  • Remove any SD card and SIM cards before handing over

Trade-in your eligible device at a participating Yes Store and use its Trade-in value to offset your upfront fee. Any remaining balance will be applied towards your future bills. Simply bring your eligible device to a participating Yes Store. Our Yes Ambassador will guide you through the trade-in assessment process and help you complete your Trade-in.

Yes! You may scan the QR code at yes.my/trade-in/ to check your device’s eligibility and get an instant estimated quote, valid for 48 hours. You’ll still need to visit a Yes Store to complete the trade-in process and your final value is only confirmed after an in-store assessment.

Your Trade-in value will be used to offset the upfront fee of your new device plan, any remaining balance will be applied towards your future bills. If the Trade-in value is lower than your upfront costs, you’ll need to pay the remaining balance.

Trade in your eligible device at any participating Yes Store when you purchase a new iPhone 18 Pro lineup device with an applicable Yes plan and enjoy an additional promotional of up to RM500 extra trade-in value.

The promotion starts from 18 September 2026 and is available for one month or while the promotional discount allocation lasts, whichever comes first. The promotion may end earlier at Yes’s discretion.
