a) Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout Interaction Center b) Set QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achievable by service provider. Defining quality process and procedures throughout the Interaction Centre operation. c) Identifying relevant quality-related training needs. d) Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined KPI. e) Ensure customer feedbacks are provided with corrective and preventive action. f) Monitor performance of Interaction Centre and provide improvement plans. g) Regularly conduct Group Listening Session (GLS) and Individual Listening Session (ILS) for continuous improvement.
a)A minimum of 5 year relevant work experience in Quality Assurance area or 3 years relevant work experience in Call Centre industry. b)An in-depth knowledge and experience of the Quality Assurance standards. c)Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – both verbal & written skill. d)Possess well developed analytical skills which clearly identify and define issues on the quality elements. e)Independent and self motivated with minimum supervision. f)Willing to work on shifts. g)Willing to travel if required.
Support the Interaction centre supervisor and customer care senior executive as and when needed.
Coordinates the activities required to meet quality standards of the Interaction Centre.
