- The Programme.
The Prepaid Phone Bundle Plan Programme (“Programme”) is a programme launched by YTL Communications Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 200701035605 (793634-V)) (“YTLC”) operating under the brand name “Yes”. By subscribing and using any of the Prepaid Phone Bundle Plan under this Programme, a Yes Subscriber acknowledges that he/she understands the term and conditions contained herein (“Programme T&Cs”) and agrees to abide by them.
This Programme is available to all individuals residing in Malaysia and who are 12 years of age and above at the time of subscription (“Eligible Subscribers”).
- Applicable Terms & Conditions.
In addition to these Programme T&Cs, the terms and conditions set out in the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions, Prepaid Data Add-On Terms and Conditions, Prepaid Hotspot Add-On Terms and Conditions available at yes.my/tnc shall remain valid and incorporated by reference to this Programme (collectively referred as “General Applicable Terms and Conditions”). In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and these Programme T&Cs, these Programme T&Cs shall prevail to the extent to resolve any such inconsistency. Words in capital not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to in the General Applicable Terms and Conditions.
- Programme Period.
This Programme will commence on 2nd November 2023 and will continue until further notice (“Programme Period”).
- Service offerings
5.1 Please refer to www.yes.my for the Prepaid Phone Bundle Plan offered under this Programme. Subject to Clause 5.2 herein, a Yes Subscriber may sign up for one or more of any of the Prepaid Phone Bundle Plan through MyYes app, Yes online store, Yes authorised dealers and Yes Stores.
5.2 The service offerings under each Prepaid Phone Bundle Plan are as stated below:
i) One (1) unit of iPhone (please refer toyes.my for the applicable iPhone model and applicable Device Price) (“Device”);
ii) One (1) prepaid Yes e-SIM or Yes SIM Card containing a unique Yes Mobile Number (“Yes SIM”); and
iii) Free one (1) month Prepaid 5G Data with 30GB.5.3 The service offerings under the Prepaid Phone Bundle Plan are further summarised as follows:

5.2 Each Eligible Subscriber is entitled to register one or more Prepaid Phone Bundle Plan(s) only, provided that the Eligible Subscriber does not have, in aggregate, more than five (5) prepaid service accounts with Yes.
5.3 The Yes Subscriber subscribing to the Prepaid Phone Bundle Plan is required to activate the prepaid Yes SIM through the MyYes app.
5.3.1 eSIM Activation. Once the Yes eSIM is activated, the Yes Subscriber is required to download the Yes eSIM profile (“Yes eSIM Profile”) to allow the Device to connect to the Yes network to enjoy the Yes services. Please refer to yes.my/e-sim for more information. A Yes Subscriber who is subscribed to the Prepaid Phone Bundle Plan is required to perform a one-time activation of the Yes eSIM Subscription within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of Yes eSIM Subscription, failing which the Yes eSIM can no longer be activated and no replacement of eSIM will be provided.
5.3.2 SIM Card Activation. A Yes Subscriber is required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within thirty (30) days days from the subscription of the Prepaid Phone Bundle Plan, failing which the SIM Card can no longer be activated and no replacement of SIM Card will be provided.
5.4 A Yes Subscriber may enjoy the service offerings with an uncapped 5G/4G speed (Internet speed will depend on whether he/her are in 5G or 4G coverage).
5.5 After the Service Validity Period, a Yes Subscriber may purchase the Prepaid Plan Data Add-On or Hotspot Add-On (as the case may be) via MyYes app.
5.6 The unlimited On-Net Services are exclusive for the Yes Subscriber’s use in Malaysia only and applicable for communications between person-to-person personal use and not for commercial use. Therefore, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including by using the Yes SIM in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activities are considered non-standard usage and is therefore prohibited.
5.7 In the event a Yes Subscriber commits a breach of the Programme T&Cs (“Defaulter”), YTLC reserves the right to throttle the Defaulter’s use of the Service to 256kbps without prior notice to the Defaulter. A Defaulter will need to subscribe to the “Unthrottle Me Data Add-On” via MyYes app to continue enjoying the Services at unthrottled speed.
- Charges & SST.
Save as expressly provided herein, there will be no additional charges imposed on domestic On-Net Service of voice calls and SMS and domestic Off-Net Service of voice calls. However, the following charges will be imposed on domestic Off-Net Service of SMS:

6.2 Charges will be imposed for all International Roaming Service and IDD Service in accordance with the internet, voice calls and SMS rates published on www.yes.my/roaming.

6.4 All charges stated herein are exclusive of SST.
Any Device(s) provided under this Programme is subject to the Device(s) manufacturer’s standard warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty provided with the Device(s) or on the manufacturer’s website.
- Exclusion of liability for use of the Device.
YTLC shall not be liable to any Yes Subscriber or any person(s) claiming through them for any loss, damages or injury arising from the use or inability to use the Device from any cause whatsoever.
There shall be no refund under this Programme for any reasons whatsoever.
This Programme shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend the terms and conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of this Programme, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to You or any other party.
