YES Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plan

  1. What are the YES Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plans?
    The Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plans are device packages which are jointly subsidised by the Government and YES.
  2. Who is eligible to participate in the YES Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plans?
    All Malaysian citizens who are eligible for Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (“BPR”) are eligible to subscribe to the relevant YES Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plan. But only the primary BPR applicant from each household can apply. Terms and conditions apply.
  3. What are the products which I may subscribe to as part of the YES Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plan?
    The following are the YES Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plans offered by YES:
    (a) YES Prihatin Learn From Home Family Postpaid Service Plan
    (b) YES Prihatin Learn From Home Individual Postpaid Service Plan
    The YES Prihatin Learn From Home for Family Postpaid Service Plans are only available for subscription by Households.
    The YES Prihatin Learn From Home Individual Postpaid Service Plans are only available for subscription by Individuals.

  4. Is there a Contract Period if I subscribe to the relevant YES Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plan?
    Yes, a Contract Period of 12 months will apply.
  5. Do I need to pay any upfront payment if I subscribe to the relevant of the YES Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plans?

  6. As a non-Malaysian, can I register for the YES Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plan?
    No, the YES Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plans are only available to Malaysian citizens who are eligible for the BPR aid.
  7. Does the YES Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plan allow you to participate in the Kasi Up and Prihatin Refer & Earn Programmes?
    Yes, upon successful activation of your Service account, you may share your referral code with family and friends. For further details, please refer to the YES Kasi Up and Prihatin Refer & Earn Terms and Conditions.
  8. What happens if I do not utilise my Data Capacity Allocation completely?
    Any unused Data Capacity Allocation at the end of a Billing Cycle will not be brought forward to the following Billing Cycle.
  9. What happens if I fully utilise the Data Capacity Allocation during any Billing Cycle?
    You can continue to use internet data service but at a reduced internet data speed of 256kbps, or you can purchase a Postpaid Data Add-On (via the MyYes app or YES Express Payment Channel) to enjoy internet data with no speed control.
  10. Do I need to continue with payment of the Commitment Fee if my Service account is suspended during the Contract Period?
    Yes, even though your Service account is suspended during the Contract Period, you must continue to pay the Commitment Fee for each of the Billing Cycle during the Contract Period. Please note that we will only bar or suspend your Service account if any of the events of default listed in Clause 9(a) of the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions occur. In the event that you register for a Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plan and in the event such Service account is suspended, You are still bound to pay the Commitment Fee for each of the Billing Cycle.
  11. What will happen if I terminate my YES Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plan within the Contract Period?
    If you terminate your YES Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plan at any time before expiry of the Contract Period, Early Termination Charges as more particularly stated in the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions shall apply accordingly. In addition, the you must the Device (complete with all accessories in its original packaging) to us in good and working condition.
  12. Could I make a switch from a non-YES mobile number to the relevant YES Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plan?
    Yes, you may do so by following the steps below:
    Step 1: Install the MyYes app.
    Step 2: Click “Switch To YES” in the “Quick Access” tab. Another “Switch to YES” button will appear. Click on that as well.
    Step 3: Enter the number you would like to port in and click “VERIFY”.
    Step 4: Click on the replacement YES number and select “SUBMIT”.
    Step 5: Wait for a confirmation text message from your previous Service Provider, reply with a “yes”.
    Step 6: To check your status, go to “Switch to YES” under “Quick Access”. Finally, select “CHECK STATUS”.
  13. I have received my SIM. How do I proceed with activation?
    To activate your SIM Card:
    For New User
    (i) Download the MyYes app.
    (ii) On the login page, press “New User”.
    (iii) Press “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen.
    (iv) Once your activation is successful, you can now login to your Service account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. You can also login using the TAC method if you cannot find your password.

    For Existing User
    (i) Login to the MyYes app.
    (ii) Go to Quick Access, press “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen.
    (iii) Once your activation is successful, you can now login to your Service account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. You can also login using the TAC method if you cannot find your password.

  14. Can I change my delivery address after registration?
    Yes, but only if the SIM Card has not been mailed out yet.
