Delivery dates vary based on your location. Subject to stock availability, if you have pre-order between the dates below, you will get your iPhone 16 on 20 September 2024; 

  • For Peninsular Malaysia (excluding Langkawi, Kelantan and Terengganu): Pre-order between 13 to 19 September 2024, before 2pm
  • For Kelantan & Terengganu: Pre-order between 13 to 17 September 2024, before 2pm
  • For Langkawi & East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan): Pre-order between 13 to 17 September 2024, before 2pm

For all others, the delivery will be within three (3) to five (5) business days from 20 September 2024.

In order to have the best experience on Yes 5G network on your iPhone XS or later models, you will need to update to the latest carrier settings version 56.1 and iOS 17.1 or later versions.
