As notified to you earlier, we have upgraded our network nationwide to an all IP 4G LTE. We would like to inform you that with effect from 15-September-2019, we will offer only Yes 4G LTE services.

Accordingly, if you have not upgraded your existing YES 4G Broadband plan, our earlier offer still stands where you will receive a brand new FREE LTE device when you upgrade your existing plan to any of the Yes 4G LTE bundle plans with FASTER 4G LTE speed and MORE DATA:

Please email us at yescare@yes.my with your new YES 4G LTE plan of choice, a mobile number for us to contact you for confirmation, and a copy of your MyKAD/Passport*. Our YesCare Customer Advocates will contact you upon receiving your information to complete the upgrade of your plan(s).

Or, alternatively, you can login to My Account or MyYes4G APP and follow the simple steps set out there to perform a self-upgrade. Feel free to visit any of our Yes Store or contact Yes Care at 018 333 0000 and we would be happy to assist you to upgrade your existing plan.
