- The Programme.
The Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans Programme (“Programme”) is a time limited programme launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Company No. 200701035605 (793634-V)) (“YTLC”). By Your subscription or use of any of the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans (as defined below) You acknowledge that You understand these Programme T&Cs (as defined below) and agree to abide by them. - Eligibility.
The Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan is open for subscription by Individuals who are 18 years and above of age (“Eligible Subscribers”). - Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans Programme.
This Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan is subject to the terms and conditions of the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan, Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions, Postpaid Service Plans Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions available at yes.my/tnc. By Your use/subscription of the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan, You acknowledge that You understand the terms and conditions of the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan and all other applicable terms and conditions available at yes.my/tnc, and agree to abide by them. - Applicable Terms and Conditions.
Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein, all other terms and conditions in the Postpaid Products/Service Terms and Conditions available at yes.my/tnc shall be applicable and is binding on You. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Postpaid Products/Service and this Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan, these terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency. - Programme Period.
The Programme commences on 9th September 2022, 00:00 a.m. and continues until further notice (“Programme Period”). - The Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans.
6.1 The rate offerings under Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans are as follows:
(a) Infinite Special s

(d) Infinite Premium s; and
(e) Infinite Ultra s; (hereinafter shall be collectively referred to as “Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans”)

**Data Usage and Speed are subject to relevant 5G or 4G coverage.6.2 You may subscribe to one or more Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan(s) provided always that You do not have, in aggregate, more than six (6) Postpaid Service Plans registered with Us.
6.3 The Charges on the respective Postpaid Service Plans stated on our official website at yes.my and is exclusive of SST. Such SST shall be added to the Charges and will be reflected in Your Bill.
6.4 Some of the plans within the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans may be subject to a Contract Period. Please refer to our official website at yes.my for further details.
6.5 All Internet Top Up quota is applicable for domestic usage. Data roaming charges shall be charged separately according to the data roaming charges www.yes.my/roaming/.
6.6 When You subscribe to any of the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans, You will receive a 5G enabled SIM card (“SIM Card”). To enjoy the 5G services, You are required to insert the SIM Card into a compatible Device. Please visit www.yes.my/supported-devices to determine which of the Device supports the 5G-enabled SIM Card.
6.7 You must perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within thirty (30) days from the date You received the SIM Card (“SIM Activation Period”). If You fail to activate the SIM Card within the SIM Activation Period, Your SIM Card will automatically expire and Your Service account will be terminated accordingly. In such instance, any payment made by You, including the Commitment Fee and any deposit, shall be automatically forfeited and no refund shall be made to You.
6.8 The service offerings of 5G internet speed under the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan depends fully on the 5G network coverage in such area and/or locations.
6.9 If You have fully utilised the Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation under the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan before the expiry of the relevant Billing Cycle, You may purchase a Postpaid Hotspot Data Add-On to enjoy internet data with no speed control. For clarity, any mention on speed shall mean the optimum speed which means the actual speed enjoyed by You may vary depending on various other factors including but not limited to technical and environmental factors.
6.10 All the eligible plans that signed up to Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans enjoy the services and charges of the monthly commitment fee applicable as stated herein clause 6.2.
6.11 If You are a non-Malaysian, a refundable deposit of RM 200 will be collected by Us and be refunded to You free of interest forty-five (45) days after the expiry or termination of the Service
subject to any deduction of any outstanding sum which may be due to Us.6.12 Any suspension of Eligible Subscriber’s Principal account will apply simultaneously to supplementary line users subscribed to the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan. Notwithstanding the suspension of such Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans, an Eligible Subscriber’s commitment to pay the Commitment Fee shall continue during the period of suspension.
6.13 An Eligible Subscriber is not permitted to transfer the benefits of a Supplementary Line or any part thereof to another Supplementary Line.
6.14 The unlimited On-Net Services of voice calls and SMS, and Off-Net Services of voice calls are exclusive for Your use in Malaysia only and applicable for communications between person-to-person personal use and not commercial use. Therefore, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including by using Your SIM Card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activities are considered non-standard usage and is therefore prohibited.
- Subscription Channels
An Eligible Subscriber may subscribe to the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan through MyYes app, Yes Authorised Dealer and Yes Store. - Early Termination Charges.
8.1 If an Eligible Subscriber terminates his/her Principal Service account or ports out to another service provider at any time before the expiry of the Contract Period or if the Principal Service account is terminated by Yes as a result of such Eligible Subscriber’s breach of Principal Service Plans Yes Wireless Fibre Service Plan & Infinite Supplementary Line Plan T&Cs and/or the General T&Cs, such Eligible Subscriber shall be subjected to ETC. Please refer to the General Applicable Terms and Conditions for further details on the ETC.
8.2 Upon termination of all the lines, Your charges will be pro-rated for the usage period and this is in addition to any outstanding bill amount owing to us. Further, if You are under a fixed contract, You will also be subjected to early termination charges. - Charges & SST
9.1 Save as expressly provided herein, there will be no additional charges imposed on domestic On-Net Service of voice calls and SMS and domestic Off-Net Service of voice calls. However, the following charges will be imposed on domestic Off-Net Service of SMS:Type of Off Net Services Rates (RM) Charging Block (in seconds) SMS RM 0.09/SMS – 9.2 Charges will be imposed for all International Roaming Service and IDD Service in accordance with the voice calls and SMS rates published @ https://www.yes.my/roaming.
9.3 For clarity, charges will apply for voice calls to special and toll free numbers, including but not limited to those numbers listed below:

- Limitation of Liability.
YTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Programme T&Cs - Laws.
This Programme shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts - Modifications.
YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend the terms and conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of the Programme, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to You or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, YTLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Programme at any time before or during the Programme Period with notice but without any liability or compensation whatsoever. - Definitions.
All words in capital in these Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans Terms and Conditions, unless defined herein, shall have the same meanings ascribed to in the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions:
“Off-Net Services” means the provisioning of voice calls services and SMS which originates from Our network and is terminated to a MSISDN that resides with a different network provider in Malaysia.
“On-Net Services” means the provisioning of voice calls and SMS which originates and is terminated to MSISDNs of Our network.
“Plan Advance Payment” means the relevant Commitment Fee collected in advance at the time of registration of any of the plans within the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan.
” Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans ” means Our respective plans under the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan, as may be updated from time to time, subscribed by Yes Subscribers.
“SST” means any sales and services tax or any similar value added tax on the sale of goods or the provision of services in accordance to the Sales Tax Act 2018 and/or the Service Tax Act 2018.
