- The Campaign.
The Reload & Win Campaign is a one-time campaign with the reload or add-on and win a prize (“Campaign”) launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Company No. 200701035605 (793634-V)) (“YES”).
The Campaign is open to all Malaysians with a valid MyKad or MyPR or MyTentera who signs up to a YES Prepaid Service Plan (“Eligible Participant”). If you are below 18 years of age, you are required to obtain your parent’s/guardian’s consent before participating in the Campaign. However, employees of YES (including its affiliated and related companies), sponsors, advertising/promotional agencies, dealers, retailers, suppliers and their respective immediate family members* are not eligible to win the prize offered under the Campaign.*Immediate family members mean any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
- Terms and Conditions, Interpretation and Definitions.
3.1 By participating in this Campaign, each Eligible Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood all the terms and conditions herein (“Terms”) and agrees to be bound by the Terms.
3.2 Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein, all other terms and conditions contained in the Yes Reload Terms & Conditions and Prepaid Data Add-On Terms and Conditions (available at www.yes.my/tnc) shall remain valid and be applicable to the Yes Reloads or Data Add-On purchased during the Campaign Period (as defined below). In the event of any inconsistency between the Yes Reload Terms & Conditions, Prepaid Data Add-On Terms & Conditions and the Terms, the Terms shall prevail, to the extent of any such inconsistency. Not withstanding any perceived similarities, the Terms and the Campaign offer shall not apply to any Yes Reloads or Prepaid Data Add-On purchased outside of the Campaign Period.
3.3 All capitalized words and expressions herein shall, unless otherwise provided, bear the same meanings as defined in the Yes Reload Terms & Conditions and Prepaid Data Add-On Terms and Conditions.
- Campaign Period.
This Campaign will commence on 23rd November 2021 12:00am until 23rd January 2022, 11:59p.m. (“Campaign Period”).
- Campaign Mechanism.
To participate in this Campaign, each Eligible Participant will need to:
5.1 (a) purchase YES Reload or Prepaid Data Add-On for YES service account during the Campaign Period. Each YES Reload or Prepaid Data Add-On must have a denomination value of RM5 or more; and
(b) “LIKE” Yes 4G’s Facebook page.
Each Eligible Participant may perform one or more YES Reloads or Prepaid Data Add-ons during the Campaign Period. For every purchase of YES Reload or Prepaid Data Add-Ons with a denomination value of at least RM5, the Eligible Participant will earn one (1) ticket (“ticket”), for example:
• RM5 YES Reload or Prepaid Data Add-On = 1 ticket
• RM100 YES Reloads or Prepaid Data Add-On = 20 ticketsThe more you purchase the YES reload or Prepaid Data Add-On, the more tickets you can accumulate to win the Grand Prizes and Weekly Prizes.
No ticket will be awarded for YES Reloads or Prepaid Data Add-Ons performed before or after the Campaign Period.
- Win a prize under the “Campaign”
By taking part in the Campaign, Eligible Participants pursuant to clause 5.1 above will stand to win a prize subject to the Campaign mechanics stipulated in this Clause 6.6.2 Terms of Campaign.
6.2.1 For Monthly Grand Prize
Eligible Participants will be selected in accordance with Clause 6.3 below as the potential winners of the eleven (11) Monthly Grand Prizes stated as below:- .
(i) 1 x Samsung Galaxy Z Flip (256GB)
(ii) 1x PlayStation 5
(iii) 1 x Nintendo Switch
(iv) 1 x Oppo Reno 6Z 5G (128GB)
(v) 1 x Microsoft Surface Go 2 Tablet
(vi) 1 x YTL Hotels Pangkor Laut Resort 2 Days and 1 Night Stay (inclusive of breakfast for 1 person) in Deluxe Room
(vii) 1 x YTL Hotels Tanjung Jara Resort 2 Days and 1 Night Stay (inclusive of breakfast for 1 person) in Deluxe Room
(Viii) 1 x YTL Hotels The Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur 2 Days and 1 Night Stay (inclusive of breakfast for 1 person) in Deluxe Room
(ix) 1 x YTL Hotels The Majestic Malacca 2 Days and 1 Night Stay (inclusive of breakfast for 1 person) in Deluxe Room
(x) 1 x YTL Hotels Cameron Highlands Resort 2 Days and 1 Night Stay (inclusive of breakfast for 1 person) in Deluxe Room
(xi) 1 x YTL Hotels The Majestic Kuala Lumpur 2 Days and 1 Night Stay (inclusive of breakfast for 1 person) in Deluxe Room
6.2.2 For Weekly Prize
Eligible Participants will be selected in accordance with Clause 6.3 below as the potential winners of the fifteen (15) units of Weekly Prizes each consisting of Data Voucher 10GB in the form of Voucher Code Prizes. Each prize will be randomly drawn at the end of every week during the Campaign Period.
The prizes are collectively referred to as “the Prizes” and individually as “the Prize”). Each winner (“Winner”) is entitled to win only one (1) Grand Prize throughout the Campaign Period but can win more than one (1) Weekly Prize throughout the Campaign Period.
6.3 Winner Selection Process
6.3.1 (a)The eligibility to win a Prize is on the condition that the Eligible Participants fully comply with the Terms.
(b) For the respective weeks and months as set out in Clause 6.5 below during the Campaign Period, Our computer will randomly select the Eligible Participant as the potential Winner(s) of the week or month, as the case may be.
(c) He/she is required to contact YES within 24-36 hours upon the winner announcement posted in the Yes 4G Facebook page (“Deadline”) and answer three (3) simple questions. The questions will be asked in the English language or Bahasa Malaysia. If the selected potential Winner is unable to contact or communicate with Yes’ representative or is unable to answer the question correctly within the Deadline, Yes reserves the right to select the next potential weekly or monthly Winner in accordance with the selection process herein. The decision on such Winners shall be final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence pertaining to the decision will be entertained. Yes has the right, but not the obligation, to communicate or ask the question in any other language at its sole discretion.
6.4 Condition Precedent to Receive the Prize
6.4.1 As a condition precedent to receive the Prize, the YES Prepaid Service Account of the Winner must remain active (i.e. not barred, suspended or terminated) at the time of the delivery of the Prize. In the event the Winner fails to comply with this condition precedent, the Winner shall be disqualified from the Campaign and his/ her entitlement to any Prize(s) will be automatically forfeited.
6.5 Announcement of Winners
The Weekly Prizes Winners will be announced on Yes 4G Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Yes4G/) on the respective dates set out below:

The Monthly Grand Prizes Winners will be announced on Yes 4G Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Yes4G/) on the respective dates set out below:
Winner for November 2021 (23rd November 2021 – 23rd December 2021) – 24th December 2021
Winner for December 2021 (24th December2021 – 23rd January 2022) – 24th January 2022
The Prizes under the Campaign are awarded subject to the following conditions:-
6.6.1 Samsung Galaxy Z Flip (256 GB), Play Station 5, Nintendo Switch, Oppo Reno 6Z 5G (128GB) and Microsoft Surface Go 2 Tablet.
(a) The product colour of Prizes shall be at YES’ sole and absolute discretion.
(b) Any additional accessory or items shown in any communication, marketing or advertising materials are not included.
(c) The Winners may not request for a change of brand, or change in product colour or product specification or value with regards to the Prizes.
(d) The Prize provided under the Campaign is subject to the relevant manufacturer’s warranty and each Winner agrees to refer any problems or issues with the Prize directly to the manufacturer.
(e) The respective Winner will be required to sign, and return to Yes, a “winner’s declaration form” as prescribed by YES in order to receive the Prize. Any Winner who refuse or fails to submit the declaration form as required shall be disqualified to receive the Prize.
(f) Each Winner is required to collect the Prize within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of Campaign Period (“Collection Period”) from YES Store (Lot 10) if he/she stay within Klang Valley. If he/she stay outside Klang Valley, YES will deliver the Prize to the delivery address of the Winner (as per confirmation).
(g) The Prize will be forfeited if the Prize is not collected by Winner after the Collection Period has expired.
(h) YES reserves the right to deal with any Prize, which uncollected by the Winner under Clause 6.6 (g) as it deems fit.
6.6.2 YTL Hotels Pangkor Laut Resort, YTL Hotels Tanjung Jara Resort, YTL Hotels The Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur, YTL Hotels The Majestic Malacca, YTL Hotels Cameron Highlands Resort, YTL Hotels The Majestic Kuala Lumpur
(a) The Grand Prize of YTL Hotel is subject to the terms and conditions of Pangkor Laut Resort, Tanjung Jara Resort, The Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur, The Majestic Malacca, Cameron Highlands Resort, The Majestic Kuala Lumpur and save as expressly provided herein, all other costs and expense shall be borne by the Grand Prize Winner.
(b) The respective Winner will be required to sign, and return to YES, a “winner’s declaration form” as prescribed by YES in order to receive the Prize. Any Winner who refuse or fails to submit the declaration form as required shall be disqualified to receive the Prize.
(c) Each Winner will need to collect/ accept the Prize within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of Collection Period from YES Store (Lot 10) if he/she stay within Klang Valley. If he/she stay outside Klang Valley, YES will deliver the Prize to the delivery address of the Winner (as per confirmation).
6.6.3 Data Voucher 10GB
(a) The Data Voucher 10GB will be in a form of Voucher Code and sent to Winner via Email or SMS or Push Notification.
(b) The Voucher Code can be redeemed and activated at MyYes App, MyAccount or Self-Care ExpressPay Portal.
(c) The Voucher Code must be redeemed and activate within thirty (30) Days from the date winner received the Voucher Code and the Voucher Code comes with validity period of thirty (30) days.
(d) The Voucher Code can be redeemed only one time.
(e) The Voucher Code is not exchangeable for cash.
6.6.4 YES reserves the absolute right to substitute the Prizes with any other item(s) of similar value at its sole discretion.
6.6.5 YES will endeavor to deliver the Prizes within thirty (30) days after the end of Campaign Period. For this purpose, the personal details of the Winner, in particular the contact number or email provided by the Winner must be current, accurate and reachable to enable the successful delivery of the Prize otherwise the Prize will be forfeited.
6.6.6 YES reserves the right as it deems fit to deal with any undelivered or uncollected Prizes under Clause 6.6, as the case may be.
7.1 All Prizes are given are on an “As Is Where Is” basis and are accepted entirely at the risk of the Winner. Acceptance of the Prize shall constitute a release and discharge of Yes by the Winner from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages, whether known or unknown, which the Winner may have, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (a) this Campaign, (b) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Winner as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the Prize, and/or (c) any tax liabilities in relation to the Prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same and such tax liabilities, if any shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
7.2 Yes shall not be held liable for (a) any delay in performing or partial/total failure to perform any of its obligations under the Campaign and/or (b) any losses, damage to property, injury, or death resulting from or related to participant’s participation or inability to participate in this Campaign, or the use, misuse or inability to use the Prize or any portion thereof.
- Unconditional Agreement.
Acceptance of the Prize constitutes the Winner’s unconditional agreement and permission to Yes and its agencies to use the Winner’s name, video footage, voices, photograph and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, editorial, promotional, marketing, trade and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice, unless prohibited by law. Yes fully reserves its rights to such forms of publicity and publication.
This Campaign shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Malaysia and by participating in the Campaign, each participant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Yes reserves the right to add, delete, vary or amend the terms and conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of the Campaign, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to the participants or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, Yes reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign at any time before or during the Campaign Period with due notice but without any liability or compensation whatsoever. In the event of such cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign, Yes may at its sole and absolute discretion choose not to award the Prizes in respect of the Campaign or choose not to select any Winner under the Campaign.
- Disruption of Campaign.
Without prejudice to Clause 10 above, if for any reason the Campaign is not capable of running as planned or is disrupted for reasons due to and including without limitation network failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Yes or any party responsible for the running of any aspect of this Campaign which corrupts or affects the administration or proper conduct of this Campaign, Yes reserves all rights in Clause 10 above and further reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any individual or party who tampers or cheat with the processes or mechanics of the Campaign and Yes may take any action (including legal action) against such individual or party. Yes shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, internet access or otherwise preventing participation and/or entry to the Campaign.
- Disclosure Rights.
By participating in the Campaign, all participants hereby grant to Yes express permission as well as an exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, print, reproduce, disseminate or share their respective entry, likeness and identity (excluding any sensitive personal information as defined by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010) for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing or other purposes, without further compensation, for an unlimited period of time, in any of Yes’ publications, in any form or any media, whether for public consumption or otherwise, unless prohibited by law.
- Disqualification and/or Rejection of Entries.
Yes reserves the right to disqualify any participant and/or Winner at its sole and absolute discretion on the grounds of non-compliance with any of the Terms herein or if a participant and/or Winner has undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities or other activities harmful to this Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing is not meant to limit or curtail the rights of Yes, who may also reject any participation without having to assign any reasons whatsoever. Participants accept that a decision to disqualify and/or reject a participation and/or Winner shall be final and not subject to appeal. In the event of a disqualification after the Prize has been awarded, Yes reserves the right to demand for the return of the Prize or payment of its value from the ineligible or disqualified Winner.
- Judging Criteria and Judging Process.
Yes reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine the Winners of the Campaign, which will be determined in accordance with the winning process mentioned above. The judges’ decision shall be final and no appeals or disputes will be entertained
- General Indemnification.
Participants shall indemnify Yes against all and any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury (whether physical in nature or against the reputation of any party) incurred by Yes, arising out of or relating to the participant’s participation of the Campaign and/or Winner’s acceptance, use or misuse of the Prizes, including but not limited to any of the participant’s acts, omissions, statements, publications whatsoever as may be in breach of any law or legal rights, as the case may be.
- Third Party’s Rights and Indemnification.
By participating in the Campaign, the participant warrants that all personal details, answers, responses and/or entries to the Campaign are the participant’s own information are true and/or accurate. Participants agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Yes against all claims, losses, damages and/or expenses whatsoever arising from any infringement or violation of any third party’s rights in relation to the submission of entries under the Campaign.
- Survivability of Terms.
Any delay, waiver, non-enforcement, modification, amendment, withdrawal or substitution of any term or condition contained herein shall not affect the operation of the other terms or conditions so affected by such a waiver, non-enforcement, modification, amendment, withdrawal or substitution and which shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure to comply with these Terms will result in disqualification of the relevant participant.
- Facebook Promotion Policy.
This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Each participant acknowledges that the information and contents provided by the respective participant are provided to Yes and not to Facebook and by entering this Campaign the participants hereby expressly release Facebook from any responsibilities or liabilities in connection with this Campaign.
