  1. Who is eligible for Learn From Home Free SIM Extension Campaign?

    Existing subscribers of the YES Online Prepaid SIM Card for Learn From Home Programme, YES Online Prepaid SIM Card for Independent Chinese Secondary Schools Learn From Home Programme and YES Online Prepaid SIM Card for Institutions of Higher Learning Learn From Home Programme are eligible for Learn From Home Free SIM Extension Campaign (“Eligible Subscribers”).

  2. How can I participate in the Learn From Home Free SIM Extension Campaign?

    You are required to complete the form available online at:-
    (i) https://rma.yes.my/Govt for Eligible Subscribers of the YES Online Prepaid SIM Card for Learn From Home Programme;
    (ii) https://rma.yes.my/ICSS for Eligible Subscribers of the YES Online Prepaid SIM Card for Independent Chinese Secondary Schools Learn From Home Programme; or Programme.
    (iii) https://rma.yes.my/Uni for Eligible Subscribers of the YES Online Prepaid SIM Card for Institutions of Higher Learning Learn From Home Programme.

  3. What are the service offerings under the Learn From Home Free SIM Extension Campaign?

    The service offerings under the Learn From Home Free SIM Extension Campaign is free 7GB LTE Data (“Free Data”) for each Service Validity Period during the Campaign Period. Please refer to Clause 5 of the Learn From Home Free SIM Extension Campaign Terms and Conditions for further details on the service offerings.

  4. Do I need to manually redeem the Free Data?

    No, you need not manually redeem the Free Data as the Free Data will be automatically credited into your Service Account. For the 1st month of an Eligible Subscriber’s participation in the LFH Free SIM Extension Campaign, the Free Data will be credited into your Prepaid account:-
    (a) in the case of your Service account being within the Account Validity Period, upon expiry of the Internet data of 40GB enjoyed by you under your Existing Service Plan, the Free Data will be credited to you; or.
    (b) in the case where the Account Validity Period of your Service account has expired but it is within the Grace Period, the Free Data will be credited to your Service account on the day succeeding the day when you opt for the LFH Free SIM Extension Campaign.

  5. I have received my free SIM, how do I activate it to start using my free data right away?

    To activate your SIM Card:
    For New User
    (i) Download the MyYes app;
    (ii) On the login page, press “New User”;
    (iii) Press “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen; and
    (iv) Once your activation is successful, you can now login to your Service account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. You can also login using the TAC method if you cannot find your password.
    For Existing User
    (i) Login to the MyYes app;
    (ii) Go to Quick Access, press “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen; and
    (iii) Once your activation is successful, you can now login to your Service account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. You can also login using the TAC method if you cannot find your password.

  6. What happens to the Eligible Subscriber existing SIM card, if he/she applies for the NEW SIM Card?

    Eligible Subscriber existing SIM Card will be terminated on the date YTLC initiates delivery of the new SIM Card and any remaining internet data and YES Credit in the existing SIM Card will be forfeited. Upon receipt of the new SIM Card, such Eligible Subscriber is required to activate his/her SIM Card via YES self-registration application (“eKYC”) within a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance of SIM Card by YTLC failing which the SIM Card can no longer be activated and no replacement will be provided.

  2. How can I participate in the Learn From Home Free Phone Retention Campaign?

    Complete the form available online on https://ytlfoundation.org/learnfromhome-extension/ by providing the relevant information in the required fields.

  3. What are the service offerings under the Learn From Home Free Phone Retention Campaign?

    The service offerings are Free 5GB LTE Data and 60 minutes Off-Net Voice Calls respectively (“Free Data and Voice Calls”) for each Service Validity Period during the Campaign Period. Please refer to Clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of the Learn From Home Free Phone Retention Campaign Terms and Conditions for further details on the service offerings.

  4. Do I need to manually redeem the Free Data and Voice Calls?

    No, you need not manually redeem the Free Data and Voice Calls. Instead, the Free Data and Voice Calls will be automatically credited into your Prepaid Account. For the 1st month of an Eligible Subscriber’s participation in the LFH Free Phone Retention Campaign, the Free Data and Voice Calls will be credited into your Prepaid account wherein:-

    1. In the case of an Eligible Subscriber selecting the LFH Free Phone Retention Campaign during his/her Account Validity Period, upon expiry of the Internet data allocated under the Learn From Home Free Phone Plan;
    2. in the case of an Eligible Subscriber selecting the LFH Free Phone Retention Campaign after expiry of the Account Validity Period but within the Grace Period, a day succeeding the day after he/she opts for the LFH Free Phone Retention Campaign; or
    3. in the case of an Eligible Subscriber requesting for a new SIM Card, after activation of the SIM Card in accordance with the Campaign T&Cs.

  5. I have received my free SIM Card, how do I activate it to start using my free GB data right away?

    Upon receipt of the free SIM Card, Eligible Subscriber shall activate the SIM Card by login to MyYes app, go to Quick Access, press “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen.

  6. Is there any specific period to activate the SIM Card?

    An Eligible Subscriber opting for the new SIM Card shall activate the SIM Card within a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance of the SIM Card by YTLC failing which the SIM Card can no longer be activated and no replacement SIM Card will be provided.

  1. What is the YES Postpaid Merdeka RM1 Phone Service Plan?

    The YES Postpaid Merdeka RM1 Phone Service Plan is a time-limited device and postpaid plan bundle promotion where an eligible subscriber can purchase a Samsung Galaxy A02 (”Device”) at RM1 when he/she subscribes to a YES Postpaid Merdeka RM1 Phone Service Plan. Terms and conditions apply.

  2. Who is eligible for this Promotion?

    This Promotion is open to all Malaysians with a valid MyKad (or MyPR or MyTentera, as applicable).

  3. Where can I apply for this Promotion?

    The YES Postpaid Merdeka RM1 Phone Service Plan is only available for subscription on YES Online Store from 23 August 2021. However if you are an eligible subscriber, you can pre-register your interest to subscribe to the YES Postpaid Merdeka RM1 Phone Service Plan via www.yes.my between 16 August 2021 and 22 August 2021.

  4. How many of YES Postpaid Merdeka RM1 Phone Service Plan can I apply?

    Each eligible subscriber can only apply for one YES Postpaid Merdeka RM1 Phone Service Plan.

  5. Is there a Contract Period if I subscribe to YES Postpaid Merdeka RM1 Phone Service Plan?

    Yes, a Contract Period of 12 months is applicable.

  6. Do I need to pay any upfront payment if I subscribe to YES Postpaid Merdeka RM1 Phone Service Plan?

    Yes, for more information you may refer to the YES Postpaid Merdeka RM1 Phone Service Plan Terms and Conditions @ https://www.yes.my/tnc/products-services-tnc.

  7. Do I need to continue with payment of the Commitment Fees if my YES Postpaid Merdeka RM1 Phone Service Plan Service account is suspended during the Contract Period?

    Yes, even though your Service account is suspended during the Contract Period, you must continue to pay the Commitment Fee for each of the Billing Cycle during the Contract Period. Please note that we will only bar or suspend your Service account if any of the events of default listed in Clause 9(a) of the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions occur.

  8. Does the YES Postpaid Merdeka RM1 Phone Service Plan allow me to participate in the Kasi Up Refer & Earn Programme?

    Yes, upon activation of your Service account, you may share your referral code with family and friends. For further details, please refer to the YES Kasi Up Refer & Earn terms and conditions.

  9. Must I activate the SIM Card immediately upon receipt of the SIM Card or can I do so at a later time?

    You are encouraged to activate your SIM Card immediately so that you can enjoy using the Services. Upon delivery of the SIM Card to you, you are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the SIM Card, failing which the SIM Card can no longer be activated thereafter and no replacement SIM Card will be provided. Failure to activate the SIM Card constitutes a material breach of these Promotion T&Cs which would entitle YES to immediately terminate your Service account without any further notice.

  10. I have received my SIM, how do I activate it to start using my data right away?

    To activate your SIM Card:
    For New User
    (i) Download the MyYES app
    (ii) On the login page, press “New User”
    (iii) Press “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen
    (iv) Once your activation is successful, you can now login to your Service account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. You can also login using the TAC method if you cannot find your password.

  11. What happens if I have fully utilized my Data Capacity Allocation during a Billing Cycle?

    You can continue to use internet data service but at a reduced internet data speed of 256kbps, or you can purchase a Postpaid Data Add-On (via the MyYES app, MyAccount or YES Express Payment Channel) to enjoy internet data with no speed control. Please refer to the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions available at https://www.yes.my/tnc/products-services-tnc for more information.

  12. Do I still get free unlimited voice calls when I am outside of Malaysia?

    No, the free unlimited voice calls is applicable for use in Malaysia only which means you cannot enjoy free unlimited voice calls when roaming. If you are outside Malaysia, you may subscribe to our International Roaming Service. Please refer to the International Roaming Service rates published at https://www.yes.my/roaming for more details.

  13. Do I still get free unlimited voice calls when I am calling someone outside of Malaysia?

    No, the free unlimited voice calls do not apply to IDD Service which means charges will be imposed if you call someone outside of Malaysia. Please refer to the rates published at https://www.yes.my/roaming for more details.

  14. Will there be any charges imposed on IDD Service?

    Yes, charges will be imposed. Please refer to the voice call and SMS rates in relation to IDD Service @ www.yes.my/roaming.

  1. What does the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Promotion consist of?The YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Promotion is a bundled plan which consist of:
    (i)    FREE One (1) YES Prepaid SIM Card with YES Mobile Number; 
    (ii)    FREE 40GB LTE Data with an account validity period of sixty (60) days from the date of service activation (“Account Validity Period”); and
    (iii)    Basic Internet speed of 512kbps for the remaining duration of the Account Validity Period upon full utilisation of the FREE 40GB LTE Data.
    (hereinafter shall be collectively referred to as the “YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle”)

     
  2. Who is entitled to subscribe to the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle?

    An individual who is a Malaysian citizen between the ages of 18 to 20 years in 2021 (born between 2001 and 2003) or are full-time students enrolled in courses equivalent to diploma or SKM4 and above in an institution of higher learning, and who are verified and registered with Shopee as being eligible for the eBelia programme (“Eligible Subscriber”).

  3. As an Eligible Subscriber, how can I redeem the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle?
    You may redeem the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle by use of the RM 50 eBelia YES Voucher allocated in your Shopee account.   
  4. Is there any payment to be made during redemption of the YES eBelia Plan Bundle with  the RM 50 eBelia YES Voucher?
    No, there is no payment to be made during redemption of the YES eBelia Plan Bundle with the RM 50 eBelia YES Voucher.
  5. Can an Eligible Subscriber purchase the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle without using the RM 50 eBelia YES Voucher?
    An Eligible Subscriber may purchase the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle if he/she chooses not to redeem the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle with the RM 50 eBelia YES Voucher.  
  6. Can an Eligible Subscriber purchase the YES eBelia Prepaid Bundle Plan if he/she is not entitled to the RM 50 eBelia YES Voucher?
    Yes, an Eligible Subscriber may purchase the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle. 
  7. If an Eligible Subscriber cancels the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle redeemed with the RM50 eBelia YES Voucher, can he/she at any time thereafter but during the Promotion Period redeem the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle again with the RM50 eBelia Yes Voucher ? 
    Once an Eligible Subscriber cancels the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle redeemed, the RM50 eBelia YES Voucher will be deemed invalid. However such Eligible Subscribers may contact Shopee to request for a new RM50 eBelia YES Voucher subject to Shopee’s sole discretion to approve such request.
  8. If an Eligible Subscriber is an existing subscriber of any of the YES Postpaid Service Plans or Prepaid Service Plans, can he/she convert the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan into any of his/her  YES Postpaid Service Plans or Prepaid Service Plan subscribed?
    No, an Eligible Subscriber is not allowed to convert the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan into any of his/her YES Postpaid Service Plans or Prepaid Service Plans subscribed.
  9. What is the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Promotion period? 
    The YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Promotion period is from 1st June 2021 until 31st July 2021. An Eligible Subscriber may:
    (a) redeem the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan by use of the RM 50 eBelia YES Voucher; or
    (b) subscribe to the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan
    on or by 31st July 2021, 11.59p.m. (“Expiry Date”). 

     
  10. What happens if an Eligible Subscriber fails to redeem the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan with the RM50 eBelia YES Voucher before the Expiry Date?
    The RM 50 eBelia YES Voucher will be deemed invalid and no replacement voucher will be provided to such Eligible Subscriber.
  11. As an Eligible Subscriber, how do I claim for the YES Shopee Voucher?

    If you are an Eligible Subscriber, a RM50 eBelia YES Voucher will be credited to your  Shopee account under “My Vouchers” tab within a day after the approval of the eBelia programme application. Please follow the steps stated  below to redeem YES eBelia Prepaid Plan Bundle:
    Step 1: Go to Shopee YES Official Store;
    Step 2: Choose YES eBelia Prepaid Plan (40GB/2 Months Validity) Product;
    Step 3: Click “Buy Now” button;
    Step 4: Upon Checkout, click “Shopee Voucher” option and select the RM50 eBelia YES Voucher; and
    Step 5: Once you have selected RM50 eBelia YES Voucher, next select on relevant payment method and proceed with payment.

  12. Can an Eligible Subscribers port in his/her current service provider number to YES eBelia Prepaid Plan during activation?
    YES, an Eligible Subscriber may  port-in his/her current service provider number to Yes network via eKYC during activation of the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan. 
  13. Is there any specific period to activate the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan?
    An Eligible Subscriber shall activate the YES eBelia Prepaid Plan via YES self-registration application (“eKYC” ) within a period of sixty (60) days from date of issuance of SIM Card by YTLC, failing which the SIM Card can no longer be activated and no replacement SIM Card will be provided to such Eligible Subscriber.
  1. What is the NUTP Free SIM?
    The NUTP Free SIM is a Service Plan provided under the Prepaid Service by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (“YES”). It is available only for the members registered under the National Union Of The Teaching Profession Malaysia (“NUTP”).  Terms and conditions apply.
  2. How do I know that I am eligible for this programme?

    You need to be a member registered under the National Union Of The Teaching Profession Malaysia (“NUTP”). If you believe you qualify for registration, please visit http://www.nutp.org.my/ for member registration. In addition, you do not have more than five prepaid service accounts with YES.

  3. Where can I apply for this programme?
    You can apply for the NUTP Free SIM through our MyYes app or the YES Online Store.
  4. How many NUTP Free SIM Card(s) (“SIM Card”) can I apply for?
    Each eligible subscriber can only apply for one SIM Card.
  5. I have submitted my application for a SIM Card, now what?
    Upon receiving your application, we will verify if you are eligible (see FAQ no.2 for the eligibility criteria) and we will send you an email informing whether you are successful. If your application is successful, your SIM Card will be delivered to the address you provided in the application form.  
  6. I have successfully applied for a free SIM Card and received my confirmation email, how do I know when I will receive it?
    You should receive your delivery tracking number with your successful application email. To check your delivery status, go to www.yes.my/TrackOrder and enter your delivery tracking number.
  7. I have received my free SIM, how do I activate it to start using my free 40GB data right away?  
    To activate your SIM Card, 
    (i) Download the MyYes app
    (ii) On the login page, press “New User”

  8. Am I allowed to choose a YES Mobile Number when I apply for the SIM Card?
    Not at this point in time. A YES Mobile Number will be assigned to each SIM Card upon activation.
  9. Why do I need to provide my myKad information and perform facial recognition during activation?
    In accordance with the guidelines set by the government, we are required to confirm that all subscribers are genuine and there is no fraud involved. 
  10. How long will my NUTP Free SIM account be active from the date of activation of the SIM Card?
    Your NUTP Free SIM service account will remain active for a period of 60 days from the date of activation of the SIM Card.
  11. What happens if my NUTP Free SIM account becomes inactive?

    You will still be able to receive calls & SMS, access your contacts and make emergency calls. However, you will not be able to make any other calls, send SMS or surf the internet. Kindly purchase a YES Reload for your NUTP Free SIM. The minimum purchase of a Yes Reload is RM5 which has a Validity Period of ten (10) days.
     

    Any unutilised data after the expiry of your account shall be forfeited. 

  12. Does the 40GB free data have an expiry date?
    Yes, it does. It is valid for a period of 60 days only from the date of successful activation of your NUTP Free SIM Card.
  13. How will I know whether I have received my free 40GB data upon activation of my NUTP Free SIM Card?
    Login to MyYes app and the data should be reflected on your home screen.
  14. Can I purchase other Prepaid Data Add-Ons before my account expires?
    Yes, you can. For more information on the Prepaid Data Add-on, please check out our Prepaid FAQ.
  15. Will there be any charges imposed when I call other YES numbers?
    There will be no charges imposed when you call YES numbers from your YES SIM. However, charges will be imposed on all international (IDD) calls and SMS in accordance with the voice calls and SMS rates as more specially published in www.yes.my/roaming.
  16. Will there be any charges imposed when I call other networks?
    Yes, all domestic calls to other networks are subjected to a standard rate. Please refer to the table below:-

  1. What does the NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan consist of?
    The NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan consists of:- 
    (a) a SIM Card; and
    (b) one (1) unit of Huddle XS device (“Device”). 
  2. Who is eligible to subscribe to the NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan?

    Individuals who are registered members of the National Union of the Teaching Profession Malaysia is eligible to subscribe to the NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan (“Eligible Subscriber”).

  3. How do I know that I am an Eligible Subscriber?
    Please visit http://www.nutp.org.my/ to determine whether you are an Eligible Subscriber. 
  4. Can an Eligible Subscriber subscribe to more than one NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan?
    No, an Eligible Subscriber is entitled to register for one (1) NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan per NRIC provided that the Eligible Subscriber does not have, in aggregate, more than six (6) postpaid accounts with YES.
  5. What happens after an Eligible Subscriber has submitted the Application for NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan?
    Upon receipt of your Application, we will verify if you are eligible (see FAQ No.2 and FAQ No. 4 for the eligibility criteria) and we will send you an e-mail to inform you whether your Application is successful. If your Application is successful, the SIM Card and Device will be delivered to the address you provided in the Application.    
  6. Is there any deposit, fees or charges payable during the registration of the NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan?
    There is no deposit, fee or charges payable during the registration of the NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan
  7. What is the service offerings under the NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan?  
    The service offerings under the NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan are Data Capacity Allocation of 50GB 4G LTE data for each Billing Cycle and a Device. Please take note that the Data Capacity Allocation will be refreshed on a monthly basis at the start of the Eligible Subscriber relevant Billing Cycle. 
  8. Is there any Commitment Fee payable by the Eligible Subscriber for subscription of this NUTP Huddle XS Plan?
    Yes, a monthly commitment fee of RM 30 (excluding SST) (“Commitment Fee”) is payable by the Eligible Subscriber during subscription of the NUTP Huddle XS Plan. 
  9. Is an Eligible Subscriber be entitled to carry forward any unutilised balance of the internet data from a calendar month to any succeeding month/(s)?
    No, at the end on each Billing Cycle, any unutilised internet data will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward to any succeeding month/(s). 
  10. How can an Eligible Subscriber apply for this NUTP Huddle XS Plan?
    An Eligible Subscriber can apply for the NUTP Huddle XS Plan through the MyYes app or YES Online Store.
  11. Is an Eligible Subscriber bound by any Contract Period if he/she subscribes to the NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan?

    Yes, an Eligible Subscriber is bound by a Contract Period of 12 months through his/her subscription of the NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan..

  12. I have successfully subscribed to the NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan, how do I check my delivery status? 
    You may check your delivery status based on the tracking number forwarded to you by way of e-mail by keying in the tracking number on www.yes.my/TrackOrder.

    (i)    Download the MyYes app.
    (ii)    On the login page, press “New User”.

    In accordance with the guidelines imposed by the government, we are required to confirm that all subscribers are genuine and there is no fraud involved.
  15. Do I need to continue with payment of the Commitment Fee if my NUTP Huddle XS account is suspended during the Contract Period?
    Yes. In the event that you subscriber to the  NUTP Huddle XS Plan with a Contract Period, and in the event such Service account is suspended, You are still bound to pay the Commitment Fee for each of the Billing Cycle.
  16. Is there any specific period to activate the NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan?
    An Eligible Subscriber shall activate the NUTP Huddle XS Bundle Plan via YES self-registration application (“eKYC”) within a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance of SIM Card by YTLC failing which the SIM Card can no longer be activated and no replacement will be provided. 
  17. Can Eligible Subscriber unsubscribe the NUTP Huddle XS Plan upon successful subscription of the same?
    No, an Eligible Subscriber cannot unsubscribe the NUTP Huddle XS Plan once he/she had successfully subscribed to the same.

    You are eligible for this programme if you are classified as B40 (low-income households) by the Government of Malaysia as part of the Bantuan Sara Hidup (BSH) programme do not have more than five prepaid service accounts with YES

  3. Where can I apply for this programme?
    You can apply for the YES Kasi Up B40 Free 40GB programme through our MyYes app and the YES Online Store.
  4. How many YES Kasi Up B40 Free 40GB SIMs can I apply for?
    Each eligible subscriber can only apply for one YES Kasi Up B40 Free 40GB plan.
  5. I have registered for a YES Kasi Up B40 Free 40GB SIM, now what?
    Upon receiving your application, we will verify if you are eligible (see FAQ no.2 for eligibility criteria) and we will send you an email informing if you were successful. If your application is successful, your YES Kasi Up B40 Free 40GB SIM will be delivered to the address you provided in the application form.  
  6. I have successfully applied for a free YES Kasi Up B40 Free 40GB SIM and received my confirmation email, how do I know when I will receive it?
    You should receive your delivery tracking number with your successful application email. To check your delivery status, go to www.yes.my/TrackOrder and enter your delivery tracking number.
  7. I have received my free SIM, how do I activate it to start using my free 40GB data right away?  
    To activate your sim, 
    (i) Download the MyYes app
    (ii) On the login page, press “New User”
    (iii) Press “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen
    (iv) Once your activation is successful, you can now login to your account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. You can also login using the TAC method if you can’t find your password.

     
  8. Am I allowed to choose a YES Mobile Number when I apply for the YES Kasi Up B40 Free 40GB?
    Not at this point in time. A YES Mobile Number will be assigned to each SIM Card upon activation.
  9. Why do I need to provide my myKad information and perform facial recognition during activation?
    In accordance with the guidelines set by the government, we are required to confirm that all subscribers are genuine and there is no fraud involved. 
  10. How long will my YES Kasi Up B40 Free 40GB account be active from the date of activation of the SIM Card?
    Your Kasi Up B40 Free 40GB Service account will remain active for a period of 60 days from the date of activation of the SIM Card.
  11. What happens if my YES Kasi Up B40 Free 40GB account becomes inactive?
     You will still be able to receive calls & SMS, access your contacts and make emergency calls. However, you will not be able to make any other calls, send SMS or surf the internet. Kindly purchase a YES Reload for your Kasi Up B40 Free 40GB account. The minimum purchase of a Yes Reload is RM5 which has a Validity Period of ten (10) days.

    Any unutilised data after the expiry of your account shall be forfeited. 
  12. Does the 40GB free data have an expiry date?
    Yes, it does. It is valid for a period of 60 days only from the date of successful activation of your YES Kasi Up B40 Free 40GB SIM.
  13. How will I know whether I have received my free 40GB data upon activation of my YES Kasi Up B40 Free 40GB SIM?
    Login to MyYes app and the data should be reflected on your home screen.
  14. Can I purchase other Prepaid Data Add-Ons before my account expires?
    Yes, you can. For more information on the Prepaid Data Add-on, please check out our Prepaid FAQ.
  15. Will there be any charges imposed when I call other YES numbers?
    There will be no charges imposed when you call YES numbers from your YES SIM. However, charges will be imposed on all international (IDD) calls and SMS in accordance with the voice calls and SMS rates as more specially published in www.yes.my/roaming.
  16. Will there be any charges imposed when I call other networks?
    Yes, all domestic calls to other networks are subjected to a standard rate. Please refer to the table below:-

    Kasi Ong, Kasi Up Promotion is a time-limited promotion launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (“YTLC”) by giving Free 8GB LTE data to both the referrer and referee for every successful referral when the referee activates the new SIM card (“Promotion”).
  2. How long is the Kasi Ong, Kasi Up Promotion period?
    The Promotion will commence on 1st February 2021, 12:00 a.m. until 26 February 2021 11:59 p.m. (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Who is Eligible for this promotion?

    The Free 8GB LTE data will be automatically credited into both referrer and referee’s service account, processing will take up to 3 days upon referee successfully activates the new SIM Card.   5. What happens if there is balance unutilised data from the Free 8GB LTE Data after the Free Data Validity Period?
    Unutilised internet data will be automatically forfeited and will not be carried forward to any of the succeeding days after the end of the Free Data Validity Period.
  6. What type of internet services can an Eligible Subscriber use under the Free 8GB LTE Data?
    An Eligible Subscriber may use the Free of 8GB LTE Data for internet services such as web surfing, video streaming and messaging.
  7. Is an Eligible Subscriber allowed to use the Free 8GB LTE Data for tethering or hotspot?
    Yes, an Eligible Subscriber is allowed to use the Free 8GB LTE Data for tethering or hotspot.
  8. I have signed up for a YES plan that comes with Unlimited Data. How does the Free 8GB 4G LTE Data apply to me?
    If you have subscribed to any YES unlimited data plan, your data capacity is already unlimited. There will be no “add-on” since there is no limit to your data entitlement.
    However, if you purchased the Kasi Up Unlimited Add-On or Kasi Up Unlimited_OKU Add-On, you can use the Free 8GB LTE Data upon expiry of those Add-Ons as long as your service account remains active. For clarity, an active service account means your network service has not been suspended for outbound calls.
  9. Can I purchase YES Data Add-On(s) if I have fully utilised the Free additional 8GB LTE Data?
    Yes, you can purchase YES Data Add-On(s) from the MyYes app. Here’s how:

    The Data Raya Campaign is from 17th May 2020, 12:00 a.m. until 20th June 2020, 11:59 p.m.
  3. Who can purchase the Data Raya Add-On?
    Any person can purchase the Data Raya Add-On (“Sender”) by following the steps stated in question 5 below.
  4. Who is eligible to receive the Date Raya Add-On?
    A YES Subscriber with a valid and active Postpaid or Prepaid Service account of a Service Plan, other than those listed below, may receive the Data Raya Add-On from the Sender:
    (a) 1Bestarinet 2GB Teachers Data Plan;
    (b) 1Bestarinet Service Plan;
    (c) Fixed Wireless Internet Plan;
    (d) FIZ 2 Service Plans;
    (e) Yes Speedzy 2 Service Plans;

    You can purchase the Data Raya Add-On by following the steps stated below:
    (a) login to MyYes4G app (if the Sender is a YES Subscriber) or visit the YESExpress Add-On page available @
    https://www.yes.my/ (applicable to both Yes Subscriber and non YES Subscriber);
    (b) key in the Recipient’s YES mobile number or YES ID or Postpaid or Prepaid account number;
    (c) select a Data Raya Add-On that the Sender would like to purchase and give as a gift to the Recipient;
    (d) key in Sender’s name and mobile number respectively; and
    (e) click on the tab “Proceed” and pay through either credit or debit card or by way of online banking transaction.

  7. What is the validity period of the Postpaid Data Raya Add-On?
    The validity period of each Postpaid Data Raya Add-On is thirty (30) days from the date of successful purchase by the Sender (“Postpaid Data Raya Validity Period”).
  8. Will the Postpaid Data Raya Add-On purchased during a particular Billing Cycle expire automatically at the expiry of such Billing Cycle?
    As long as the Postpaid Data Raya Add-On is:
    (1) within the Postpaid Data Raya Validity Period; and
    (2) the Recipient’s Postpaid Account Validity Period is valid and active,
    the Recipient may enjoy and use the allocated internet data in the Postpaid Data Raya Add-On throughout the Postpaid Data Raya Validity Period irrespective of the Recipient’s applicable Billing Cycle. For example, if a Recipient’s Billing Cycle ends on 25th May 2020 and he/she receives a Data Raya Add-On with a validity period of thirty (30) days on 23rd May 2020, provided always that the Recipient’s Postpaid Service account is valid and active throughout the Postpaid Data Raya Add-On Validity Period, he/she will continue to enjoy the internet data in such Postpaid Data Raya Add-On until 21st June 2020. Any internet data which remains unutilized after the Postpaid Data Raya Validity Period will expire automatically after 21st June 2020.
  9. What is the validity period of the Prepaid Data Raya Add-On?
    Each Prepaid Data Raya Add-On has a particular validity period from the date of successful purchase by the Sender (“Prepaid Data Raya Validity Period”). Please refer to MyYes4G app (if the Sender is a YES Subscriber) or visit the YESExpress Add-On page available @ www.yes.my (applicable to both Yes Subscriber and non YES Subscriber) for further information on the Prepaid Data Raya Validity Period.
  10. Which Account Validity Period will apply in the event a Sender purchases multiple Prepaid Data Raya Add-On?
    In the event a Sender purchases multiple Prepaid Data Raya Add-On, the Recipient’s Account Vailidity Period will be extended accordingly based on the last Prepaid Data Raya Add-On’s successful purchase date. For example, if a Recipient’s Account Validity Period ends on 30 April 2020, and on 25th April 2020 he/she receives a Prepaid Data Raya Add-On with a validity period of thirty (30) days and again on 28th April 2020, the Recipient receives another Prepaid Data Raya Add-On with a validity period of thirty (30) days, in such instance, his/her account validity period will be extended to 27 May 2020 based on the Prepaid Data Raya Add-On received by him on 28th April 2020. For clarity and avoidance of doubt, if multiple Prepaid Data Raya Add-On is purchased, the order of priority in calculating the usage of internet data is from the earliest to the latest purchase of the Prepaid Data Raya Add-On.
  11. How many Data Raya Add-On can a Sender purchase at any one time?
    There is no limitation on the number of Data Raya Add-On. A Sender may purchase for use of the Recipient which means a Sender may make multiple purchases of the Data Raya Add-On provided always that the purchase is done by the Sender during the Data Raya Campaign Period.
  12. Will a Sender receive notification upon successful purchase of the Data Raya Add-On?
    A transaction successful page will pop up if the purchase of the Data Raya Add-On by the Sender is successful. The Sender is advised to refer to his/her credit or online banking statement transaction to view details on such purchase of Data Raya Add-On.
  13. Can a Sender request for refund upon successful purchase of theData Raya Add-On?
    There will be no refund initiated by YTLC on any successful purchase of the Data Raya Add-On.
  14. Will a Recipient receive notification if a Sender purchases the Data Raya Add-On for them?
    Recipient will receive notification via SMS or e-mail on the Data Raya Add-On gifted to him/her. Recipient may check further details on the Data Raya Add-On via the “Purchase History” tab on MyYes4G app or MyAccount.
  15. What happens if the Sender entered the wrong YES Active Subscriber mobile number or YES ID or Account Number for Data Raya Campaign?
    It is the responsibility of the Sender to ensure accuracy of the information provided to YTLC in relation to the purchase of the Data Raya Add-On. YTLC assumes no responsibility and/or liability on any wrong or mistaken information provided by the Sender and YTLC shall not be liable for any loss, claim and/or expense incurred by the Sender or Recipient arising from any inaccuracies in the information provided by the Sender.
