- The Programme.
The Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plans Programme is a time limited programme (“Programme”) launched by YTL Communications Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 200701035605 (793634-V)) (“YTLC”) operating under the brand name “Yes”. By subscribing or using any of the Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan(s) (as defined below), a Yes Subscriber acknowledges that he/she understand the terms and conditions contained herein (“Yes Infinite+ T&Cs”) and agree to abide by them.
This Programme is available for subscription by individuals residing in Malaysia and who are 18 years of age and above at the time of subscription (“Eligible Subscribers”).
- Applicable Terms and Conditions.
In addition to these Yes Infinite+ T&Cs, the terms and conditions set out in the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions, Postpaid Service Plans Terms and Conditions, Infinite Postpaid Hotspot Add-On Terms and Conditions and Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan Terms and Conditions available at yes.my/docs/tnc shall remain valid and incorporated by reference to this Programme (collectively referred as “General T&Cs”). In the event of any inconsistency between the General T&Cs and these Yes Infinite+ T&Cs, these Yes Infinite+ T&Cs shall prevail to the extent to resolve any such inconsistency. Capitalised words not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the General T&Cs.
- Programme Period.
The Programme commences on 9 June 2022, 00:00 a.m. (“Commencement Date”) and shall continue until further notice. (“Programme Period”).
Subject to Clause 6.4 herein, a Yes Subscriber may select one or more of any of the Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plans (as defined below) through MyYesapp, Yes online store, Yes authorised dealers and Yes Stores.
- Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plans & Service Offerings.
6.1 The service plans offered by YTLC under this Programme are:
(a) Infinite+ Basic Postpaid Service Plan;
(b) Infinite+ Standard Postpaid Service Plan;
(c) Infinite+ Premium Postpaid Service Plan; and
(d) Infinite+ Ultra Postpaid Service Plan,(hereinafter shall be collectively referred to as the “Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plans” and separately as “Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan”).
6.2 Each Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan is a Postpaid Service Plan consisting of:
(a) a smartphone (“Device”), (please refer to www.yes.my on the type of smartphone provided under the respective Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan); and
(b) a Yes eSIM or Yes SIM Card containing a unique Yes Mobile Number (“Yes SIM”).
6.3 The service offerings under the respective Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plans are:

*Applicable only to the first Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan subscribed by a Yes Subscriber where there is no active Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan(s) with YTLC. Any subsequent Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan subscribed by the Yes Subscriber will be subject to the applicable device deposit.
The above offerings may be amended from time to time at YTLC’s sole discretion.
6.4 An Eligible Subscriber is entitled to subscribe to one (1) Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan or more provided that he/she does not have, in aggregate, more than fifteen (15) Postpaid Service accounts with YTLC.
6.5 The Yes Subscriber subscribing to the Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan is required to activate the Yes SIM through the MyYes app.
(a) eSIM Activation. Once the Yes eSIM is activated, the Yes Subscriber is required to download the Yes eSIM profile (“Yes eSIM Profile”) to allow the Device to connect to the Yes network to enjoy the Yes services. Please refer to yes.my/e-sim for more information. A Yes Subscriber who is subscribed to the Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan is required to perform a one-time activation of the Yes eSIM Subscription within a period of seven (7) days from the date of Yes eSIM Subscription, failing which the Yes eSIM will be automatically activated.
(b) SIM Card Activation. A Yes Subscriber is required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within seven (7) days from the subscription of the Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan, failing which the Yes SIM will be automatically activated.
6.6 A Yes Subscriber may enjoy the service offerings with an uncapped 5G or 4G internet speed (Internet speed will depend on whether the Yes Subscriber is in 5G or 4G coverage).
6.7 The Data Capacity Allocation for Hotspot may only be used during the relevant Billing Cycle. In the event there is any unutilised Data Capacity Allocation at the end of a particular Billing Cycle, such unused balance Data Capacity Allocation for Hotspot will not be carried forward to any of the succeeding Billing Cycle and there shall be no refund or liability to refund by YTLC.
6.8 If a Yes Subscriber has fully utilised the Data Capacity Allocation for Hotspot under the respective Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan before the expiry of the relevant Billing Cycle, the Yes Subscriber may purchase the Infinite Postpaid Hotspot Add-On Terms and Conditions to enjoy internet data with no speed control.
6.9 The unlimited On-Net Services are exclusive for the Yes Subscriber’s use in Malaysia only and applicable for communications between person-to-person personal use and not for commercial use. Therefore, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including by using the Yes SIM in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activities are considered non-standard usage and is therefore prohibited.
6.10 If a Yes Subscriber defaults in making full payments under his/her Service Plan(s), YTLC reserves the right to bar or suspend the Services and block the Device IMEI. YTLC will unblock the Device IMEI within three (3) working days upon settlement of all outstanding payments due under the Service Plan(s). Notwithstanding the suspension of the Service Plan(s), a Yes Subscriber’s commitment to pay the Commitment Fee shall continue during the period of suspension.
6.11 Upon suspension or termination of a Yes Subscriber’s Service Plan(s), YTLC reserves the right to forward such Yes Subscriber’s details to CTOS for the purposes of blacklisting under the CTOS record which will only be removed from the CTOS blacklist upon full settlement of all outstanding amounts.
- Charges & SST.
7.1 Save as expressly provided herein, there will be no charges imposed on domestic On-Net Service for voice calls and SMS and domestic Off-Net Service for voice calls. However, the following charges will be imposed on domestic Off-Net Service for SMS:

7.2 Charges will be imposed for all International Roaming Service and IDD Service in accordance with the internet, voice calls and SMS rates published on www.yes.my/roaming.

7.4 All charges stated herein are exclusive of SST, unless otherwise expressly stated.
Any Device(s) provided by YTLC under any of the Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan is subject to the respective Device(s) manufacturer’s standard warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty provided with the Device(s) or on the manufacturer’s website.
- Exclusion of liability for use of the Device.
YTLC shall not be liable to any Yes Subscriber or any person(s) claiming through them for any loss, damages or injury arising from the use or inability to use the Device from any cause whatsoever.
There shall be no refund under the Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan for any reasons whatsoever.
Yes Subscribers are not allowed to upgrade or downgrade their Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan during the Contract Period.
This Programme shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add, delete, vary or amend the terms and conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of the Yes Infinite+ T&Cs, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to the Yes Subscribers or any other party.
