You may use the preloaded 10GB Internet Data in the Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan upon successful activation of your Yes Travellers SIM Card. To activate your Yes Travellers SIM Card, please download MyYes App from Android Play Store, Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery. After downloading MyYes App, you may activate your Yes Travellers SIM card by following SIM activation steps. - Does the 10GB Internet Data have an expiry date?
Yes, it does. It is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) hours only from the time of successful activation of the Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan. - What happens to any unused Data under the 10GB Internet Data upon expiry of the Service
Validity Period?
Any unused Data after the expiry of the Service Validity Period shall be automatically forfeited, and no refund/compensation shall be made to You. - Can I purchase any Prepaid Data Add-Ons before expiry of my Account Validity Period?
Yes, you can purchase Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan Data Add-Ons via MyYes App only. - How long will my Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan account stay active from the date of activation
of the Yes Travellers SIM Card?
Your Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan will have a period of twenty-four (24) hours Service Validity Period from the time of Yes Travellers SIM card activation. The offerings under Your Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan will only be valid and usable within the Service Validity Period. Upon the expiry of
the Service Validity Period, you will not be able to make any Off-Net Services calls, send Off-Net Services SMS, and surf the internet (save for the Free Basic Internet). However, you will still be able
to make and receive On-Net Services domestic voice calls, send and receive On-Net domestic SMS, receive Off-Net Services domestic voice calls and domestic SMS, and make emergency calls during the Account Validity Period. If you wish to continue making calls, sending SMS, or surfing the internet, You may purchase the available Add-Ons offered under Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan within the seven (7) Days Account Validity Period from the date of Yes Travellers SIM Card activation
via MyYes App. - Will there be any charges imposed when I call other Yes numbers?
All calls made to Yes numbers (On-Net Services domestic voice calls) are free. - Will there be any charges imposed when I call numbers on other networks?
Yes, during the Service Validity Period, save for the preloaded first 10 minutes, all calls to other service provider networks are subjected to a standard rate. You may purchase the available Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan Add-Ons via MyYes App to enjoy more service offerings. - How do I redeem the Vouchers?
Once you activated your Yes Travellers SIM card, you can select three (3) discount Vouchers which you can redeem by using MyYes App under the “Rewards” tab to enjoy discounts at selected restaurants or merchants. You may download MyYes App from Android Play Store, Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery.
To redeem the Voucher:
i. Download MyYes App, log into MyYes App
ii. Click on “Rewards” for available restaurants or merchants Vouchers
iii. Click on the Voucher and the description of the Voucher will be shown
iv. Show the Voucher when you are making payment at the restaurant or merchant
v. Click on “Redeem Now” to complete the redemption - How do I check my redeemed Vouchers for Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan?
You may check your list of redeemed Vouchers and their status in MyYes App by choosing “Reward” under “Redeemed” tab. - Is Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan Voucher stackable?
No, the Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan Voucher is not stackable and can only be redeemed one (1) time. - Can I transfer the Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan Voucher or share it with my friend or family
member?
