5 to 10 years working experience in a 24x7 IT environment. Expert technical knowledge in Email Gateways, Postfix Email Servers. Expert Technical knowledge in Antivirus Solutions like Symantec Endpoint Protection, Kaspersky Security Center. Good knowledge in Linux Operating Systems and Windows Server operating systems. Knowledge of information security and ITIL processes is preferable. Provides first-level telephone support and troubleshoots issues. Ability to provide support on Level 2/Level 3 incidents.
Perform regular administrative task such as Managing Symantec Endpoint Protection Solutions, Kaspersky Security Center Solutions, Postfix Email Solutions & Google Apps. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools. Administers and maintains the organization's email system(s). Monitors server performance and mail routing. Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with teams to implement those fixes Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies and Disaster recovery process Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Ability to performing daily health check process. Good working knowledge/understanding on client firewall tools, Managing Auto location, Firewall Policies, HI Checks and Intrusion Detection Customized reporting, notification and alert configurations on email systems, Antivirus Solutions. Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans. A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly self-motivated and directed. Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Very strong customer service orientation.
