Please follow the steps below to activate your SIM:

    Download the MyYes app and open it to click on “New User”.
  2. Step 2
    Click on “Activate SIM”, then “Start”.
  3. Step 3
    Scan the barcode found on the back of the SIM jacket or manually input your SIM serial number.
  4. Step 4
    You can either accept the assigned phone number or “Switch to Yes” by inputting your existing number and verifying it.
  5. Step 5
    Complete your activation by following the steps to perform an eKYC and verify your ID.
  6. Step 6
    A confirmation message of your activation will be sent upon completing the verification.

  3. Is there an age limit to subscribe to the Kasi Up Postpaid Service Plan?
    Yes, you must be 18 years of age and above before You can subscribe to any of the Kasi Up Postpaid Service Plans.
  4. As a foreigner, can I subscribe to any of the Kasi Up Postpaid Service Plan?
    Yes, you can subscribe to any of our Kasi Up Postpaid Service Plans. A foreigner deposit of RM200 is applicable for each of the rate offerings subscribed under and of the Postpaid Service Plans.
  5. What happens if I do not fully utilise my Data Capacity Allocation?
    At the expiry of each Billing Cycle, any balance unutilised Internet data in the Data Capacity Allocation in a particular Billing Cycle will not be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle.
  6. Do I still get free unlimited voice calls when I am outside of Malaysia?
    No, the free unlimited voice calls is applicable for use in Malaysia only which means you cannot enjoy free unlimited voice calls when roaming. If you are outside Malaysia, you may subscribe to our International Roaming Service. Please refer to the International Roaming Service rates published at https://www.yes.my/roaming for more details.
  7. Do I still get free unlimited voice calls when I am calling someone outside of Malaysia?
    No, the free unlimited voice calls do not apply to IDD Service which means charges will be imposed if you call someone outside of Malaysia. Please refer to the rates published at https://www.yes.my/roaming for more details.
  8. Is there a Contract Period if I subscribe to any of the Kasi Up Postpaid Service Plans?
    The Contract Period is only applicable to the Kasi Up Postpaid 49 (with contract) and Kasi Up Postpaid 30 Phone Bundle (with contract). Please refer to the Postpaid services table above.
  9. For the service offering under Kasi Up Postpaid 30 Phone Bundle (with contract), when do I need to activate the SIM Card upon receipt of the SIM Card?
    You are encouraged to activate your SIM Card immediately so that you can enjoy using the service offerings under the Package. Upon receiving the SIM Card, you are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card, failing which the SIM Card will be automatically activated after seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card.
  10. If I am an existing Subscriber of any of the Postpaid Service Plans that is subjected to a Contract Period, will I be able to subscribe to any of the Kasi Up Postpaid Service Plan?
    Yes, you may subscribe to our Kasi Up Postpaid Service Plans as an additional line provided that you do not have more than six (6) postpaid service accounts with us. Please refer to the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions for more information.
  11. What happens if I fully utilise the Data Capacity Allocation during any Billing Cycle?
    You can still enjoy access to the Internet but at a stifled speed of up to 128kbps. To continue enjoying the Internet service at a faster speed, you may purchase Postpaid Data Add-Ons by downloading the MyYes app. Please refer to the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions for more information.
  12. Can I use the service offerings under the Kasi Up Postpaid Service Plan in any Device?
    The service offerings under the Postpaid Kasi Up Plans are designed for smart devices use only. You may refer to https://www.yes.my/supported-devices for device compatibility.
  13. Do I need to continue with payment of the Commitment Fee if my Postpaid Service account is suspended during the Contract Period?
    Yes In the event that you register for a Postpaid Service Plan with a Contract Period, and in the event such Service account is suspended, You are still bound to pay the Commitment Fee for each of the Billing Cycle.
  14. Can I switch to YES while maintaining my number?
    Yes, you can! Purchase any of our Yes plans and when you receive our SIM, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!
    1. Download the MyYes app to activate your SIM.
    2. During the activation process, select “Switch to YES and Keep Your Number”. You should then get a confirmation request SMS to your existing number from your existing service provider.
    3. Reply the SMS with your confirmation.
    The switching process should be done within 3 days provided that the existing number you intend to port in to our network is in the range of mobile numbers approved by MCMC; the Port In Number is active and not suspended, terminated or blacklisted and/or barred by any other service provider.

    You should experience no interruption to your service during this time. If your port-in request is denied, please contact your existing service provider.
  15. Can the Kasi Up Postpaid Service Plan support iPhone devices?
    Yes, the Kasi Up Postpaid Service Plan sim supports iPhone devices as a Data SIM only.

  1. What are the offerings under the Kasi Up Prepaid Plan?
    The Kasi Up Prepaid plan comes with a free SIM and 10GB of pure 4G LTE internet data with 30 days validity. Terms and conditions apply.
  2. Are there any other charges payable to YTLC on the purchase of the Kasi Up Prepaid LTE SIM Plan other than the RM 15?
    There are no further charges payable on the purchase of the Kasi Up Prepaid LTE SIM Plan other than the RM 15.
  3. How many Kasi Up Prepaid LTE SIM Plans can I register?
    In accordance with the law, an individual may register for up to a total of five (5) Prepaid Mobile Numbers.
  4. Can I still use the Kasi Up Prepaid LTE SIM Plan without registering my particulars with YTL Communications Sdn Bhd?
    In accordance with the law, all customers of prepaid services are required to register their relevant particulars with their respective service providers.
  5. When can I use the preloaded 10GB Internet Data in the Kasi Up Prepaid LTE SIM Plan?
    You may use the preloaded 10GB Internet Data in the Kasi Up Prepaid LTE SIM Plan upon successful activation of your SIM Card. To activate your SIM card, please download the MyYES app, press New User -> Activate SIM button and follow the activation steps.
  6. Does the 10GB Internet Data have an expiry date?
    Yes, it does. It is valid for a period of thirty (30) days only from the date of successful activation of the Kasi Up Prepaid LTE SIM Plan
  7. What happens to any unused data under the 10GB Internet Data upon expiry of the Account Validity Period?
    Any unused data after the expiry of the Account Validity Period shall be forfeited.
  8. Can I purchase any Prepaid Data Add-On before expiry of my Account Validity Period?
    Yes, you can.
  9. How long will my Prepaid Service account be active from the date of activation of the Prepaid SIM Card?
    Your Prepaid Service account will remain active for a period of 30 days from the date of SIM card activation. After 30 days, you will be able to receive calls & SMS and make emergency calls. However, you will not be able to make any calls, send SMS or surf the internet. Kindly purchase a YES Reload for your Prepaid Service account.
  10. Will there be any charges imposed when I call other YES numbers?
    All calls made to YES numbers are free. However, charges will be imposed on all international calls and SMS in accordance with the voice calls and SMS rates found at https://www.yes.my/roaming.
  11. Will there be any charges imposed when I call numbers on other networks?
    Yes, calls to other service provider networks are subjected to a standard rate. Please refer to the table below:-
