    RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus Promotion (“RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus ”) is a time-limited promotion by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd upon successful subscription to Infinite Plus Standard via selected Yes Authorized Dealer. Subject to terms and conditions of RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus Promotion and Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan Programme.
  2. What are the offerings under RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus Promotion?
    You will be getting RM10 Discount promotion of your monthly commitment fee when you subscribe to Infinite Plus Standard with Samsung A33 under Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan Programme. *Terms and conditions apply.

  3. How long is the Promotion period?
    The Programme will commence on 28th October 2022 and continue until further notice.
  4. Where can I subscribe to RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion?
    RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion is available via selected Yes Authorized Dealer. *Terms and conditions apply.

  5. What do I need to do to subscribe RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion?
    You will be entitled to RM10 Discount Promotion of the Commitment Fee for a period of six (6) Billing Cycles upon successful subscription to Infinite Plus Standard with Samsung A33 under Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan Programme. *Terms and conditions apply.
  6. Is there any contract period if I subscribe to RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion?
    Yes, a contract period of 36 months will apply commencing from the date of activation of the SIM Card.
  7. My parcel is damaged, whom shall I contact?
    You can contact yescare@yes.my. Alternatively you can download MyYes app from the Android Play Store, Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery to submit your questions via MyYes app and chat with our Chatbot Sofia.
  8. Will there be any charges imposed if I terminate my RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion before the end of the Contract Period?
    Yes, Early Termination Charges (ETC) for the remainder of the contract period will be due and payable by you immediately if your Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plan is terminated before the end of the contract period.
  9. What happens if I do not fully utilise my hotspot data capacity allocation?
    At the expiry of each Billing Cycle, any unused data within the Billing Cycle Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation will not be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle.
  10. If I am an existing Subscriber of any of the Postpaid Service Plans that is subjected to a Contract Period, will I be able to subscribe to any of RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion?
    Yes, you may subscribe to a RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion as an additional line provided that you do not have in aggregate more than six (6) postpaid service accounts with Yes and you pass the credit and eligibility assessments.
  11. Can I keep my existing other telco mobile number on a RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion?
    Yes, you can port your existing mobile number into your RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion after activation of the 5G-enabled SIM Card. Please refer https://www.yes.my/keep-your-number/ for more information.
  12. Do I need to continue with payment of the Commitment Fee if my RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion Service account is barred during the contract period?
    Yes, notwithstanding the suspension of your RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion Service account, your commitment to pay the monthly Commitment Fee shall continue during the period of suspension.
  13. I just signed up for a RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion and already made a payment before, why do I immediately have an outstanding bill on my MyYes account?
    The initial payment that you made when you signed up for a RM10 Discount for Infinite Plus promotion is a one-time charge. However, your bill cycle only start once you have gone through the SIM activation process. If your account activation is done within the bill cycle, your bill will be pro-rated.
