- The Campaign.
The Yes Power 35 Postpaid Service Plan Campaign (“Campaign”) is a time-limited campaign organised by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Company No.200701035605 (793634-V)) (“YTLC”). Under this Campaign, a person who subscribes to a Yes Power 35 Postpaid Service Plan will enjoy 150GB internet data and all the other service offerings as more particularly set out under paragraph 5 (The Yes Power 35 Postpaid Service Plan) herein for a Monthly Commitment Fee of RM35 (RM37.10 including SST) for a period commencing from the date of subscription of the Yes Power 35 Postpaid Service Plan until further notice, subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter appearing (“Campaign T&Cs”). By subscribing to the Yes Power 35 Postpaid Service Plan, You acknowledge that You understand these Campaign T&Cs and agrees to abide by them.
The Yes Power 35 Postpaid Service Plan is open for subscription by all individuals aged 18 years, and above as at the date of subscription (“Eligible Subscribers”).
- Applicable Terms & Conditions:
Subject only to the variations as expressly set out in these Campaign T&Cs herein, all other terms and conditions incorporated in the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions and Postpaid Service Plans Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and applicable to the Campaign (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “General Applicable Terms and Conditions“). In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and these Campaign T&Cs, these Campaign T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
- Campaign Period.
The Campaign will commence on 5th May 2023. until further notice (“Campaign Period”).
- The Yes Power 35 Postpaid Service Plan.
5.1 The service offerings under the Yes Power 35 Postpaid Service Plan are as stated below:

**Effective 19th January 2024, the data has been increased from 100GB to 150GB. All existing customers will be automatically upgraded to the new data quota.
5.2 Eligible Subscriber is entitled to subscribe to one (1) Yes Power 35 Postpaid Plan Service Plan or more provided that he/she does not have, in aggregate, more than fifteen (15) Postpaid Service accounts with YTLC.
5.3 The Yes Subscriber subscribing to the Yes Power 35 Postpaid Plan Service Plan is required to activate the prepaid Yes SIM through the MyYes app.
5.3.1 eSIM Activation. Once the Yes eSIM is activated, the Yes Subscriber is required to download the Yes eSIM profile (“Yes eSIM Profile”) to allow the Device to connect to the Yes network to enjoy the Yes services. Please refer to yes.my/e-sim for more information. A Yes Subscriber who is subscribed to the Yes Power 35 Postpaid Plan Service Plan is required to perform a one-time activation of the Yes eSIM Subscription within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of Yes eSIM Subscription, failing which the Yes eSIM can no longer be activated and no replacement of eSIM will be provided. In such instance, any payment made by You, including the Plan Advance Payment and any deposits paid, shall be automatically forfeited and no refund shall be made to You.
5.3.2 SIM Card Activation. A Yes Subscriber is required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within thirty (30) days days from the subscription of the Yes Power 35 Postpaid Plan Service Plan, failing which the SIM Card can no longer be activated and no replacement of SIM Card will be provided. In such instance, any payment made by You, including the Plan Advance Payment and any deposits paid, shall be automatically forfeited and no refund shall be made to You.
5.4 You may enjoy the service offerings with an uncapped 5G or 4G internet speed (Internet speed will depend on whether the Yes Subscriber is in 5G or 4G coverage).
5.5 The Yes SIM can only be used on certain types of smartphones. As such, please visit www.yes.my/supported-devices to determine which of the smartphones can support the Yes SIM card. For Yes eSIM, please visit www.yes.my/e-sim to determine which of the smartphones can support the Yes SIM.
5.6 The unlimited voice call or SMS services are exclusive for Your personal person-to-person communications use in Malaysia only. Therefore, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including by using Your Yes SIM in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activities are considered non-standard usage and is therefore prohibited.
- Subscription Channels.
An Eligible Subscriber may subscribe to the Yes Power 35 Postpaid Service Plan through Yes website at yes.my, MyYes app, at any our Yes Stores/Kiosks, or through our Yes Authorised Dealers.
This Yes Power 35 Postpaid Service Plan Campaign shall in all respect be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of Malaysia.
YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add, delete, vary or amend the Campaign T&Cs herein or change or modify any aspect of this Yes Power 35 Postpaid Service Plan Campaign, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to You or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, YTLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Yes Power 35 Postpaid Service Plan Campaign at any time before or during the Campaign Period with notice but without any liability or compensation whatsoever.
