    \nYou may subscribe to one or more Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Plans for Infinite Gateway MAX Router Service Plan provided you do not have, in aggregate, more than fifteen (15) Postpaid Service Plans registered with Yes.<\/li>\n
  7. Does the Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Plans for Infinite Gateway MAX Router Postpaid Service Plan come with a voice or SMS service? <\/strong>
    \nThis plan does not support calls and SMS. The Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Plans for Infinite Gateway MAX Router Postpaid Service Plan is for data usage only.<\/li>\n
  8. Do I need to activate the SIM card immediately upon receipt, or can I do so at a later time?<\/strong>
    \nYou are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card. Any failure to do so will result in the SIM Card being automatically activated after seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card.<\/li>\n

  14. What is the warranty period for the Yes Infinite Gateway MAX Router device and accessories?
    \n<\/strong>The standard warranty for the Yes Infinite Gateway follows your contract period. For example, if you sign up for a 24-month contract, the device will have a 24-month warranty. Accessories are covered under a 6-month warranty.<\/li>\n
  15. How do I claim the warranty if the Yes Infinite Gateway MAX Router device that I purchased is defective?<\/strong>
    \nWalk in to the nearest     Yes Store<\/a> to do a One-to-One swap provided the device is still within the warranty period. However, you need to buy a new device for RM1,199 if the device is out of warranty.<\/li>\n

    \nYes Infinite Gateway MAX Router can connect up to 128 devices (64 on 2.4 GHz and 64 on 5 GHz.<\/li>\n

    \ni.<\/strong> Remove the SIM slot cover
    \nii.<\/strong> Install the SIM card into the spring-loaded SIM slot as directed. To remove the SIM, press the edge of the SIM inward and the SIM will pop out (Please ensure that you use the Standard and not the Micro or Nano SIM)

    \niv.<\/strong> Connect your power adaptor to the wall outlet
    \nv.<\/strong> Connect power adaptor to the 12V port on the device
