible to participate in the \u201cClaw Your Way to the New iPhone\u201d campaign?<\/strong>
    \nThis campaign is open to all Malaysian aged 18 years and above. To participate;
    \nPre-order iPhone 16 through the Yes website during the Pre-Order period from 13th<\/sup>September 2024 to 19th<\/sup>\u00a0September 2024; or
    \nii. Engage with our social media campaign from 13th to 19th September 2024. Participants who complete all social campaign posting steps before 4:00pm on 19th September 2024 will receive a Direct Message (DM) invitation by 10:00pm on 19th September 2024.; or
    \niii. Purchase any Yes product with a minimum value of RM30 and above on Open Sales Day on 20th<\/sup>\u00a0September 2024; or

How will I be notified that I am eligible for the \u201cClaw Your Way to the New iPhone\u201d campaign?<\/strong>You can claim your Claw Ticket after fulfilling the requirements of the Claw your way to the New iPhone campaign, as detailed in FAQ 2. This ticket will allow you to participate in the event and have a chance to win an iPhone 16 on 20th<\/sup>\u00a0September 2024.<\/li>\n
  4. What do I need to do to win the iPhone 16 for RM1?<\/strong>
    \nAfter completing any of the 4 methods to earn a Claw Ticket as per FAQ 2, visit the Yes Experience Store at Lot 10, Bukit Bintang on 20th September 2024, at 8 AM. You will need to verify and collect your Claw Ticket to participate in the \u201cClaw Your Way to the New iPhone\u201d game.
    \nIf you successfully claw your way to an iPhone 16, you will only need to pay RM1 for it. Please note that this offer requires the winner to sign up for a Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone plan with a 24-month contract.<\/li>\n

  7. What happens if I do not fully utilise my hotspot data capacity allocation?<\/strong>

  8. Can I use my existing mobile number of another telco with the Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone plans?<\/strong>

  9. Do I need to continue with payment of the Commitment Fee if Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone plans account is barred during the contract period?<\/strong>
    \nYes, notwithstanding the suspension of your Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone plans, your commitment to pay the monthly Commitment Fee shall continue during the period of suspension.<\/li>\n
  10. Will there be any charges imposed on IDD Service?<\/strong>
    \nYes, charges will be imposed. Please refer to the voice call and SMS rates in relation to IDD Service at     yes.my\/roaming<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  11. Do I still get free unlimited voice calls if I am outside of Malaysia?<\/strong>
    \nNo, the free unlimited voice calls are applicable for use in Malaysia only and not for roaming purposes. If you are outside of Malaysia, you may subscribe to our International Roaming Service.
