  1. Apakah itu Pakej YES Remaja Keluarga Malaysia?

    Promosi Pakej YES Remaja Keluarga Malaysia (“Promosi”) adalah inisiatif oleh Kerajaan Malaysia dengan kerjasama YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Syarikat No.200701035605 (793634-V)) (“YTLC”). Tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat.

  2. Siapakah yang layak untuk Promosi ini?

    Promosi ini terbuka untuk semua warganegara Malaysia yang memuaskan syarat-syarat berikut:-
    (i) Individu di bawah umur 21 tahun dan memiliki MyKad, MyPR atau MyTentera yang sah, mana-mana yang terpakai; atau
    (ii) Individu yang berumur 21 tahun dan ke atas dan memiliki MyKad, MyPR atau MyTentera yang sah dan ID Pelajar.

  3. Apakah tempoh Promosi ini?

    Tempoh Promosi ini ialah untuk enam (6) bulan bermula dari 15 Oktober 2021 hingga 15 April 2022.

  4. Bagaimanakah saya boleh memohon untuk Promosi ini?

    Sekiranya anda ialah Pelanggan Yang Layak, anda boleh memohon untuk Promosi ini melalui melalui aplikasi MyYes , YES Online Store atau YES Stores sahaja.

  5. Berapa banyak Pakej Promosi yang boleh saya daftarkan?

    Pelanggan Yang Layak boleh melanggan lebih daripada satu Pakej Promosi dengan syarat dia hanya boleh mendaftar sehingga lima (5) nombor telefon mudah alih prabayar.

  6. Adakah Pakej Promosi mempunyai sebarang tarikh luput?

    Tempoh sah tawaran perkhidmatan di bawah Pakej Promosi ialah sembilan puluh (90) hari sahaja dari tarikh pengaktifan Pakej Promosi secara berjaya. Ini bermakna anda tidak boleh menggunakan tawaran perkhidmatan di bawah Pakej Promosi selepas Pakej Promosi tersebut luput.

  7. Adakah saya perlu menebus Data LTE tambahan 1GB setiap hari secara manual?

    Ya,anda boleh menebus data tambahan sekali setiap hari secara manual melalui aplikasi MyYes atau MyAccount.

  8. Adakah Pakej Promosi tersebut membenarkan anda untuk menyertai Program Kasi Up Rujuk dan Jana?

    Ya, anda boleh menyertai Program Kasi Up Rujuk & Jana setelah pengaktifan akaun perkhidmatan anda di bawah Pakej Promosi dengan berkongsi kod rujuk anda dengan ahli keluarga dan rakan-rakan. Untuk butir-butir lanjut, sila rujuk kepada YES Kasi Up Refer & Earn Terms and Conditions.

  9. Saya telah menerima SIM, bagaimanakah untuk saya mengaktifkannya dan menggunakan data dengan segera?

    Untuk mengaktifkan Kad SIM:-
    Berhubung dengan Pelanggan Baru
    (i) Muat turun aplikasi MyYES
    (ii) Pada halaman log masuk, tekan “Pengguna Baru”;
    (iii) Klik ” Aktifkan SIM” dan ikuti langkah-langkah pengaktifan diri di skrin; dan
    (iv) Sebaik pengaktifan berjaya, anda boleh log masuk ke akaun perkhidmatan melalui nombor telefon dan kata laluan yang dihantar ke e-mel anda. Anda juga boleh log masuk menggunakan kaedah TAC sekiranya tidak menemui kata laluan anda.

    Berhubung dengan Pelanggan YES
    (i) Log masuk ke aplikasi MyYES
    (ii) Klik “Aktifkan SIM” di bawah Akses Pantas dan ikuti langkah-langkah pengaktifan diri di skrin; dan
    (iii) Sebaik pengaktifan berjaya, anda boleh log masuk ke akaun perkhidmatan melalui nombor telefon dan kata laluan yang dihantar ke e-mel anda. Anda juga boleh log masuk menggunakan kaedah TAC sekiranya tidak menemui kata laluan anda.

  10. Adakah anda dibenarkan untuk membawa ke hadapan sebarang data yang tidak digunakan di bawah Pakej Promosi setelah tamah Tempoh Sah Akaun?

    Tidak, anda tidak boleh membawa ke hadapan sebarang data yang tidak digunakan di bawah Pakej Promosi setelah tamat Tempoh Sah Akaun. Sebarang baki data internet yang tidak digunakan akan dilucutkan setelah luput Tempoh Sah Akaun.

  11. Bolehkah saya membeli Data Tambahan Prabayar sebelum tamat Tempoh Sah Akaun?

    Ya, anda boleh membeli Data Tambahan Prabayar sebelum tamat Tempoh Sah Akaun.

  12. Adakah terdapat sebarang caj yang dikenakan berkenaan dengan panggilan di dalam rangkaian (On-Net Voice Calls)?

    Semua panggilan tempatan di dalam rangkaian adalah percuma. Walau bagaimanapun, caj akan dikenakan berkenaan dengan semua panggilan antarabangsa, roaming dan IDD dan SMS berdasarkan kepada kadar panggilan suara dan SMS yang terkandung di dalam https://www.yes.my/roaming.

  13. Adakah caj akan dikenakan semasa saya membuat panggilan ke luar rangkaian yang lain?

    Ya, panggilan ke luar rangkaian penyedia perkhidmatan yang lain akan dikenakan dengan kadar standard. Sila rujuk jadual di bawah:-

  3. Apakah tempoh Promosi ini?

    Tempoh Promosi ini ialah enam (6) bulan bermula dari 15 Oktober 2021 hingga 15 April 2022.

  4. Bagaimanakah saya boleh melanggani Pakej Promosi ini?

    Anda boleh melanggani Pakej Promosi ini melalui applikasi MyYes app, YES Online Store atau YES Stores.

  5. Berapa banyak Pakej Promosi boleh saya langgani?

    Anda boleh melanggani sehingga dua (2) Pakej Promosi dengan syarat anda (i) tidak mempunyai, secara agregat, lebih dari enam (6) akaun Perkhidmatan pascabayar dengan kami dan (ii) tiada sebarang bayaran yang tertunggak kepada kami.

  6. Adakah saya terikat dengan kontrak sekiranya saya melanggani Pakej Promosi ini?

    Ya, anda akan terikat dengan kontrat selama 12 bulan dari tarikh langganan Pakej Promosi.

  7. Adakah saya perlu membayar sebarang bayaran pendahuluan sekiranya saya melanggan Pakej Promosi ini?

    Ya, anda dikehendaki untuk membayar bayaran pendahuluan sekiranya anda melanggani Pakej Promosi ini. Sila rujuk kepada Terma dan Syarat Promosi di https://www.yes.my/tnc/products-services-tnc untuk butir-butir lanjut.

  8. Adakah saya perlu meneruskan pembayaran Fi Komitmen sekiranya akaun perkhidmatan Pakej Promosi saya digantung di dalam Tempoh Kontrak?

    Sekiranya akaun perkhidmatan Pakej Promosi anda digantung di dalam Tempoh Kontrak, anda dikehendaki untuk terus membayar Fi Komitmen untuks setiap kitaran bil di dalam Tempoh Kontrak.

  9. Adakah saya perlu menebus Data LTE tambahan 1GB setiap hari secara manual?

    Ya, anda hendaklah menebus data tambahan 1GB setiap hari secara manual melalui aplikasi MyYes app atau MyAccount.

  10. Perlukan saya mengaktifkan Kad SIM saya secara serta-merta setelah menerima Kad SIM atau bolehkah saya berbuat demikian pada suatu masa akan datang?

    Setelah anda menerima Kad SIM, anda perlu mengaktifkan Kad SIM anda dalam masa tujuh (7) hari dari tarikh penerimaan Kad SIM, jika tidak Kad SIM akan diaktifkan secara automatik selepas tujuh (7) hari dari tarikh penerimaan Kad SIM.

  11. Saya telah menerima Kad SIM saya, bagaimanakah untuk saya mengaktifkannya dan menggunakan data dengan segera?

    Untuk mengaktifkan Kad SIM:-
    Berhubung dengan Pelanggan Baru
    (i) Muat turun aplikasi MyYES;
    (ii) Pada halaman log masuk, tekan “Pengguna Baru”;
    (iii) Klik “Aktifkan SIM” dan ikuti langkah-langkah pengaktifan diri di skrin; dan
    (iv) Sebaik pengaktifan berjaya, anda boleh log masuk ke akaun perkhidmatan melalui nombor telefon dan kata laluan yang dihantar ke e-mel anda. Anda juga boleh log masuk menggunakan kaedah TAC sekiranya tidak menemui kata laluan anda.

    Berhubung dengan Pelanggan YES:-
    (i) Log masuk ke aplikasi MyYES;
    (ii) Klik “Aktifkan SIM” di bawah Akses Pantas dan ikuti langkah-langkah pengaktifan diri di skrin; dan
    (iii) Sebaik pengaktifan berjaya, anda boleh log masuk ke akaun perkhidmatan melalui nombor telefon dan kata laluan yang dihantar ke e-mel anda. Anda juga boleh log masuk menggunakan kaedah TAC sekiranya tidak menemui kata laluan anda.

  12. Apakah yang akan berlaku sekiranya saya menggunakan kapasiti data yang diperuntukkan secara sepenuhnya di dalam tempoh kitaran bil?

    Anda boleh terus menggunakan data internet tetapi pada kelajuan internet sehingga 256kbps sahaja atau anda boleh membeli Data Add-On Pascabayar (melalui aplikasi MyYes, MyAccount atau YES Express Payment Channel) untuk menikmati data internet tanpa kawalan kelajuan.   13. Adakah saya masih mendapat panggilan suara tanpa had percuma semasa saya berada di luar Malaysia?

    Tidak, panggilan suara tanpa had percuma hanya boleh digunakan di Malaysia, ini bermakna anda tidak boleh menikmati panggilan suara tanpa had percuma semasa di perayauan (“roaming”). Sekiranya anda berada di luar Malaysia, anda boleh melanggan kepada International Roaming Service.   14. Adakah saya masih akan mendapat panggilan suara tanpa had secara percuma jika saya membuat panggilan suara ke luar Malaysia?

    Tidak, panggilan suara tanpa had percuma adalah tidak terpakai apabila anda membuat panggilan di luar Malaysia (juga dikenali sebagai perkhidmatan IDD (IDD Service).     Pelanggan yang telah melanggani Program Pendidikan Atas Talian Prabayar SIM YES Untuk Institusi Pelajaran Tinggi, Program Pendidikan Atas Talian Prabayar SIM YES Untuk Sekolah Menengah Cina Bebas dan Program Pendidikan Atas Talian Prabayar SIM YES adalah layak untuk menyertai Kempen Sambungan SIM Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah (“Pelanggan Yang Layak”).

  2. Bagaimanakah saya boleh menyertai Kempen Sambungan SIM Percuma Dari Rumah?

    Anda dikehendaki untuk melengkapkan borang yang tersedia-ada di atas talian di:-
    (i) https://rma.yes.my/Govt berkenaan dengan Pelanggan Yang Layak di bawah Program Pendidikan Atas Talian Prabayar SIM YES;
    (ii) https://rma.yes.my/ICSS berkenaan dengan Pelanggan Yang Layak di bawah Program Pendidikan Atas Talian Prabayar SIM YES Untuk Sekolah Menengah Cina Bebas; atau
    (iii) https://rma.yes.my/Uni berkenaan dengan Pelanggan Yang Layak di bawah Program Pendidikan Atas Talian Prabayar SIM YES.

  3. Apakah tawaran perkhidmatan di bawah Kempen Pengekalan Telefon Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah?

    Tawaran perkhidmatan di bawah Kempen Pemgekalan Telefon Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah adalah data 7GB Data LTE (“Data Percuma“) bagi setiap Tempoh Sah Perkhidmatan di dalam Tempoh Kempen. Sila rujuk kepada Klausa 5 Terma dan Syarat Kempen Sambungan SIM Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah untuk penjelasan lanjut berkenaan dengan tawaran prkhidmatan.

  4. Adakah saya perlu menebus Data Percuma secara manual?

    Tidak, anda tidak perlu menebus Data Percuma secara manual memandangkan Data Percuma akan dikreditkan secara otomatik ke dalam akaun Prabayar anda. Pada bulan pertama penyertaan Pelanggan Yang Layak ke dalam Kempen Sambungan SIM Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah, Data Percuma akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Prabayar:-
    (a) berkenaan dengan akaun Perkhidmatan yang masih di dalam Tempoh Sah Akaun, Data Percuam akan dikreditkan kepada anda setelah tamat data Internet 40GB yang dinikmati oleh anda di bawah Pelan Perkhidmatan Sedia-ada; atau
    (b) berkenaan dengan Tempoh Sah Akaun Perkhidmatan yang telah luput tetapi masih di dalam “Grace Period”, Data Percuma akan dikreditkan di dalam akaun Perkhidmatan anda pada hari berikutan dengan hari anda memilih Kempen Sambungan SIM Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah.

  5. Saya telah menerima SIM percuma, bagaimanakah saya mengaktifkannya dan menggunakan data 40GB saya dengan segera?

    Anda boleh mengaktifkan Kad SIM anda dengan mengikuti Langkah-langkah yang berikut:-
    (i) Log masuk ke aplikasi MyYes;
    (ii) Di bawah Akses Pantas, tekab butang “ktif SIM dan ikuti langkah-langkah pengaktifan diri di skrin; dan
    (iii) Sebaik sahaja pengaktifan anda berjaya, anda boleh log masuk ke akaun perkhidmatan melalui nombor telefon dan kata laluan yang dihantar ke e-mel anda. Anda juga boleh log masuk menggunakan kaedah TAC sekiranya tidak menemui kata laluan anda.

  6. Adakah tempoh tertentu untuk mengaktifkan Kad SIM?

    Setelah menerima Kad SIM yang baru, Pelanggan yang Layak diminta untuk mengaktifkan Kad SIM dalam jangka masa enam (6) bulan dari tarikh pengeluaran Kad SIM oleh YTLC, jika tidak Kad SIM tidak lagi boleh diaktifkan dan tiada penggantian Kad SIM akan diberikan.

  1. Siapakah yang layak terhadap Kempen Pengekalan Telefon Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah?

    Pelanggan Pelan Telefon Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah adalah layak terhadap Kempen Pengekalan Telefon Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah.

  2. Bagaimanakah saya boleh menyertai Kempen Pengekalan Telefon Percuma Dari Rumah?

    Lengkapkan borang yang tersedia atas talian di dengan memberikan maklumat yang diperlukan.

  3. Apakah tawaran perkhidmatan di bawah Kempen Pengekalan Telefon Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah?

    Tawaran perkhidmatan adalah data 5GB Data LTE dan panggilan suara di luar rangkaian 60 minit secara percuma (“Data dan Panggilan Suara Percuma”) bagi setiap Tempoh Sah Perkhidmatan di dalam Tempoh Kempen. Sila rujuk kepada Klausa 5.2 dan Klausa 5.3 Terma dan Syarat Kempen Pengekalan Telefon Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah untuk penjelasan lanjut berkenaan dengan tawaran prkhidmatan.

  4. Adakah saya perlu menebus Data dan Panggilan Suara Percuma secara manual?

    Tidak, anda tidak perlu menebus Data Percuma dan Panggilan Suara Percuma secara manual. Sebaliknya, Data Percuma dan Panggilan Suara Percuma akan dikreditkan secara otomatik ke dalam akaun Prabayar anda. Pada bulan pertama penyertaan Pelanggan Yang Layak ke dalam Kempen Pengekalan Telefon Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah, Data Percuma dan Panggilan Suara Percuma akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Prabayar di mana:-

    1. berkenaan dengan Pelanggan Yang Layak yang memilih Kempen Pengekalan Telefon Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah di dalam Tempoh Sah Akaun, selepas tarikh tamat data Internet di bawah Pelan Telefon Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah; atau
    2. berkenaan dengan Pelanggan Yang Layak yang memilih Kempen Pengekalan Telefon Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah, setelah tamat Tempoh Sah Akaun Perkhidmatan tetapi masih di dalam “Grace Period”, pada hari berikutan dengan hari pemilihan Kempen Pengekalan Telefon Percuma Belajar Dari Rumah; atau
    3. berkenaan dengan Pelanggan Yang Layak yang meminta Kad SIM baru, selepas pengaktifan Kad SIM menurut Terma & Syarat Kempen.

  5. Saya telah menerima SIM percuma, bagaimanakah saya mengaktifkannya dan menggunakan data saya dengan segera?

    Setelah menerima SIM percuma, Pelanggan yang Layak hendaklah mengaktifkan Kad SIM dengan log masuk ke aplikasi MyYes app, pergi ke Akses Pantas, tekan butang “Aktifkan SIM” dan ikuti langkah-langkah pengaktifan diri pada skrin.

  6. Adakah terdapat sebarang tempoh tertentu untuk mengaktifkan Kad SIM?

    Pelanggan yang Layak yang memilih Kad SIM baru hendaklah mengaktifkan Kad SIM dalam jangka masa enam (6) bulan dari tarikh pengeluaran Kad SIM oleh YTLC, jika gagal, Kad SIM tidak lagi boleh diaktifkan dan tiada penggantian Kad SIM akan diberikan.

  1. Apakah Pelan Pascabayar Telefon RM1 Merdeka YES?

    Pelan Pascabayar Telefon RM1 Merdeka YES adalah promosi masa terhad di mana pelanggan yang layak dapat membeli Samsung Galaxy A02 (“Peranti”) pada harga RM1 apabila melanggan Pelan Pascabayar Telefon RM1 Merdeka YES. Tertakluk kepada Terma dan syarat.

  2. Siapakah yang layak untuk Promosi ini?

    Promosi ini terbuka kepada semua rakyat Malaysia yang memiliki MyKad yang sah (atau MyPR atau MyTentera, mengikut kelayakan.

  3. Di manakah saya boleh memohon untuk Promosi ini?

    Pelan Pascabayar Telefon RM1 Merdeka YES boleh dilanggan melalui YES Online Store bermula pada 23 Ogos2021. Walau bagaimanapun, jika anda adalah pelanggan yang layak, anda boleh membuat pra-pendaftaran minat anda untuk melanggan Pelan Pascabayar Telefon RM1 Merdeka YES melalui www.yes.my dari 16 Ogos 2021 hingga 22 Ogos 2021.

  4. Berapa banyak Pelan Pascabayar Telefon RM1 Merdeka YES yang saya boleh mohon?

    Setiap pelanggan yang layak hanya boleh memohon satu (1) Pelan Pascabayar Telefon RM1 Merdeka YES.

  5. Adakah saya akan terikat dengan kontrak sekiranya melanggan Pelan Pascabayar Telefon RM1 Merdeka YES?

    Ya. Tempoh Kontrak adalah selama 12 bulan.

  6. Adakah saya perlu membayar sebarang bayaran pendahuluan sekiranya saya melanggan Pelan Pascabayar Telefon RM1 Merdeka YES?

    Ya, untuk maklumat lebih lanjut, anda boleh merujuk kepada Terma dan Syarat Pelan Pascabayar Telefon RM1 Merdeka YES @ https://www.yes.my/tnc/products-services-tnc.

  7. Adakah saya perlu meneruskan pembayaran Yuran Komitmen sekiranya akaun Pelan Pascabayar Telefon RM1 Merdeka YES saya adalah digantung semasa Tempoh Kontrak?

    Ya, walaupun akaun Perkhidmatan anda digantung semasa Tempoh Kontrak, anda mesti teruskan pembayaran Yuran Komitmen untuk setiap Kitaran Bil semasa Tempoh Kontrak. Dimaklumkan bahawa kami hanya akan meyekat atau menggantung akaun Perkhidmatan anda jika berlaku kejadian kelalaian seperti yang disenaraikan dalam Klausa 9 (a) Terma dan Syarat Perkhidmatan Pascabayar.

  8. Adakah Pelan Pascabayar Telefon RM1 Merdeka YES membolehkan saya mengambil bahagian di dalam Program Kasi Up Rujuk & Jana?

    Ya, setelah pengaktifan akaun Perkhidmatan anda, anda boleh berkongsi kod rujukan anda dengan keluarga dan rakan. Untuk maklumat lebih lanjut, sila rujuk kepada terma dan syarat YES Kasi Up Rujuk & Jana.

  9. Mestikah saya mengaktifkan Kad SIM sebaik sahaja menerima Kad SIM atau pada bila-bila masa?

    Anda digalakkan untuk mengaktifkan Kad SIM anda dengan segera agar anda dapat menikmati Perkhidmatan yang disediakan. Setelah penyerahan Kad SIM kepada anda, anda perlu mengaktifkan Kad SIM dalam masa tiga puluh (30) hari dari tarikh penghantaran Kad SIM, jika tidak, Kad SIM anda tidak dapat diaktifkan selepas tamat tempoh tersebut tiada penggantian Kad SIM akan diberikan. Kegagalan untuk mengaktifkan Kad SIM adalah melanggar Syarat Promosi ini dan memberikan hak segera kepada YES untuk menamantkan akaun Perkhidmatan Pelanggan YES tanpa notis.

  10. Saya telah menerima SIM, bagaimanakah untuk saya mengaktifkannya dan menggunakan data dengan segera?

    Untuk mengaktifkan Kad SIM, :
    Pelanggan Baru
    (i) Muat turun aplikasi MyYES
    (ii) Pada halaman log masuk, tekan “Pengguna Baru”
    (iii) Klik “Activate SIM” dan ikuti langkah-langkah pengaktifan diri di skrin

    You may redeem the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle by use of the RM 50 eBelia YES Voucher allocated in your Shopee account.   
  4. Is there any payment to be made during redemption of the YES eBelia Plan Bundle with  the RM 50 eBelia YES Voucher?
    No, there is no payment to be made during redemption of the YES eBelia Plan Bundle with the RM 50 eBelia YES Voucher.
  5. Can an Eligible Subscriber purchase the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle without using the RM 50 eBelia YES Voucher?
    An Eligible Subscriber may purchase the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle if he/she chooses not to redeem the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle with the RM 50 eBelia YES Voucher.  
  6. Can an Eligible Subscriber purchase the YES eBelia Prepaid Bundle Plan if he/she is not entitled to the RM 50 eBelia YES Voucher?
    Yes, an Eligible Subscriber may purchase the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle. 
  7. If an Eligible Subscriber cancels the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle redeemed with the RM50 eBelia YES Voucher, can he/she at any time thereafter but during the Promotion Period redeem the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle again with the RM50 eBelia Yes Voucher ? 
    Once an Eligible Subscriber cancels the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle redeemed, the RM50 eBelia YES Voucher will be deemed invalid. However such Eligible Subscribers may contact Shopee to request for a new RM50 eBelia YES Voucher subject to Shopee’s sole discretion to approve such request.
  8. If an Eligible Subscriber is an existing subscriber of any of the YES Postpaid Service Plans or Prepaid Service Plans, can he/she convert the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan into any of his/her  YES Postpaid Service Plans or Prepaid Service Plan subscribed?
    No, an Eligible Subscriber is not allowed to convert the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan into any of his/her YES Postpaid Service Plans or Prepaid Service Plans subscribed.
  9. What is the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Promotion period? 
    The YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Promotion period is from 1st June 2021 until 31st July 2021. An Eligible Subscriber may:
    (a) redeem the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan by use of the RM 50 eBelia YES Voucher; or
    (b) subscribe to the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan
    on or by 31st July 2021, 11.59p.m. (“Expiry Date”).

  1. What is the NUTP Free SIM?
    The NUTP Free SIM is a Service Plan provided under the Prepaid Service by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (“YES”). It is available only for the members registered under the National Union Of The Teaching Profession Malaysia (“NUTP”).  Terms and conditions apply.
  2. How do I know that I am eligible for this programme?

    You need to be a member registered under the National Union Of The Teaching Profession Malaysia (“NUTP”). If you believe you qualify for registration, please visit http://www.nutp.org.my/ for member registration. In addition, you do not have more than five prepaid service accounts with YES.

  3. Where can I apply for this programme?

    Not at this point in time. A YES Mobile Number will be assigned to each SIM Card upon activation.

    In accordance with the guidelines set by the government, we are required to confirm that all subscribers are genuine and there is no fraud involved. 
  10. How long will my NUTP Free SIM account be active from the date of activation of the SIM Card?
    Your NUTP Free SIM service account will remain active for a period of 60 days from the date of activation of the SIM Card.
  11. What happens if my NUTP Free SIM account becomes inactive?

    You will still be able to receive calls & SMS, access your contacts and make emergency calls. However, you will not be able to make any other calls, send SMS or surf the internet. Kindly purchase a YES Reload for your NUTP Free SIM. The minimum purchase of a Yes Reload is RM5 which has a Validity Period of ten (10) days.
     

    Any unutilised data after the expiry of your account shall be forfeited. 

  12. Does the 40GB free data have an expiry date?
    Yes, it does. It is valid for a period of 60 days only from the date of successful activation of your NUTP Free SIM Card.

Please take note that the Data Capacity Allocation will be refreshed on a monthly basis at the start of the Eligible Subscriber relevant Billing Cycle.

    Yes, a monthly commitment fee of RM 30 (excluding SST) (“Commitment Fee”) is payable by the Eligible Subscriber during subscription of the NUTP Huddle XS Plan. 
  9. Is an Eligible Subscriber be entitled to carry forward any unutilised balance of the internet data from a calendar month to any succeeding month/(s)?
    No, at the end on each Billing Cycle, any unutilised internet data will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward to any succeeding month/(s).

    Kasi Ong, Kasi Up Promotion is a time-limited promotion launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (“YTLC”) by giving Free 8GB LTE data to both the referrer and referee for every successful referral when the referee activates the new SIM card (“Promotion”).

  8. I have signed up for a YES plan that comes with Unlimited Data. How does the Free 8GB 4G LTE Data apply to me?
    If you have subscribed to any YES unlimited data plan, your data capacity is already unlimited. There will be no “add-on” since there is no limit to your data entitlement.
    However, if you purchased the Kasi Up Unlimited Add-On or Kasi Up Unlimited_OKU Add-On, you can use the Free 8GB LTE Data upon expiry of those Add-Ons as long as your service account remains active. For clarity, an active service account means your network service has not been suspended for outbound calls.

    Any person can purchase the Data Raya Add-On (“Sender”) by following the steps stated in question 5 below.
  4. Who is eligible to receive the Date Raya Add-On?
    A YES Subscriber with a valid and active Postpaid or Prepaid Service account of a Service Plan, other than those listed below, may receive the Data Raya Add-On from the Sender:
    (a) 1Bestarinet 2GB Teachers Data Plan;
    (b) 1Bestarinet Service Plan;
    (c) Fixed Wireless Internet Plan;
    (d) FIZ 2 Service Plans;
    (e) Yes Speedzy 2 Service Plans;
    (f) Yes 4G Home 2 Service Plan;
    (g) Konfem Unlimited 49/79/99 Postpaid Plan;
    (h) Konfem Unlimited 79/99 Family Plan;
    (i) Konfem Unlimited Supplementary Plan 30; and
    (j) YTLC’s enterprise customers.
  5. How can I purchase the Data Raya Add-On?
    You can purchase the Data Raya Add-On by following the steps stated below:
    (a) login to MyYes4G app (if the Sender is a YES Subscriber) or visit the YESExpress Add-On page available @
    https://www.yes.my/ (applicable to both Yes Subscriber and non YES Subscriber);
    (b) key in the Recipient’s YES mobile number or YES ID or Postpaid or Prepaid account number;
    (c) select a Data Raya Add-On that the Sender would like to purchase and give as a gift to the Recipient;
    (d) key in Sender’s name and mobile number respectively; and
    (e) click on the tab “Proceed” and pay through either credit or debit card or by way of online banking transaction.
  6. What are the types of Data Raya Add-On rates and service offerings?
    Please login to MyYes4G app (if the Sender is a YES Subscriber) or visit the YESExpress Add-On page available @ www.yes.my (applicable to both Yes Subscriber and non YES Subscriber) for more information on the types of Data Raya Add-On rates and service offerings.
  7. What is the validity period of the Postpaid Data Raya Add-On?
    The validity period of each Postpaid Data Raya Add-On is thirty (30) days from the date of successful purchase by the Sender (“Postpaid Data Raya Validity Period”).
  8. Will the Postpaid Data Raya Add-On purchased during a particular Billing Cycle expire automatically at the expiry of such Billing Cycle?
    As long as the Postpaid Data Raya Add-On is:
    (1) within the Postpaid Data Raya Validity Period; and
    (2) the Recipient’s Postpaid Account Validity Period is valid and active,
    the Recipient may enjoy and use the allocated internet data in the Postpaid Data Raya Add-On throughout the Postpaid Data Raya Validity Period irrespective of the Recipient’s applicable Billing Cycle. For example, if a Recipient’s Billing Cycle ends on 25th May 2020 and he/she receives a Data Raya Add-On with a validity period of thirty (30) days on 23rd May 2020, provided always that the Recipient’s Postpaid Service account is valid and active throughout the Postpaid Data Raya Add-On Validity Period, he/she will continue to enjoy the internet data in such Postpaid Data Raya Add-On until 21st June 2020. Any internet data which remains unutilized after the Postpaid Data Raya Validity Period will expire automatically after 21st June 2020.
  9. What is the validity period of the Prepaid Data Raya Add-On?
    Each Prepaid Data Raya Add-On has a particular validity period from the date of successful purchase by the Sender (“Prepaid Data Raya Validity Period”). Please refer to MyYes4G app (if the Sender is a YES Subscriber) or visit the YESExpress Add-On page available @ www.yes.my (applicable to both Yes Subscriber and non YES Subscriber) for further information on the Prepaid Data Raya Validity Period.
  10. Which Account Validity Period will apply in the event a Sender purchases multiple Prepaid Data Raya Add-On?
    In the event a Sender purchases multiple Prepaid Data Raya Add-On, the Recipient’s Account Vailidity Period will be extended accordingly based on the last Prepaid Data Raya Add-On’s successful purchase date. For example, if a Recipient’s Account Validity Period ends on 30 April 2020, and on 25th April 2020 he/she receives a Prepaid Data Raya Add-On with a validity period of thirty (30) days and again on 28th April 2020, the Recipient receives another Prepaid Data Raya Add-On with a validity period of thirty (30) days, in such instance, his/her account validity period will be extended to 27 May 2020 based on the Prepaid Data Raya Add-On received by him on 28th April 2020. For clarity and avoidance of doubt, if multiple Prepaid Data Raya Add-On is purchased, the order of priority in calculating the usage of internet data is from the earliest to the latest purchase of the Prepaid Data Raya Add-On.
  11. How many Data Raya Add-On can a Sender purchase at any one time?
    There is no limitation on the number of Data Raya Add-On. A Sender may purchase for use of the Recipient which means a Sender may make multiple purchases of the Data Raya Add-On provided always that the purchase is done by the Sender during the Data Raya Campaign Period.
  12. Will a Sender receive notification upon successful purchase of the Data Raya Add-On?
    A transaction successful page will pop up if the purchase of the Data Raya Add-On by the Sender is successful. The Sender is advised to refer to his/her credit or online banking statement transaction to view details on such purchase of Data Raya Add-On.
  13. Can a Sender request for refund upon successful purchase of theData Raya Add-On?
    There will be no refund initiated by YTLC on any successful purchase of the Data Raya Add-On.
  14. Will a Recipient receive notification if a Sender purchases the Data Raya Add-On for them?
    Recipient will receive notification via SMS or e-mail on the Data Raya Add-On gifted to him/her. Recipient may check further details on the Data Raya Add-On via the “Purchase History” tab on MyYes4G app or MyAccount.
  15. What happens if the Sender entered the wrong YES Active Subscriber mobile number or YES ID or Account Number for Data Raya Campaign?
    It is the responsibility of the Sender to ensure accuracy of the information provided to YTLC in relation to the purchase of the Data Raya Add-On. YTLC assumes no responsibility and/or liability on any wrong or mistaken information provided by the Sender and YTLC shall not be liable for any loss, claim and/or expense incurred by the Sender or Recipient arising from any inaccuracies in the information provided by the Sender.

  1. What is the Teachers’ Day Free 30GB 4G LTE Data Campaign?
    In conjunction with Teachers’ Day, YTL Communications Sdn Bhd wishes to give free 30GB 4G LTE Data to all active subscribers of 1Bestarinet 2GB Teachers Data Plan (“Eligible Subscriber”) by crediting free 30GB 4G LTE Data into Eligible Subscriber’s Service account.
  2. How long is the Teachers’ Day Free 30GB 4G LTE Data Campaign?
    It is for one (1) day only on 16th May 2020 from 12:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. (“Campaign Period”).
  3. Who is an active subscriber?
    An active subscriber is a subscriber who had:
    (a) sent at least one (1) successful outgoing message;
    (b) made at least one (1) successful outgoing voice call; and
    (c) used the internet data
    under the 1Bestarinet 2GB Teachers Data Plan at any time between the periods of 1st April 2020 and 14th May 2020.

    The Teachers’ Day Free 30GB 4G LTE Data will be automatically credited into an Eligible Subscriber’s Service account within 24 hours of the Campaign Period.

    The service offerings are as stated below:-

    An Eligible Subscriber may use the Teacher’s Day Free 30GB 4G LTE Data for internet services such as web surfing, video streaming and messaging.
  8. Is an Eligible Subscriber allowed to use the Teachers’ Day Free 30GB 4G LTE Data for tethering or hotspot?
    Yes, an Eligible Subscriber is allowed to use the Teachers’ Day Free 30GB 4G LTE Data for tethering or hotspot.
