Got a Question for Us?

The network status checker is a network outage map that provides you with a view of all network outages on our network. You can also use the address search feature to see if there is an active network outage in your area.

The time taken to resolve a network outage may differ on a case to case basis. However, please be assured that our engineers are working to restore the service as soon as possible.

During a network outage we recommend you connect to any other available Wi-Fi network for a data connection.

No, once network service is restored, your device will automatically receive a signal again. If you’re still experiencing issues after service is restored, please switch the flight mode on and off on your device or restart your device to refresh the network connectivity.
