Yes and Konsortium Transnasional Berhad Improve CNY Travel with Yes 4G WI-FI Service Onboard Selected Nice & Plusliner Buses

CNY Travelers Can Enjoy Malaysia's Fastest Mobile Wi-Fi While Traveling Back Home On KTB's NICE and Plusliner Bus Lines; 30MB Free Sample to Each Traveler
KUALA LUMPUR, 31 January 2013 - Yes, one of the most advanced 4G networks in the world, today announced a revolutionary partnership with Konsortium Transnasional Berhad, Malaysias largest and widest express bus service, to bring Malaysia's fastest mobile Wi-Fi to travelers on selected NICE and Plusliner bus lines, just in time for Chinese New Year.

Yes 4G Wi-Fi service will enable NICE and Plusliner passengers to enjoy high-quality, high-speed mobile Internet on any Wi-Fi-enabled device, including laptops, iPhones, iPads and Android phones and tablets.

Starting 5 February 2013, NICE and Plusliner passengers can try out Yes 4G Wi-Fi free of charge, up to 30 megabytes - enough to stream about 10 songs, download about 30 photos, or read about 400 emails. To continue enjoying Yes Wi-Fi, passengers may purchase 500 megabyte scratch cards for only RM 5, at the ticket counters or onboard the NICE buses.

"Konsortium Transnasional Berhad provides all its passengers with comfort, performance and speed, and the performance and speed of the constant Yes 4G connectivity aligns perfectly with our mission. We chose Yes because of their extensive 4G coverage along the expressways, allowing for constant connectivity for the entire balik kampung journey. Yes also provide unparalleled connection speeds of up to 20 Mbps and we will have all of our KTB liners equipped with Yes 4G WiFi service," said Tengku Hasmadi Tengku Hashim, Executive Director of Konsortium Transnasional Berhad.

"Yes is proud to supercharge NICE and Plusliner buses with our highest-quality, highest-speed mobile Yes 4G Wi-Fi, so that passengers can stay productive and connected to their life, work and play even while traveling. We applaud KTB for their progressive attitude toward bringing Malaysia's Yes 4G revolution to the balik kampung journey, and making traveling on expressways more enjoyable and comfortable than ever, especially during the festive season," said Jacob Yeoh, Deputy CEO of YTL Communications Sdn Bhd.

Passengers on NICE buses can also use NICE tablets holstered at each seat if they do not have any Wi-Fi enabled Internet device with them.
