How to Switch
Learn to port-in your current number to a new Yes plan.
1 Step 1
Download the MyYes App and click ‘Activate SIM’.

2 Step 2
Enter your details and proceed to activate your SIM.

3 Step 3
Standby to receive and respond to your telco’s port out SMS within 24 hours.

Porting to SIM-only plans
We will provide you with a blank SIM card, and service will be activated upon successful port-in request.
Porting to device plans
We will provide you with a temporary number (SIM card) with active service enabled, which will be replaced with your port-in number upon successful port-in request.
Learn to port-in other telco numbers to an active Yes plan.
1 Step 1
Download the MyYes App and open the ‘Quick Access’ menu.

2 Step 2
Click ‘Switch to Yes’, key-in your port-in number, and select ‘Verify’.

3 Step 3
Standby to receive and respond to your telco’s port out SMS within 24 hours.

Follow the Port-out SMS instructions from your current telco carefully.

NOTE:
If the Port-out SMS period expires, you have to submit a new port-out
request to restart.

Tap on the menu icon on the MyYes App. Tap on ‘Porting Status’.

2 Step 2
Enter your details, and tap on ‘Verify’.

3 Step 3
For rejected requests, please address the specified reason with your telco before resubmitting.
