- The Campaign.
The Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan Campaign (“Campaign”) is a time-limited campaign launched by YTL Communications Sdn. Bhd. (Company No.200701035605 (793634-V)) (“YTLC”). Under this Campaign, a Yes Subscriber will enjoy a contract free 100GB internet data for a Monthly Commitment Fee of RM35 (RM37.10 including SST), subject to the terms and conditions hereinbelow (“Campaign T&Cs”). By subscribing to the Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan, You acknowledge that You have read and understand these Campaign T&Cs and agrees to abide by them.
The Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Plan is open for subscription by all individuals residing in Malaysia with a valid MyKad, MyPR or My Tentera who are 18 years and above as at the date of subscription.
- Applicable Terms & Conditions:
Subject only to the variations as expressly set out in these Campaign T&Cs, all terms and conditions of the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions and the Postpaid Service Plans Terms and Conditions (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “General Applicable Terms and Conditions“) are incorporated in these Campaign T&Cs as if such terms and conditions were stated in full herein and shall remain valid. In the event of any conflict of inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and these Campaign T&Cs, these Campaign T&Cs shall prevail to the extent to resolve such conflict or inconsistency.
- Campaign Period.
The Campaign will commence on 18th July 2023 and continue until further notice.
- The Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service
The offerings under Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan are as follows:
5.1 Upon successful registration, YTLC may, directly or through one of its Partners, provide a Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan SIM Card to You. 5.2 You may subscribe to the Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan provided always that You do not have, in aggregate, more than six (6) Postpaid Service Plans registered with YTLC. 5.3 The Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan consists of a 5G-enabled SIM Card with the following:a) a Yes Mobile Number;
b) 100GB Data Capacity Allocation;
c) unlimited domestic On-Net voice calls and SMS;
d) unlimited On-Net Service of domestic SMS; and
e) a bill rebate or waiver of first month’s Monthly Commitment Fee effective from the date of service activation.
The service offerings under the Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan are further summarised as follows:

5.4 Under Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan, a Yes Subscriber will be able to enjoy a bill rebate or waiver of one (1) month Monthly Commitment Fee of the Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan with effect from the date of Service activation (“Rebate Period”). If, however, the Monthly Commitment Fee under the first month’s bill is based on a pro-rated sum (“Pro-rated Commitment Fee”), the Pro-rated Commitment Fee will also be waived.
5.5 A Yes Subscriber shall pay the Monthly Commitment Fee after the expiry of the Rebate Period until such time the Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan is terminated in accordance with the General Applicable Terms and Conditions.
5.6 Except for the bill rebate or waiver of the first month’s Monthly Commitment Fee or the Pro-rated Commitment Fee, and subject to Clauses 5.7 below, if a Yes Subscriber subscribes to and/or uses any other products and/or services offered by YTLC, the Yes Subscriber shall pay the applicable charges or fees for such products and/or services via the MyYes app in accordance with the applicable rates of such products and/or services as more specifically stated in www.yes.my/tnc and/or the applicable FAQ(s) (“Payable Services and/or Products”).
5.7 During the Rebate Period, a Yes Subscriber:
a) is not entitled to utilise the Roaming Service (the Yes Subscriber may use the Roaming Service upon the expiry of the Rebate Period, subject to the terms stated in Roaming Service Terms and Conditions and the International Roaming Service FAQ);
b) shall, prior to using the IDD Service, pay the minimum sum of RM50 to increase his/her Credit Limit via the MyYes app; and
c) During the Rebate Period, a Yes Subscriber shall not port out his/her number.
5.8 Unless otherwise stated, the bill rebate or waiver of the first month’s Monthly Commitment Fee or the Pro-rated Commitment Fee of the Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan will only be reflected on the next billing cycle.
5.9 When You subscribe to the Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan, You will receive a 5G enabled SIM Card, which shall be used with a compatible 5G Device. Please refer to www.yes.my/supported-devices for more details on 5G compatible devices.
5.10 You are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt Your SIM Card. Failing to do so shall result in automatic SIM Card expiration and Your Service account shall be terminated without notice to You. In such instance, all payment(s) (if any) made by You, including the payments for any Payable Services and/or Products and any deposits, shall be forfeited and no refund shall be made to You. If You would like to subscribe to the Campaign after Your Service account is terminated for reasons under this paragraph 13, You may re-register to subscribe to the Campaign.
5.11 You may enjoy the service offerings with an uncapped 5G or 4G internet speed (Internet speed will vary depending on whether You are in 5G or 4G coverage).
5.12 Please take note that certain areas may not be under 5G network coverage. In such instance, You will continue to enjoy uninterrupted 4G connectivity on YTLC’s Yes network.
5.13 The unlimited voice call or SMS service offerings under the Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan is exclusive to You and intended for Your personal person-to-person communications and non-commercial use in Malaysia only. Therefore, any conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including by using Your 5G SIM Card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any such other activities that are outside the ambit of this Clause and/or not in compliance with the General Applicable Terms and Conditions are considered non-standard usage and is strictly prohibited.
- Activation of Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan.
You must activate the Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan via Yes self-registration application (eKYC) by the following steps;
a) Download the MyYes app. Open the app and click on “New User”.
b) Click on “Activate SIM” and then on “Start”
c) Scan the barcode found on the back of the SIM jacket or manually input the SIM serial number.
d) You may Switch to Yes or select a Number by clicking “See More” for preferred number selection. If You choose Switch to Yes, key in Your existing number and click “Verify”.
e) Complete Your activation by following the steps on-screen to perform an eKYC (phone number, personal details) and verify Your ID.
f) You will have an option to save Your credit card. If You choose to do so, key in Your credit card details and complete the verification steps.
*If You choose to save your credit card details, You will be automatically charge at the end of the billing cycle provided subject to Auto Billing Terms and Conditions.
g) Once You have completed the verification, You will receive a confirmation message on Your activation.
There shall be no refund under the Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan for any reasons whatsoever.
- Charges & SST
8.1 Save as expressly provided herein, there will be no charges imposed on domestic On-Net Service for voice calls and SMS and domestic Off-Net Service for voice calls. However, the following charges will be imposed on domestic Off-Net Service for SMS:

8.2 Charges will be imposed for all International Roaming Service and IDD Service in accordance with the voice calls and SMS rates published @ www.yes.my/roaming.
8.3 For clarity, charges under Clause 8.1 above will apply to all domestic Off-Net Service for voice calls to special and toll-free numbers, save for the numbers listed below:

8.4 The charges stated in this Clause 8 are exclusive of SST.
Subject to the termination conditions stipulated in the General Applicable Terms and Conditions, You can terminate the Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan subscribed by You by issuing to YTLC a notice in YTLC prescribed format and supported by all required relevant documents for verification.
- Limitation of Liability.
YTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with these Campaign T&Cs.
This Campaign shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of Malaysia.
YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add, delete, vary or amend these Campaign T&Cs herein or change or modify any aspect of this Campaign, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without any liability to You or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, YTLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign at any time with notice but without any liability or compensation whatsoever.
In these Campaign T&Cs, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:
“Partner” means the party that has been authorised by YTLC to promote YTLC’s products and/or Services including this Campaign.
“Yes Subscriber” or “You” in these Campaign T&Cs means an eligible individual who has registered and subscribed to a Yes Power 35 Discover Postpaid Service Plan.
