- The Free Fire Plan.
The Yes FT5G Free Fire SIM Pack Plan (“Free Fire Plan”) is a time-limited plan launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Company No.200701035605 (793634-V)) (“YTLC”) in collaboration with Garena Online Private Limited (Company No. 200908142H)(“Garena”).
This Free Fire Plan is open to all Malaysians and non-Malaysians residing in Malaysia aged 12 years and above with a compatible 5G smartphone (“Eligible Subscribers”). (Please visit http://www.yes.my/supported-devices to identify smartphones that support the Yes 5G-enabled SIM Card.) Where applicable, it is for the subscriber to obtain parental consent.
- Applicable Terms & Conditions:
Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein (“Free Fire Plan T&Cs”), all other terms and conditions incorporated in the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions, YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions, Prepaid Kasi Up LTE SIM Plan Terms and Conditions, Prepaid Data Add-On Terms and Conditions and Yes First To 5G Campaign Terms and Conditions available at www.yes.my/tnc (collectively referred as “General Applicable Terms and Conditions”) shall remain valid and applicable to this Free Fire Plan. In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and these Free Fire Plan T&Cs, these Free Fire Plan T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency. Words in capital not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to in the General Applicable Terms and Conditions.
- Free Fire Plan Period.
This Free Fire Plan will be available from 12th February 2022, 12:00 a.m. or its official launch date as stated, and shall continue until 21st November 2022 (“Campaign Period”).
- Application for Free Fire Plan SIM Pack.
5.1 The Free Fire Plan is only available for application and subscription on the Yes Online Store from 12 February 2022.
5.2 Pre-order registration of the Free Fire Plan for Eligible Subscribers will be given a unique link during the Garena Free Fire Online Tournament from 5 February 2022 onwards. Upon its official launch date, all pre-orders will be converted into orders and delivered to the registered Eligible Subscriber, subject to Clause 5.3 below.
5.3 All pre-orders and registrations will be verified for eligibility and thereafter an email notification will be sent to inform the applicant of the successful application or otherwise. The Free Fire Plan SIM pack will be delivered to the successful applicant at the address provided in the application form. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that it has a compatible 5G smartphone.
5.4 Each Free Fire Plan SIM pack consists of one (1) 5G-enabled SIM Card and a Yes Mobile Number.
- The Free Fire Item Code & Redemption
6.1. Subject to Clause 6.2 below, this Free Fire Plan comes with one (1) Free Fire Item Code on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
6.2. Each Eligible Subscriber is entitled to redeem one (1) Free Fire Item Code only. Duplicate or multiple redemptions per National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) or Passport is not allowed. In the event that YTLC discovers duplicate or multiple redemptions by an Eligible Subscriber, YTLC will reserves the right to cancel the Item Code without any notice or liability to the Eligible Subscriber.
6.3. This Free Fire Item Code can only be used in the Garena Free Fire – Illuminate application or Garena Free Fire MAX application (“Garena Free Fire”) and the Eligible Subscriber will randomly receive only one of the Legendary Gun Skin Box, Parachute Skin, or Costume Skin Bundle. It cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
6.4. The Free Fire Item Code will be sent only after the activation of the Free Fire Plan SIM Card. The notification for the Free Fire Item Code will be sent via a push notification on the MyYes App within or after 24 hours of the SIM Card activation. Eligible Subscribers must ensure that they have downloaded the MyYes app, and enabled the permission for push notifications to be sent through the MyYes App to receive the Free Fire Item Code.
6.5. The Free Fire Item Code is valid until 30th November 2022 (“Item Code Expiry Date”). The Free Fire Item Code must be redeemed before the Item Code Expiry Date or it will be forfeited after the Item Code Expiry Date.
6.6. Each Eligible Subscriber is also required to comply with Garena’s Free Fire terms and conditions available at https://content.garena.com/legal/tos/tos_en.html. It is the Eligible Subscriber’s obligation to adhere to the Garena Free Fire terms and conditions, including any requisite parental consent. For any inquiries regarding any invalid or used Free Fire Item Code, please contact the support centre for Garena Free Fire.
6.7 Upon successful activation of SIM Card, Eligible Subscriber will receive One (1) Free Fire Item Code per National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) or Passport within or after 24 hours of the SIM Card activation date.

**The internet quota will not be used when you access to Garena Free Fire application. Whitelisting of mobile data utilised for Garena Free Fire Applications without deduction of mobile data consumption are based on a best effort basis. There may be instances that whitelisting may not be possible and mobile data consumption may be captured. This may be due to technical or other errors or issues such as changes or updates to the Garena Free Fire Application’s IP Addresses or any configuration or other technical requirements that have not been notified to YES to enable the said whitelisting. This extra free service of free internet for use of the Garena Free Fire application, is not guaranteed and it is subject to change in such instances. Yes will not be liable for any refund or reimbursement of mobile data particularly where it cannot be determined at our end for whitelisting.
7.1. There are no charges for the initial order and registration of the Free Fire Plan during the Campaign Period.
7.2. Upon receipt of the SIM Card, the Eligible Subscriber is required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the SIM Card, failing which the SIM Card can no longer be activated and no replacement SIM Card will be provided.
7.3. The initial Account Validity Period for the Free Fire Plan is for a period of 30 days from the date of activation of the SIM Card (“Initial Activation Period”). Eligible Subscribers will have to purchase any of the available Yes Prepaid reload or data add-ons on the website or via the MyYes app for continued Account Validity Period after the initial 30 days.
7.4. Where the Free Fire Plan continues to have an active account validity, Eligible Subscribers will be able to use the Garena Free Fire game application without any mobile data consumption deducted until further notice and subject to any changes of the Free Fire Plan terms.
7.5. The unlimited On-Net Services are exclusive for Your use in Malaysia only and applicable for communications between person-to-person personal use and not commercial use. Therefore, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including by using Your SIM Card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activities are considered non-standard usage and is therefore prohibited.
7.6 Yes 5G Network Coverage
7.6.1. The Free Fire Plan may enjoy the service offerings under the 5G network until further notice; thereafter, the service offerings will be on a 4G network. During the 5G availability period, It is also eligible for purchase of the FT5G Data Add-On (as specified in Clause 6 of the Yes First To 5G Campaign Terms and Conditions).
7.6.2 Please take note that certain areas may not be within 5G network coverage. Where there are no 5G network coverage, the Subscriber can enjoy uninterrupted 4G connectivity on our Yes network, subject to a limit of 10 GB of 4G LTE Data during the Initial Activation Period.
7.6.3. The 5G internet speed on the Free Fire Plan fully depends on the 5G network coverage in such area.
7.7. Charges & SST
7.7.1 Save as expressly provided herein, there will be no charges imposed on Eligible Subscriber use of domestic On-Net Services.( i.e. from Yes to Yes numbers. Please note that not all 018 numbers are Yes numbers). However, the following charges will be imposed on Eligible Subscriber’s use of domestic Off-Net Services (non-Yes numbers):-

7.7.4. All charges shown on the website and the MyYes App, are exclusive of any sales and service taxes under the Sales Tax Act 2018 and/or the Service Tax Act 2018 (collectively as “SST”) unless otherwise stipulated.
- Limitation of Liability.
YTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Programme.
This Free Fire Plan shall in all respect be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend the terms and conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of this Programme, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to the Eligible Subscribers or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, YTLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Programme at any time before or during the Programme Period with notice but without any liability or compensation whatsoever.
